I I cannot believe they are still open I use them once for medical I live in Cedar Rapids and they took me to Iowa City they dropped off three or four other people for taking me to Iowa City and I was late for my appointment so they canceled me the doctor did I called the company back to pick me up take me home and no answer I would love to go down there at 11 a.m. I did not return back to Cedar Rapids until 8:30 p.m. they left me there and I had to give another tab to bring me home that is the worst service I've ever had in my life I didn't even think the vehicle is going to make it with the brakes grinding and a hole in the floor where I can see the ground and it was winter, heater didn't work at all. I called for a cab and they said 15-20 mins...I waited an hour caked back they said some should be there soon. Called back again. .they were very rude again and unprofessional and I said don't bother. Time that passed 2 1/2 hrs. Called yellow cab they were there in 15 mins read more

I have rides set up for me through my medical and have not had a good result, they are late to get u takes them a long time to come back after the appointment, they smell and are dirty, today I was supposed to go to a doctor's appointment and I even called last night to make sure everything was fine for the appointment, seems like they are very unorganized and not able to be trustworthy!! I don't recommend NICKS CAB for any reason, please do not use them unless ur good with being late or lied to I only give them 1 star cuz they make u rate other wise I would give them negative stars read more

I used Nicks cab on November 26,2016 to get to the airports. The vehicle was very dirty and so was the driver. Would never use again!!!

Van was busted up and stunk. The door was broke and you could not open it from the inside, you could also see the freeway from the broken door. The driver was nice and polite but the vehicle needs some work. read more
