She responded to my initial request very quickly and made coordinating a ride beyond easy. She is SO responsive and reliable. We landed, I texted her to let her know, and she was waiting for us at the pick up location right outside of baggage claim. We then went to an Iowa football game and I was dreading finding an uber home, but I texted Abbie during the game and thankfully she was available! She responded quickly and gave me very clear pickup location instructions for our group could meet her. She got us out of Kinnick stadium traffic and home in no time. Thank you so so much Abbie! I will definitely text you when we're back in Cedar Rapids!

When a storm threatened to cancel all flights out of CID for the evening, my manager (whose manner is similar to the boss in The Devil Wears Prada), Bram went all the way above and beyond to find me a car service to drive my manager to the next town over (a 2-hour drive). He even went so far as to dial up his competitors to help me out of a crap situation. Seriously a great experience. So painless. Accurate and fair billing. The next time we descend upon the Great State of Iowa, Express Limousine Service will be my very first call. Thank you!!!

Everything was top notch! The limo arrived very clean inside and out. The driver opened doors, helped everyone out and made everyone feel safe, especially me. They had cups, plates and napkins for us. My daughter lost her phone so the driver made calls to everywhere they had gone and tracked it down for us after the run was over. When asked about the ride, we were given two options between an older bus and a newer one. So we chose the newer one. When the driver arrived, before we took off, I asked if we could play Christmas music and the driver told me I could Bluetooth to the stereo which would have been perfect. We could not Bluetooth- the driver did not know how to do it, and couldn't add a device so we listened to the radio Christmas channel and all the ads and commercials. When I came time to look at lights, all of the windows were fogged over. The driver gave us a towel to wipe down our windows but as soon as you would wipe, they were covered in condensation again. There was one towel for all the windows- which after Wiping down the first two large windows, was soaked- and didn't do much for the rest of the windows on the bus. In 2.5 hours we made three stops to look at lights. We love the beaverdale area, but the driver only went down one street instead of both. The rest of the time we were driving the whole time on the interstate or down back roads through neighborhoods that did not have lights. We were very disappointed- we wanted to play fun songs to get the kids excited between stops, and expected more lights/stops. For the money spent (not at all cheap) we all walked away feeling very disappointed and looking for a different way to do this next year. I would never spend the money again with this company for the Christmas Lights Tour.
