They were flexible and ready when I had additional guests two days ahead of the event. They were so reliable, arriving on time, setting up, and helping with an additional request. Andy's set up looked fabulous, especially the gorgeous, crafted fresh fruit display. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of the sandwiches, macaroni salad, fruit display, and scrumptious desserts. I was very pleased with the quality, quantity, and pricing.

This one is large, clean, and well stocked with just about anything you might ever need to find in a grocery store...and then some. Big note here: they are also the only places that have Starbucks (not a single freestanding Starbucks in the entire town). This gives it extra points when it comes to my girlfriend who is a Starbucks addict. You don't have to have one of those silly cards to get the price as marked either, which is already a plus to me! They do have a reward card for the gas station, but since I don't live in the area, it's not worth my time looking more into it. The associates are just barely friendly though, but they aren't rude either. I would say they are more indifferent than anything else. If the associates were more friendly, this location would get the 5th star.

I can't count how many compliments I received about the amazing atmosphere Lisa created for my 50th birthday. I came to her with three random ideas--Sally O'Malley, Miss Hannigan, and kitty cats--and she turned them into a playful, immersive wonderland. Guests walked the red carpet through velvet ropes like it was a NYC premiere, surrounded by pure joy. Every detail was spot-on: Miss Hannigan tending bar, kitty cats peeking around corners, and Sally O'Malley touches everywhere. Lisa even surprised me with Annie wigs, a camel, and the crowd favorite: glowing hula hoops. Every nook and cranny became a picture-perfect moment. She delivered everything exactly within my original quote, and her professionalism, creativity, and warmth made the whole process fun and stress-free. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat--even from 1,000 miles away. I nside Décor is pure magic.

When you have no ideas, they channel their creativity to come up with solutions that will astound and amaze. (Ask them about the Harry Potter children's birthday party where they recreated Hogwarts in the client's home!) Most importantly, they are responsive and professional, taking care and pride in their equipment and services. And they are great, positive and fun to work with!! In my most recent experience with Inside Decor, they responded to our poor planning crisis. There was less than an hour between my frantic phone call begging for help and the delivery of a truckload of their equipment to the venue. Oh, and I called them 45 minutes before closing! Of course, you don't want to wait for last minute crisis. Contact them as soon as you decide to host an event. Then relax and trust them with the details. You will be glad you did. I promise.

The heating/cooling units emit a horrible noise making them impossible to use at night if you want to get any sleep. When we called to ask about the issue, the front desk staff confirmed this was something they were aware of, it happened in many of the units and a solution hadn't been identified. Yeah people, most folks who stay in hotel/motel rooms plan to sleep. I would not recommend anyone staying there unless you have packed ear plugs. Maybe the place should hand them out since they're aware this is a problem
