Matt did such an amazing job! His work was super professional, fresh, clean, and honestly just as good as the places that charge much more (if not better!) The job took about 2 hours, and it shows with the perfection of the tints. You can tell the effort was put in. I really like that he was able to come out to my house to do the job, and he was polite/easy to contact. I highly recommend everyone getting their windows tinted by this company. Rude and not worth it . Better off going to a real professional when it comes to your car . Not from someone who does it from a garage with cheap materials. I'm sure when it comes to your car u want nothing but the best products. And done by someone who actually knows how and not trying to Mickey Mouse it . If I could give it a negative star I would like negative -10 if that .. hope this review makes you think twice before actually going with this option. I'd like to start off with saying that Matt had excellent customer service. He was accommodating to my schedule, gave me great advice of different tint options and his prices were affordable for my Tesla Model Y and Toyota Tacoma. I kept reading reviews online of what percentages to get but Matt took the time to explain the different tint shades and what would be best for both vehicles. Even though the SoCal summer heat hasn't fully arrived yet, I feel that my vehicles are much cooler and provide the privacy that I was initially missing. Matt uses quality window tint and I'm so happy with the service I received. If you're looking at multiple shops to get your tint, just stop and call Matt! I will be continuing to recommend and use his services for all my vehicles from now on. read more

I had my windows done with Matt 3 years ago because I had just had my baby and I didn't want the sun beaming through my car!!! Long story short, my tint is still GREAT and in fresh condition STILL 3 years later !!! I was referred to Matthew by a coworker. He did an amazing job applying ceramic tint to my car. He was very knowledgeable, explaining the benefits of ceramic and the different tint levels. His home office/shop has a waiting room with a A/C, TV and some streaming apps. Kicked back, watched a movie, and my car was ready before the movie was done. Nice guy, very professional. Went to Matthew because he was recommended from a good friend of mine. I had gotten my car tinted the month before and did not like the job that was done. Matthew removed the tint and put a better quality tint on my car in a timely manner. He was upfront with the California tint laws. He ended up putting a nice shade in the back and the front he put a clear ceramic film that will protect my interior. Looks like nothing is even on the front windows and windshield. Nice to have a piece of mind that my investment is being protected. Thank you! read more

This was my first window tinting experience and Matt did an amazing job. He was very quick at responding and scheduling my appointment. He got to my house very early and I had to move the other cars so he can have more room to work in my small driveway. Even though I was running late, I appreciated his patience and professionalism. Also he showed me the samples of the different tints so I was able to see it before he worked on my car. After two hours, he was finally done with my car and I couldn't be more happier. Being a young man doing hard labor in construction I knew there was something else in life that what would fit me better. I have always had a side hustle growing up, in construction it was window tinting. I would tint windows after hours and on the weekends. I grew such a liking for Tinting and realized I can make a living doing this I left my former employer with the union and never looked back. Today I am a full time window tinter willing and happy to give my all every job that comes my way. After some time in this industry I continued to learn more about the film I install. I stick with two of the most favorable; two different types of film both backed by a national lifetime warranty.

I just have to say WOW!! Wait until you see and feel the difference!…read more I bought my place a few years back and every year when it starts getting hot I dread it. My kids and I will run the air rarely, only on the hottest of days/nights or mostly sleep downstairs half naked when we want to have a lower utility bill or save the planet. I was talking to my friend who owns a large commercial building about saving money, going solar, etc. He told me he was tinting thousands of square feet of his windows because of the energy savings and short time frame for a significant return on his investment. He referred me to R|C who is now helping homeowners and residential customers achieve similar savings! R|C returned my call promptly and basically answered all of my questions as well as gave me an easy to understand tutorial about window films. I didn't know the type of film and the type of glass need to be considered for not only the highest energy savings but also for safety reasons. Too many people consider the darkness of the tint but not the properties of the tint. If you put the wrong type of tint on the windows the heat can't dissipate properly and the window can crack. Some tints are more reflective than others and some tints are clear but reject more heat so it won't alter one's beautiful view! The installer came out to my house and was very punctual. He had all of the tools and didn't require anything of me to get started. Sometimes people want to use the bathroom, get a drink of water, plug in their equipment using your extension cords, etc. R|C was self contained, locked, cocked and ready to rock! This dude looked like Picasso/Bruce Lee/80's break dancer as he bobbed and weaved, washing and scrubbing the glass! After getting it ready he applied the tint with painstaking detail given the large arch window he was working on. All in all I probably had 11 windows tinted that face the sun. It probably took him @ 3 hours to do them all. My french doors were a bit of a bear but he was good natured through it all. I'm. A big fan of being meticulous and so is R|C. As he said, "you look out of your windows everyday. If I use the wrong film or apply it incorrectly you'll see it and then your talk about it so it behooves me to do it right the first time." Wise words my friend. At the end of the day my house feels 10-15 degrees cooler! My electricity bill is lower and I have a little more privacy given the level of exterior reflectivity. Look at me sounding like a pro! Thanks R|C for a job well done. I'll show and tell everyone! If you are considering ways to cool down your house call R|C Window Films and have them tint your windows. Start with all of the windows facing the sun first if you need to break it up in to phases. It is relatively inexpensive and when it is done right the first time you'll thank me!

I chose Mikes because they had the most thorough response and seemed really professional. However, three visits later, I have had the worst experience with the Riverside location. I chose the top of the line ceramic tint and paid $1,500. It was a lot but I wanted the best since I knew I would not buy another car in 10 or more years. The initial install was pleasant enough. I asked questions regarding a couple of bubbles I saw before I left and was assured by Erick that they would disappear after the moisture evaporated. Some did, lots did not. (See initial install photos) I went back to have the back and rear windows redone. The bubbles were worse on the back and on one of the triangle windows. (See 1st reinstall showing dust particles and bad cuts pics) Also, the clarity in the rear window was poor. (See light glares in rear window pic) I was told that it could be due to an astigmatism or the defroster lines. What?! Thinking that the 3rd time would be the charm I went back again for another fix. This time it seems they just made a complete mess of the backseat, the floor mats and carpet top behind the seats. This is a new car. It was pristine when I gave it to them. (See pics of goo and backseat mess). Also, there are still lots of dust bubbles along the back window worse than the second install . (see 3rd install pics which was Sat. July 12, 2025). I don't know what to do anymore. I spent so much money and each time I bring my car back I'm told, "this never happened before" only to leave with it looking worse! I'm beyond frustrated. It's supposed to be a 10 year warranty but I don't have it in me to keep going back wasting my time and energy. They didn't bother to walk the car after each install except the time that I asked and was assured that things would evaporate. I even walked back in after the third install and the front counter was empty. I just left and saw the backseat damage once I got home. I would never recommend this business to anyone. My daughter, my husband and my son were looking to get their cars done. They will be looking elsewhere.

If you're looking to get your windows tinted and iffy about which company to go with, I highly recommend using Stark. I knew nothing about tint and when Matthew came over to tint my windows, he explained which each tint was like and how each percentage would look. He gave me advice on which tint to do/what would be beneficial. I set up an appointment via text and he was very well at communicating. He was super flexible because I had to reschedule and he was okay with that. Very personable and professional. He comes to your house to tint and that's what I loved the most. I didn't have to sit at a tinting place for two hours. I am very pleased with the way my tint came out. My black on black 2018 Kia Sportage looks so much more sporty with the tint. He did an amazing job and I would 10/10 recommend him to another friend/family. His pricing was decent and didn't leave a hole in my wallet. He also uses Venmo!! Which is awesome. I've been going with Matthew for the past couple years, his work speaks for itself. I love the simple fact that he always puts 110% into every job he does. He's very reliable always on time never had an issue with that he works with you to make sure the job is not rushed so it's done right. His prices are very reasonable and best the price for the quality work that he does! He's done all of my cars, trucks, plus my family's cars (Roughly 20+). As well as Mobile homes, a family business if I needed something tinted he had the job. After doing so many of my cars he named me the Ceramic King. I recommend him to all of my friends whenever they ask me who's my tinter. They all love his work I've never had one complain. Matt exceeded my expectations. His work on my 2021 GTI was outstanding! Before we even got to work on tinting it. He explained to me that it might be difficult to take on this job because of this particular vehicle, but he assured me he can still knock it out. He also explained the different types of film & what they did. Making it super easy to choose. He made me feel right at home with his waiting room. Fridge is packed!! & netflix while you wait for your car to be transformed (: I highly recommend Stark Window Tint. I started following the Stark Window Tinting Instagram months before I even planned on getting tint. I had many questions and concerns I did plenty of research on deals and warranty's. Last month I got a new car and instantly thought of Stark Window Tinting!! All I can say is I'm very satisfied with this experience! My car looks amazing and not only that it's much cooler inside. Would 1000% recommend them. Ive been with Stark Window Tinting since 2019 and I have not been let down once. Matthew is really friendly, understanding and a hard worker! I was an hour late to my appointment once and he said everything was ok and take your time. Ive also recommended friends/ family members and they were very pleased with Matthew and their car. I set up an appointment with Matt through text, he came to my yard and tinted my big rig; He did excellent job, had a good price and was very professional. My fiancee liked the work very much she had me make another appointment with him to have our SUV tinted. He did limo tint on the front windows and was able to match our stained glass back windows. I work long days and get home late so going to a shop before 5 pm is very difficult luckily stark window tinting offers mobile service and is very flexible around your needs and schedule. I had him do 20% nano ceramic all the way around and a clear uv protective film on the windshield for my wife's RAV4, we couldn't be happier with the end result.
