Everything was top notch! The limo arrived very clean inside and out. The driver opened doors, helped everyone out and made everyone feel safe, especially me. They had cups, plates and napkins for us. My daughter lost her phone so the driver made calls to everywhere they had gone and tracked it down for us after the run was over. When asked about the ride, we were given two options between an older bus and a newer one. So we chose the newer one. When the driver arrived, before we took off, I asked if we could play Christmas music and the driver told me I could Bluetooth to the stereo which would have been perfect. We could not Bluetooth- the driver did not know how to do it, and couldn't add a device so we listened to the radio Christmas channel and all the ads and commercials. When I came time to look at lights, all of the windows were fogged over. The driver gave us a towel to wipe down our windows but as soon as you would wipe, they were covered in condensation again. There was one towel for all the windows- which after Wiping down the first two large windows, was soaked- and didn't do much for the rest of the windows on the bus. In 2.5 hours we made three stops to look at lights. We love the beaverdale area, but the driver only went down one street instead of both. The rest of the time we were driving the whole time on the interstate or down back roads through neighborhoods that did not have lights. We were very disappointed- we wanted to play fun songs to get the kids excited between stops, and expected more lights/stops. For the money spent (not at all cheap) we all walked away feeling very disappointed and looking for a different way to do this next year. I would never spend the money again with this company for the Christmas Lights Tour.

Luxxor was able to give me a decent price, and the driver Joe was excellent. He was early, had the car nice and pre-heated for me (an important thing to do on a cold Iowa morning!), offered to stop and get me coffee and got me to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The car was clean, well maintained and he had water waiting, as well. I appreciate the easy process to request the quote on line and the ability to accommodate such an early last minute pickup time.

The cars were on time. However disappointingly and unexpectedly, one of the cars in particular was fairly dirty which was something that we were trying to avoid by using a car service. More alarmingly, the driver of the lead car blatantly ran a red light. Luckily no other cars were passing through the intersection. The other car driver expressed disbelief to his colleague's action. I did notify Limelight of these concerns. They apologized and offered 25% off my next service. There will be no next service for us as $175/hour should get one safe driving in a clean car. There are better alternatives in Moline.
