I highly recommend Briley and her business. Our girl passed in her sleep last Friday to Saturday. I called several places and had to leave messages because it was before 9am. One place that called me back said that they charged a weekend pick up fee and were booked for pick ups anyways but that I could bring the body in myself as they took walk-ins all day. Briley responded around 9am and was able to pick our girl's body up by 10:45. She communicated with me every step of the way and even delivered our girl's ashes today (less than a week turn around). The package I received with Jacey's remains was so beautiful and heartfelt. Briley's service took away my need to worry about what to do and now I feel like I'm able to properly process my grief and say goodbye to my girl. Thank you Briley!

After the loss of our dog and numerous calls to different places, my family and I stumbled upon American pets. I was super grateful for the service that Briley showed. Aside from the location being very convenient, the communication and updates helped my family and I through this process. Briley took care of our dear sugar, and was able to get his ashes back within a week. It was very beautiful and heartwarming to know that sugar was taken care of. My family and I are deeply grateful for the amazing service and care briley showed :)

10/10 would absolutely recommend! Briley was very flexible and accommodating when my Schnitzel passed away. It was an early Sunday morning, and no one else was available but her! She responded within the hour I reached out, and picked up my baby within about 2 hours after. I was out of her service area and she still came to us!! She charged a little extra, but I didn't mind at all for the convenience and ease. She quoted about a week-week and a half that we'd get our schnitzel back, and we actually had her reach out to us that Wednesday saying he was ready to be delivered and go home; so about 3 days!!! She worked with my schedule and personally delivered him back to us! Everything was absolutely beautiful and could tell her and the cremation company really took pride and care in their services!

This was the beautiful kit they delivered

Oliver had passed away that morning at our house and I was able to book a same day pick up. Oliver was picked up in a beautiful wicker basket with fresh flowers and brought back to us in the urn we picked out with his name added to everything. It all turned out so personalized, so beautiful and I am so very thankful. Thank you!

I originally called Stardust at the number on the website, but it went to voicemail. The voicemail mentioned sending a text, and that is truly an ideal communication style when you are close to tears at any moment. After texting the same number, Oscar, the owner, immediately texted back. He provided clear communication that was informative and helpful, but in caring and empathetic way. He was also willing to work his schedule to accommodate mine, which was appreciated. All of my communication with Oscar occurred over text with the exception on picking Bellatrix up and then bringing her back. Is Oscar as amazing in person as he is via text? Yes!!! He exudes empathy and kindness. It is evident that he really cares about the work that he is doing. In addition to great communication and stellar customer service, Oscar's care and compassion were truly personified in the final presentation of my cat. A custom wooden tag was made for Bellatrix's urn. Along with her urn, I was provided with a paw print, a vial of her fur, a vial of whiskers, and a sweet bunch of real flowers. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The receptionist reassured us they trusted this service and that my boy, whom I loved for 16 years, would have a private solo cremation which I very much demanded for. Many vets in town use their service, and it was going to cost an extra $65 for picking up her body and returning her cremains so I took her out myself. The staff there is extremely kind. I got to spend extra time with her in a mourning room. I was offered getting a lock of her hair and a paw print if I wanted, but I declined. I was told that I would probably be able to pick her up the following week I received a call about two days later. Her crews were presented to me in a beautiful satin blue bag. The ground was still too hard, so she is sitting on my altar, and though it has rained and the ground is soft enough to dig, the time is not right to say my total goodbye yet. I highly recommend Fond Memories.

From beginning to the end, the customer service was superb and professional. I would highly recommend this business and work with Morgan (if you can) to get your pet processed as she had amazing customer service (more on that later). Once your pet passes or if you know its almost their time, you can call Heavenly Paws to do a service order intake or you can simply fill out the form online. It's pretty straight forward to populate. I opted to have them pick up my pet from my home (there is a fee), but you also have the option of dropping them off or meeting up at the local vet/pet hospitals for pick up. Please note: Heavenly Paws does not do the euthanasia, go to your vet if you choose this route. They were very respectful pickings up your pet and they also use a coin tagging system to ensure through and through that your pet is processed altogether. I opted to pick up my pet from Heavenly Paws and the service was completed as promised (typical 3-4 week lead time). I was met with the utmost professionalism and great customer service by Morgan. She was so patient and informative. She broke down the whole cremation process and explained every detail. It made me at ease knowing they put forth the best respect to your pet and their service. Kudos to her for making this process very seamless! If you wish to commemorate your loved one, Heavenly paws is the place to go. They are timely, sensitive, and respectful to your needs and you can tell and feel that they genuinely care! Thank you Morgan and the team st Heavenly Paws for making this process so special!

I didn't have my head straight when we discovered baby girl had passed and chose the first place for cremation on Google, which was a certain animal hospital that when we got there said we would get her back in a month. After a few days my husband and I decided that that was too long and we found eternal waters online, watched the video of the process and liked that it was more environmentally friendly than traditional cremation. And the fact that my baby girl loved swimming in lakes and beaches seemed like this was meant to be. Thank goodness they offer pickup from the other clinic we had her at. That would've been tough for us to do. Lilia was super sweet and understanding even with my weird request of sending me a photo of Lucy to make sure the right dog was picked up. But thank goodness she suggested me sending her a photo of Lucy so she can confirm during the pickup. That made it a lot less painful. She texted me immediately on pick up that it was 100% my baby girl. Told it would take about a week but it ended up being 2 weeks. It was worth it with all of the extra things we got to keep in her memory. I had asked for an impression of her front 2 paws, one of her feet became deformed as she got older, a single paw print, a nose print, and her different colors of fur in a jar which I was really impressed she got all of the colors because I had just groomed my baby before she passed and her fur was short. I will take my future babies and recommend them to people in the future. She was so kind and understanding during one of our hardest losses. Thank you!

I was approved to adopt from Austin Boxer Rescue and went to one of their adoption day events a few months ago. They are very organized and MOST of the volunteers are very nice. But the one dark haired lady who signs in visitors was the rudest person I have ever met. She was talking horribly about all the other volunteers and was rude to us (and to the other familes that came that day). Like seriously rude. It was very offputting for the first person we met to scream at us and others. I wish I could remember her name - maybe Tina? Tanya? That said, I worked with Justin and he and all the other volunteers were helpful and nice. I haven't found the perfect dog yet and am not sure I want to go back to their adopt day again. I don't want to be yelled at.
