Best. Car. Service. Experience. EVER!!! If only I could give 10 stars!…read more Let's just say I have a somewhat needy manager. When a storm threatened to cancel all flights out of CID for the evening, my manager (whose manner is similar to the boss in The Devil Wears Prada), Bram went all the way above and beyond to find me a car service to drive my manager to the next town over (a 2-hour drive). He even went so far as to dial up his competitors to help me out of a crap situation. Seriously a great experience. So painless. Accurate and fair billing. The next time we descend upon the Great State of Iowa, Express Limousine Service will be my very first call. Thank you!!!

The cars were on time. However disappointingly and unexpectedly, one of the cars in particular was fairly dirty which was something that we were trying to avoid by using a car service. More alarmingly, the driver of the lead car blatantly ran a red light. Luckily no other cars were passing through the intersection. The other car driver expressed disbelief to his colleague's action. I did notify Limelight of these concerns. They apologized and offered 25% off my next service. There will be no next service for us as $175/hour should get one safe driving in a clean car. There are better alternatives in Moline.

The speakers didn't work, and the bus driver was rude. I reached out to the owner and had no sincere apologies, and was basically being called a liar as he said the speakers work, and they just took the bus out a couple days ago when it was raining and had no issues. I told him I have photos to prove it and he never acknowledged it. Also stated that he "can't really do anything a couple weeks after the fact".
