Winter months are minimum production but we are getting more than enough KWh to charge our plug in hybrid most every day. Other company that did install our roof retired so no longer available. Nonetheless were impressed by Penfolds (at the time), who were the runner up. Cory and his team did all the paperwork necessary for the building permit, electrical inspections, and paperwork for the BC Hydro rebate and would have walked me through financing had I decided to go that route. Torin and Connor the install team showed up and over the next two days took care of my installation and each day left as if they had never been here. The electrical contractors that they had were also super efficient and answered any questions that I had. I would have no hesitation in recommending Solve energy.

If you have any issues at all after installation, including damage to your roof, they are next to impossible to get a hold of, and probably impossible to get a resolution. I wish we had gone with a different company for the panels, or none at all, after our experience. If you want to test their phone line for any issue outside of "new business", before you sign with them, you will quickly see that you can't get a human on the line, the bot goes in circles. Emailing them is just as bad.
