I can't recommend this aquamation service enough. From start to finish, they were responsive, professional, yet incredibly caring and empathetic. The owner, Lilia, went above and beyond to ensure that we, and our beloved cat Sammy, were treated with the utmost respect and dignity. She allowed us to take our time saying goodbye to Sammy in their peaceful reception area and patiently explained the aquamation process, answering all of our questions with kindness. Making decisions about aftercare for a pet is heartbreaking, but I found so much comfort in choosing aquamation over traditional methods. The idea of a final, warm water bath felt far more gentle and loving. Lilia made sure we had beautiful keepsakes of Sammy--her soft white fur, her whiskers, paw prints, and a surprise nose print that means so much to us. Though this has been one of the hardest losses we've faced, I'm grateful for the care and compassion we received. Sammy was treated with great dignity, and that means the world to us. If you are in need of these services, I highly recommend trusting this team during such a difficult time.

Eternal Waters Aquamation Everyone who has a pet who is nearing their end of life, please contact this business! They Provide The Most Professional,Calming , Inexpensive and Caring Experience I have ever had providing after life care to my pet Squirt! My Apologizes for such a late compliment, life has been doing its thing. First, I would like to Thank Lilia, one half of the company who went above and beyond for the after care for my little 13 year old Chi Mix, Squirt. Her husband Chris is the other half, A Great Team! This is the only facility I have found that will guide you step by step and provide pictures of your pet going through the process to make sure you know you have the correct remains returned. Her aura and and personality, along with the dedication to her job is wonderful! She makes you feel like you are not just another customer and is very accommodating with all of the process. I would also like to Thank her Husband, who helps maintain such a clean, well kept and reasonable priced business. Most pet crematories will not tell you but they use this business as well sometimes. These same businesses if you ask are there any other places that does this unique process will say no. I know I asked. Most of the vet's offices dont know about this place either, I asked them. Also most vet places don't really know the pet crematories and their reputation. All they know is their office is contracted out to the same 1 or 2 places. That shows how shady pet crematories can be! It's really sad that for such a wonderful business, the word does not get out, but I guess the other rude places that charge you more money are afraid to share, knowing they will lose business. I searched and searched and finally found Eternal Waters Aquamation on Yelp, best thing I could have ever done. Lilly got right back to me as soon as she could and told me all she could provide and she didn't disappoint! I also looked at another pet crematory and the staff was very unprofessional and rude and using profanity. Eternal Waters Aquamation is where you take your pet to be treated as your family member to be taken care of at such great prices. Everything came out Great for Squirt and they provided a certificate of aquamation, urn box, paw print, bottle of their hair, packaged very neatly as well a heart shaped paper seed you can plant in honor of your pet at home. They also provide delivery and pick up services and will go out of their way to accommodate you!! God Bless You Both and Your Business!! Vr Brandy and Squirt

I really didn't want to have to post this, because I don't want to discourage anyone from choosing aquamation for their precious furkids. It's still uncommon and especially in TX, is struggling to be allowed to be more widespread, including as a service for humans. There aren't many choices around and I also understand that Eternal Waters is a very small business. I don't want to hurt them, but I want things to be better for other grieving families. After the experience I had in 2021 as well as a recent experience now in 2023, I feel that my review needs to be posted. I don't want others to experience what I did, and maybe if more people see this, better systems will be put into place within EW to prevent as such. EW: Please do better. Because I wanted to explain in clear detail what happened give the full situation, I've attached pictures of what I wrote because otherwise it wouldn't fit in my yelp preview. Please read below.

The world is better because of kind warm people like Karin and Hector. I hold both in them the absolute HIGHEST of regards and will recommend their services to everyone I know. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but finding people like these who will honor your family member in the best most dignified way possible is, simply priceless. I called Karin on the day my beloved Basset Hound, King Louis, passed, she was immediately helpful and empathetic. She helped me to arrange to bringing him to their business, and I was so grateful that she allowed me and my husband to say goodbye to him, and even told me how handsome he was...it meant the world. I will NEVER forget the words she used right before we left: "We'll take good care of him." Isn't that all we ever want for our pets? It just hit home, that these people really CARE. They are strangers, who I met on my worst day, and they reassured me that the next step would be gentle, kind, and dignified. From the AMAZING paw-print, to the kindness and warmth they showed to a grieving family, to the heartfelt card we received with the flower paper, the beautiful urn, and the nature of their care for the environment...This is an amazing service and I will always return to them. Thank you Karin and Hector. You gave me a wonderful gift.

Our almost 13 year old lab/golden retriever mix (85 plus pounds), Millie, died suddenly around 10 pm on April 19th. We were devastated and looked online for cremation places. Most places, mentioned the pet being picked picked up at the vet. Eternal Waters Aquamation has vet office pick up, home/ house pick up, or drop off. The prices were incredibly affordable. The website was easy to use and clear cut with prices. The owner, Lilia Fuller, changed her pick up schedule so we could drop Millie off as our neighbor was going out of town the next morning (we needed him to move Millie as I couldn't help my husband). This place is amazing and I highly recommend this business. The owner is incredibly passionate about helping people.

My Labrador Cinnamon passed away over the weekend. Eternal Waters were very compassionate. I received special treatment and excellent service. I recommend 100% and I will confidently use your services again. Thanks and blessings.

Urn was purchased separately (they provide a pretty wooden box) but the paw print and vial of hair was given to us along with his ashes.

As we all know, losing a pet is nothing short of losing a close family member. It was very important for us to find someone who would handle our pup with care after he passed overnight in our home. They came out late morning to pick him up and she carefully placed him in a pretty basket she had brought with a nice blanket on him so we could say our final goodbyes. She was so kind and patient and willing to give us whatever time we needed with him while she waited outside. About 8 days later she returned him to us and I was honestly shocked at the care and detail they put into it. It all comes in beautiful packaging. She made sure that all the mementos were perfect for us. She even did two paw prints because the front paw was difficult to get. The box he came in was beautiful and she even swirled his hair around a little jar that looked so beautiful we placed it on top of his box. While nothing can take away the pain of losing your pet, Eternal Waters will provide comfort and reliability. I can not recommend their services enough.

When we lost our cat Onyx we took him to Eternal Waters Aquamation. The kindness and compassion from the owners was very much appreciated in our time of need. It was very comforting to know that his body was being treated with care. They did an amazing job with his remains and we got him back quickly. Though protocols were different due to covid19 we felt that they were using all precaution to keep us and their employees safe. After getting our boy back and looking at the ashes we don't ever want to do standard cremation again. The Aquamation process is not only environmentally friendly but the remains were very nice. We would recommend Eternal Waters Aquamation for others in their time of need.

I feel so good about how Karin and team cared for my 18 year old best kitty friend, the compassion and care were obvious throughout the process - from the initial call until I picked up the remains and mementos. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you're in the Austin area and have to say goodbye to a pet, I highly recommend them!!

Eternal Waters is AMAZING. Just before contacting Eternal Waters, we received some not so good news about our pup Maggie, and as this was our first time going through the process of cremation, we didn't know much about the process. We wanted to make sure Maggie was in the best hands possible after her passing. We called in, and Karin talked to my husband for a while on the phone, while we were searching for the best place for Maggie. She was very caring, answered a bunch of questions which everyone will have near the end of their companions' journey, and spent time with us as if we had known each other for awhile. Her and her husband Hector, went above and beyond our expectations for how to handle the passing of Maggie, before and after. We choose aquacremation because we felt fire cremation was a little extreme, and by talking to Karin we were educated on the process. This method is much more peaceful, more natural, and it's eco-friendly. We couldn't be happier with our choice. We got Maggie back in a very ornate wood-carved box, some nicely placed hair in wide glass jar that has her hair wrapped around like a rainbow, and a white clay paw print imprint. We also got a letter from them for our loss, some paper hearts that can be grown into flowers, and an official certificate of cremation. This couple really cares for the customer's pet as if they were their own. They spent a long time with us, with great patience, and can't imagine recommending any other place to have a loved companion handled with extreme care, in a natural process. They were really there for us when we needed them most, and they had just met us! I would recommend this place to anyone, and everyone.

This place is God sent, Karin helped dry my tears with such care and compassion with the death of my Babie. It was a holiday and when no other pet cremations would answer their phone, she did. Waiting for me outside with a precious basket to lay Babie in. So you can imagine the beautiful work that went into preserving Babies ashes, just so beautiful. At a time of my broken heart, Eternal Waters was my first step to mending it...

So happy with how our baby girl was treated with such care and love

I told her I really didn't want to do it just yet, but that I would definitely be hiring them. Sarah was so comforting and understanding, and said I could call when I was ready. This has been a very difficult Christmas, because I am still grieving the loss of my parents who passed in 2023 and 2021. They gave my their little miniature Schnauzer when they moved into assisted living. His name was Beaux and he and my little Lulu (another M. S.) became very close. Lulu developed congestive heart failure and we had to say goodbye to her last June. We took her to our vet who was very kind and she went peacefully. That was a very difficult trip. When we arrived back home, Beaux looked all over for Lulu. When he went outside he looked all around the yard for her, and was confused. I kept him close by my side and we were a salve to each other's broken hearts. His health began to rapidly decline. He seemed to have lost his zest for life. He was always a goody little miscreant, curious about everything - until Lulu passed. He developed diabetes, but he responded to the insulin pretty well. His cataracts suddenly took over and he was completely blind. At 14 he simply couldn't adjust to being blind. He also became incontinent. We had to carry him outside and back inside each time. I realized that as much as the idea was repellent to me, his quality of life just wasn't there anymore, and it was time to let him go to be with my parents. He used to love to play with his toys. Fetch was his favorite game, especially with Mom. His fetch days were over. Friday night he was up all night. He was constantly needing to pee and we were up and down with him. I knew it was "time." So, Saturday morning I sent a text to Sarah. They came here that very night, to my surprise! That was such an immense relief to know that very shortly he would suffer no longer. Beaux was in bed with me sleeping when Sarah and Dr. Pittman arrived. My husband asked them if they minded just giving him that last act of kindness right where he was snuggled up with me. I am very ill, and Beaux was always at my side. Dr. Pittman didn't bat an eye at that and followed my husband back to where Beaux was with me. We all talked a bit, and I held Beaux in my arms until he quietly, peacefully slipped away. I held his little paw. Sarah and the good doctor wrapped him in blankets and carried him out. If you decide you want your dear pet to pass at home, Bee Comforting is the absolute best. It was certainly worth the extra money. Dr. Pittman has a calling, and her manner and way of handling Beaux was amazing. She is a blessing!
