She was easy to communicate with throughout the planning process and very straightforward (and reasonable) with her pricing - we didn't have any surprise add on costs! On our wedding day she was punctual and did a great job setting everything up at the venue herself. We had bud vases on the tables, a few arrangements throughout the ceremony and reception space, and she supplemented the arch at the vineyard with extra greenery and flowers (picture below!). My bouquet was beautiful and just what I envisioned after showing her inspiration pictures as well as our color scheme. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and quality of work. I was welcomed in and able to look at the car in dark garage area, which they tried very hard to get me some sunlight to view what I could. Came back 2 days later and met the owner Dan , who was still cleaning up debris among other things as running his business. Ended up purchasing the Auto with very little haggling over the price, it was a good deal for both. When the Owner is onsite and working on his business with his own time and hands it shows. The Employees went above and beyond to help me out the first time as well as helping other customers as they were working without electricity or phones. Also one of the servers of the bar did not let people know only certain drinks were free until after drinks were ordered (instead of before). So people had to pay for drinks, that they would not have, had the bartenders let people know many drinks cost money.
