These young folk are caring, conscientious, hardworking people trying to bring the best value they can to their customers. I'm on a fixed income and appreciate the lengths they go to accommodate single old women like myself! And if someone wasn't in the most outgoing mood, remember that every bale of hay in that barn is stacked by hand! I'd suggest that you get to know this young family. The file they sent I was unable to print. After multiple tries I had to screenshot the prescription, and print the picture! We take the printed (screenshot) prescription to our pharmacy because it is HALF the price of Petco. They are unable to honor it because it is not a signed copy! Spent 30 minutes with their call center which is out of the country. Got a response 2 days later that Vetco is unable to assist with getting us a hard copy or having the doctor send it in directly. We need to contact our Veterinarian directly! There is no contact information for the veterinarian except the call center! Was told by the Petco staff we can come in when the veterinarian is back at that location in a few weeks!!!! I will be disputing the charge with our credit card. This is delaying treatment for our dog.

I had an appointment with Cassie today…read more I am one of those Shiba Inu owners and if you've ever seen Shiba's on YouTube you know they're at their most dramatic when it comes time for a pawdicure. Every visit to the groomer is apparently an audition for the "victim 14" part in the SAW movie franchise where an innocent puppy is being both physically and psychologically tortured. The horror!! But Cassie pulled it off nicely! Earthwise is set up well and actually has a pneumatic riser for the aspiring horror movie actor. it's the most sophisticated nail trimming table I have ever seen. Cassie was able to keep Bodhi still from the backside and also at the front side. some places only secure the dog around the neck which means that they could potentially hang themselves if they fight so hard that they go off the edge. Anyway I was pleasantly surprised with Cassie's Calm and expertise. By far my favorite groomer of all time. I'm so grateful to have found this team and that they were willing to take on my dramatic Shiba Inu challenge!! thanks again!!

We were visibly mortified, but instead of reading the room and stopping, the worker just kept going on and on about it. If a customer looks completely disturbed, a good employee should read the situation, tone it down, or use that opportunity to politely explain the health benefits rather than just insisting it's "cool."
