So much detail was placed into every item we received when our Willow came back home. We even received flowers.

I can't begin to describe how incredible this business and its owner, Oscar is. From the ease of booking online to delivery of our pet back home to our door, Oscar/Stardust put so much LOVE, thought and care into every little detail. Our teenage daughter lost her 4 year old cat, Willow, recently. Losing a pet is so hard but Oscar made this an amazing experience for us all. He went above and beyond. We are so thankful!

Losing a dear pet is always tough, but easing the logistics of burial is a great comfort. Oscar from Stardust worked closely with me to schedule a pickup as soon as dear 125-lb Ellie was put to sleep freeing her from cancer pain. A very sad time but it was handled so well. This is the second time Stardust helped me through a difficult process and I would not hesitate to call Stardust again if the need arises.

They took good care of our Sugar and us. Highly recommend. They took her away with dignity while we were mourning. And brought her back in a beautiful urn.

Beautiful experience! I recommend to anyone who cherishes their pet's. You'll be in great hands. Thank you Stardust Pet Cremation.

It's not often I feel the need to rave about a company, but Stardust was phenomenal and really made this whole terrible event of losing a pet much easier to handle. I booked their earliest time slot available for pickup on their site the morning my pet passed and within a few minutes they text to confirm and offered to come earlier which was great, I have a young child and was hiding the death from him, a 2 year old wouldn't be able to grasp the concept of death, and they were at my door about 3 hours later and were compassionate and quick. They engraved a wooden box of my choosing, and only had a few options to chose from as they were low in stock but even offered to order anything off Amazon if I didn't like the options they had, but what they had was just fine. They offered to a engrave whatever I wanted on the box, and delivered him back to me 2 days later at a time frame I chose. I was surprised to receive some flowers and Yoshi's pawprint in a personalized bag in addition to his urn and certificate of cremation. Overall, they really blew me away and went above and beyond. If your struggling to decide who to trust with your pets final send off, I couldn't recommend them more.

Our dog died at home last week. Oscar came out and took care of everything. He was very professional and considerate. We got the remains back three days later in a nice urn with her name inscribed on it, as well as a woodblock paw print, lock of fur, flowers and a card, all very nice and included in the set price. We highly recommend Stardust when it's your pet's time.

Oscar came to pick up my Tucky on that Monday even though they were closed and carried my sweet boy to his car.

We called Briley and she came to collect Tiger on the day we called - which was a relief. She explained her services and the process, and then a couple weeks later arranged to bring him home on a day that worked for us. We were very touched by the package that his cremains came in, with sweet imprints of his paw and nose. These provided me with unexpected comfort. Briley's services really made a difference when we were/are grieving the loss of a cherished pet and companion. I highly recommend her.

When I was planning his cremation, the one thing I was afraid of is that the the facility will feel like hospital garbage disposal. He was my best friend and I wanted this grim process to be at least dignified. To my relief, with Briley I got just that - a peaceful, clean place outside the city to say goodbye. Absolutely worth the hour-long drive. It was quiet out there. The building was a large barn-like structure with a big cremation unit in the middle of a very large space. The unit was made of stone with a steel door... Clean and solid. I felt like I did right by him... It has taken me a while to write this review, and it's still difficult even now, but I just want everyone to know that if this process is important to you, Briley is the way to go. I got lucky that in my grief I somehow managed to stumble down the right path. Thank you, Briley. And thank you for his nose print.. I had no idea how much it was going to mean to me to have it.

Many vets in town use their service, and it was going to cost an extra $65 for picking up her body and returning her cremains so I took her out myself. The staff there is extremely kind. I got to spend extra time with her in a mourning room. I was offered getting a lock of her hair and a paw print if I wanted, but I declined. I was told that I would probably be able to pick her up the following week I received a call about two days later. Her crews were presented to me in a beautiful satin blue bag. The ground was still too hard, so she is sitting on my altar, and though it has rained and the ground is soft enough to dig, the time is not right to say my total goodbye yet. I highly recommend Fond Memories.

From beginning to the end, the customer service was superb and professional. I would highly recommend this business and work with Morgan (if you can) to get your pet processed as she had amazing customer service (more on that later). Once your pet passes or if you know its almost their time, you can call Heavenly Paws to do a service order intake or you can simply fill out the form online. It's pretty straight forward to populate. I opted to have them pick up my pet from my home (there is a fee), but you also have the option of dropping them off or meeting up at the local vet/pet hospitals for pick up. Please note: Heavenly Paws does not do the euthanasia, go to your vet if you choose this route. They were very respectful pickings up your pet and they also use a coin tagging system to ensure through and through that your pet is processed altogether. I opted to pick up my pet from Heavenly Paws and the service was completed as promised (typical 3-4 week lead time). I was met with the utmost professionalism and great customer service by Morgan. She was so patient and informative. She broke down the whole cremation process and explained every detail. It made me at ease knowing they put forth the best respect to your pet and their service. Kudos to her for making this process very seamless! If you wish to commemorate your loved one, Heavenly paws is the place to go. They are timely, sensitive, and respectful to your needs and you can tell and feel that they genuinely care! Thank you Morgan and the team st Heavenly Paws for making this process so special!

I didn't have my head straight when we discovered baby girl had passed and chose the first place for cremation on Google, which was a certain animal hospital that when we got there said we would get her back in a month. After a few days my husband and I decided that that was too long and we found eternal waters online, watched the video of the process and liked that it was more environmentally friendly than traditional cremation. And the fact that my baby girl loved swimming in lakes and beaches seemed like this was meant to be. Thank goodness they offer pickup from the other clinic we had her at. That would've been tough for us to do. Lilia was super sweet and understanding even with my weird request of sending me a photo of Lucy to make sure the right dog was picked up. But thank goodness she suggested me sending her a photo of Lucy so she can confirm during the pickup. That made it a lot less painful. She texted me immediately on pick up that it was 100% my baby girl. Told it would take about a week but it ended up being 2 weeks. It was worth it with all of the extra things we got to keep in her memory. I had asked for an impression of her front 2 paws, one of her feet became deformed as she got older, a single paw print, a nose print, and her different colors of fur in a jar which I was really impressed she got all of the colors because I had just groomed my baby before she passed and her fur was short. I will take my future babies and recommend them to people in the future. She was so kind and understanding during one of our hardest losses. Thank you!
