The sandwich portions are generous and come with a small side portion and sliced pickles. The pulled pork comes without sauce and when we went, they only had spicy and blackberry sauce. As far as flavor, we agreed the pork was kinda dry but okay. I had the blackberry sauce, which I found runny and not so flavorful. My boyfriend had the spicy and said it was good, but the kick lingered in his mouth. My coleslaw was weak too. Overall, the location is perfect for this kind of meal. It's a reasonable price for what you get - sandwich, side, and drink. Probably great for local lunches, but we wouldn't go out of our way.

The meat has a great smokey flavor and is very tender. The baked beans have quickly become a favorite and the coleslaw is a close second. They offer huge sandwiches which include 6 oz. meat, one side and a drink for $7.50 or larger platters for around $11. They never keep me waiting long and they have many BBQ sauces to choose from including some interesting ones such as cherry habanero and blackberry. They are usually located around the corner of 7th Ave. and 44th St. in Marion behind Arnold's motor supply. So if you find yourself in the area around lunchtime it's definitely worth the stop!

Most meals needed to be refrigerated for 24 hours before cooking. They offer a variety of options to suit your needs (2-serving, 3-serving, 6-serving sizes and a gluten-free choice). Each month, there's a new selection of around 15 meals. You can mix and match however you'd like--selecting different meals or multiple portions of your favorites. Pickup locations are available in North Liberty and Kathy's Pies in Cedar Rapids. Every meal arrives frozen with cooking instructions. We rarely have leftovers, but it's still more cost-effective than dining out. I appreciate that there's no subscription requirement, though you do need to order a few weeks in advance since spots fill up quickly. My husband likes to add extra seasoning to some meals for a bit more heat. I wish they offered a wider selection of non-dairy meals for those who are lactose intolerant. This is an excellent option for busy families, new parents, elderly individuals, those recovering from illness or surgery, or anyone wanting to supplement/change up their meal routine. It also makes a great gift for new parents.

We decided to try Naomi's Kitchen to help us along on the rougher days where we just can't get around to making a fresh meal. Naomi's Kitchen has been so much better for us than eating out and always feels and tastes like a home cooked meal. It also gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing that I always have options for a great meal!

My son spotted the pork tenderloin sandwich, and that clinched the deal for us. Since moving away from Iowa, this is something that is sorely missed. It was a pretty quiet weekday lunch hour when we stopped by. There was only one other customer in front of us, and the friendly gentleman behind the counter took our order and told us that it would be about 8 minutes for our order to be ready. In addition to the tenderloin, we ordered the brisket sammich and some onion rings. We were going to eat well that day. Unfortunately, things seemed to get away from him just a little bit. The people before us had also ordered two tenderloins, but for reasons unclear he only prepared their order instead of breading and frying all three of ours at once. Then some guy from DoorDash or GrubHub showed up to pick up an order, and then he had to stop everything and focus on that pickup. When he returned to the people waiting, the couple in front of us was starting to get a little impatient. He finally took care of them, and turned his attention to ours. Our tenderloin was breaded and put into the fryer. He gave it us, but we had to remind him that we had also ordered the brisket and onion rings, the latter of which he had not put into the fryer. Several minutes later our order was ready, but at this point it was over 20 minutes later. Having said all that, the food was quite good. The brisket was served in thick cuts and was tender and juicy. The tenderloin was also very good, with a nice crispy texture that didn't get soggy. It was served in a basket, and I felt that it would have been better on a plate because the tenderloin is so large that it's hard to get your hands around it when it fills up the entire basket. The onion rings were disappointing, though. I was expecting much more hearty, thick rings, but they were small and somewhat uninspired. Overall, this was a fine meal with just some logistical snags that certainly can be improved upon.

The pulled pork was good tasting and was served on a quality bun, however it seemed soggy from sitting in the steam table. Don't get me wrong it was still delicious. The cornbread is amazing.

I was happy to find the small shop in the early afternoon on a warm Saturday. The sweet, understated smell that enveloped me when I walked in confirmed I was at the right place. As I arrived later in the day and was only looking for a sweet treat (or two), I was fine with the limited selection of cupcakes and cookies in the up front case. There may have been more available to me if I asked. The person that came out from the back was very kind and offered a free sample of the bread pudding they had that day: cinnamon roll. The small bites of the sample (warm, gooey, cinnamon with frosting) convinced me to get a full size. Wright Touch also had a cupcake flavors of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, red velvet, and mint chocolate in the case and I choose the mint chocolate. All the cupcakes have a filling in the middle. Both the bread pudding and cupcake were great. The cake and frosting were dense and not too sweet. The bread pudding was everything you would hope for from a cinnamon roll and then some: soft, sweet, and chewy. Tasted homemade and I have no notes. I would highly recommend checking out Wright Touch for a sweet treat or bread pudding. I can't wait to go back!

Well, I guess my 500th Yelp review is as good a time as any. I don't eat potato salad, but I have to start with the potato salad because my wife loves Willie Ray's potato salad so much that I actually order it as my side just to give to her. So, I guess it's pretty good. I'm pretty sure I've had every entree at Willie Ray's. I think their best entree might actually be their barbecue chicken, but I also love their ribs. A lot of places make ribs that I think are too fatty. My guess is the ribs are the same before they go in the smoker, and the ones I consider too fatty just haven't fully rendered. Regardless, the ribs at Willie Ray's never seem too fatty, or too greasy. They're always cooked just right, and have a great flavor. The entree I get the most is probably the pulled pork. It's also very good. It's not as good as the ribs, but I usually go to Willie Ray's for lunch, and something about ribs just makes me sleepy. Their brisket is awesome, too. They seem to run out of that pretty quickly, though. If you ever go there and they have a side called chicken ro-mac, definitely try it. They don't seem to have it often. So, you don't want to pass up an opportunity to try it. Based on the name, and the flavor, I'm assuming it has Rotel tomatoes in it. Other than that, it's mac and cheese with pulled chicken. I highly recommend it. Anyway, I've never had a bad meal there, and I've had a lot of meals there.
