I saw the great reviews here on Yelp, so I reached out and set up an estimate with Joe. He arrived when promised and gave us a fantastic presentation of the films and helped to guide us, based on our needs. He was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions with a friendly attitude and a smile. We wanted to get a second estimate and we did. They were nice and highly rated, too, yet they just couldn't beat Joe's presentation and all around likability. The estimate was easy to read and laid out well. We decided to go with Joe and he and the company had seamless communication with us and great reminders. Oscar showed up on install day when promised and was super friendly and communicative, too! He wore booties without a problem when asked and did a fantastic job of keeping the work areas clean and protected. Oscar was a joy all around and so was the whole company. I'm so glad we went with Joe and Oscar at Prime Window Films/Window Tint Biz! They exceeded our expectations and I'd absolutely recommend them to you for your tinting needs. read more

I can't recommend Prime Window Films enough! Joe did an outstanding job tinting all the windows in our home. He was incredibly professional, efficient and offered at a very reasonable price for such high-quality work. Our home now stays cool throughout the day without constantly running the AC, and I'm really excited to see how much we'll save on energy bills this summer! Joe also tinted my Moms and my in-laws' home, and they're just as thrilled with the results. His work speaks for itself clean, quick, and effective. I'll definitely continue to recommend Joe and Prime Window Films to all our friends and family. If you're thinking about window tinting, dont hesitate to call Joe! read more

This review is for initial customer service and the convenience of obtaining information and a quote. While looking for a window privacy solution for my daughter's residence, I located Prime Window Films. I called and spoke to a representative who didn't waste any time. He asked me to provide the window dimensions, so he could provide a detailed quote. After providing those measurements, I received a text message with a link to the quote. In addition to price, the quote contained detailed information regarding the materials and the warranty. The representative also followed up with me to answer any questions. We look forward to proceeding with Prime Window Films. read more

Highly recommend! Joe and his team installed security film on our home windows, and they were professional and meticulous from start to finish! They also had reasonable rates for the job. We were very happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend them/call them again for future needs! read more

We had UV window tinting done throughout our entire home, and the difference is extremely noticeable. The house feels significantly cooler, even during the hottest hours, and the glare that used to come through our windows is much less. The team was professional, efficient, and super knowledgeable, they explained everything clearly and helped us choose the right tint for our home. You can tell they really take pride in their work and for a very competitive price. We are looking forward to less fading on our furniture and floors from sun exposure as well. Win-win! If you're considering home window tinting, this is the company to go with. I wish we had done it sooner! read more

Highly recommend Joe and his team! I hired them to work on my office in Riverside, CA, based on the reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. From the very first inquiry through their website--which they replied to immediately on a Sunday--to the final installation, their responsiveness was truly above and beyond. The customer service, communication, and product knowledge made the entire process completely painless. I knew nothing about window tint going in, and they took the time to patiently walk us through all the options and helped us choose the best solution for our business without ever making us feel rushed or upsold. Joe stayed in constant communication throughout the process, and everything from appointment reminders to proposals and payment was seamless and incredibly efficient. Professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. read more

Took my call and send him photo's as requested and never got back to me, a waste of time calling this place

I highly recommend Prime Window Films. Joe is very professional and communicative throughout the entire process (from first contact, estimate inquiry, cost of the project to job completion). Joe arrived on time, explained the process, and went to work. The window tint looks fantastic and there's such a HUGE difference with the sun exposure inside the house...no more hot heat and no more glare! We can watch TV anytime during the day...yay!!! Also, he also cleaned as he went through the window tinting process and left no mess whatsoever. Very pleased with the end results! Planning to do more window tinting throughout the house. Will definitely be recommending Prime Window Films to family and friends. read more

It was time to beat the heat and get window film. Aaron educated us on the choices and a week later finished the job. It looks great and it does cut down on the heat. Would recommend these guys highly. read more

Prime Window installed film on windows in April 2022 that could not take the heat. The window eventually cracked under the heat and pressure. We had to have the windows replaced at our own cost. Prime Window was not prepared for windows in an Arrowhead home with heat and altitude pressures. It is unfortunate as my earlier review had good workmanship. That's a shame. read more

Joe was great. The different type of film they use and explanation, along with the prices are reasonable. Joe did an excellent job to finish the remaining window doors that I left out the first time he came for a quote I requested, very professional. read more

Aaron was great! He arrived when he said he would, his workmanship was great and had a very friendly yet professional personality.

I have nothing but good things to say about Prime Windows Films. Aaron showed up exactly on time. He asked me up front if I had any questions or concerns before he started work. He spread out all of his materials and then went straight to work. He removed the existing films from the windows, cleaned the windows removing all the old adhesive then installing the new film. The work Aaron did was perfect. I would strongly recommend Prime Window Films to anyone wanting their windows covered. Job well done Aaron. read more

Professional and Fast! Came out one day the next day they completed the job. Super happy with how everything looks.

This company would be amazing if they stood behind their products they push. I contacted Prime when I first purchased some turf in my backyard. Although Turtle Turf advised me to purchase screens, Prime advised me on a film over the screen. A year later and that film was a crinkled mess. I wanted some privacy tint in my bedroom so I contacted Prime again and while they were here I inquired to the film they placed on my window. They advised me that the film was bad and they no longer carry it because of this fact and that the manufacture warranty was only 1 year. I decided to replace the film with the new brand, one would assume that removing the old film they promoted and installed wouldn't be a problem. Not the case I was charged $100 to remove faulty product they pushed and installed. This was absurd, but I already provided a down payment. read more

Joe at Prime Window Films had been recommended to us ...within the week of our initial conversation, he had applied the film to the front windows. We were really impressed with his workmanship and friendly attitude. Eventually, we decided to have all our house windows treated. We are very pleased. Give Joe a call, you'll be glad you did... G. Joe did a great job! He was able to provide a quote by sharing a photo of the window we wanted tinted, arrived on time for the removal of the peeling old film, and tested a couple of different films in the office before applying the film at our home. Prime Window films is the most professional business I have dealt with in a long time. Joe came to my home to give me a quote (unlike the other companies I called who wanted me to take my own measurements and pictures to text to them) Joe from Prime Window films came himself to take measurements and kept the appointment. He stays in contact, via text, for reminders of appointments etc... He left the area clean when he was done. And of course, my husband and I are very pleased with his work. Our windows look great!! I can't stress enough his professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend Prime Window Films! read more

Such a professional company from start to finish. I called multiple companies and they would ask me to take measurements, or say that my job was to small to do.
