Teresa Roach, and her daughters, Kayla Osborn have since closed Funky Poodle and have started grooming in other businesses. Please beware of who you take your precious pups too. Remi was a sweet, well-behaved girl who'd never had a bad grooming experience prior to Funky Poodle. She deserved better, and Funky Poodle needs to do better to reconcile this terrible wrong.

She was caring for my beloved Shih Tzu while I was away on a short vacation. My puppy was only a year and a half old -- gentle, sweet, and full of life. I left him in her care for four days, with two days left on my trip, when I received the call that no pet owner should ever get: my dog was killed by one of her own dogs, a part-German Shepherd mix, while she wasn't even home. This was not an accident -- it was neglect. A professional sitter should never leave a small dog unsupervised with a large, aggressive dog, especially when they are her responsibility. She failed to provide a safe environment, and my puppy paid the price with her precious life. She was just a puppy, a year and a half old. I'm writing this so no one else has to go through the same pain. If you love your pet, please do not trust not leave your dog with her. She should not be offering pet-sitting services after such gross negligence and disregard for safety.
