Our doors had our name it! Such a cute touch.

I did the couples 30 minute sauna then a 60 minute float sesh. Wow... we are both still riding on a cloud 9 of relaxation. This place was such a healing experience from start to finish. Everyone that worked there had a very calming energy. The place was immaculately clean yet cozy. There's space to prep and lock your stuff away, clean huge bathrooms with lovely mirrors, and a "chill zone". Really a stellar experience all the way through. I loved decompressing and sipping on tea in their chill room after it all. I also did some coloring before checking out and re-entering the real world. 10/10 experience, looking forward to booking again soon, this place is a hidden gem

I want to give a big shout out to Rebecca, the owner of the place and who I book my 90-min massages with. She has such a calming voice and has always listened to me and "fixed" whatever my body needed-- cupping, hot stones, deep tissue. The ambiance of the place is very healing from the front desk, to the waiting room, to the massage rooms, and the float spas. I've only done the float once for a 60-min session. It was my first time doing something like this so I didn't really know what to expect. I ended up getting the couple size room which was massive! I didn't know that this was what I booked but it was a nice surprise. This room is recommended for people who are taller (I'm 4'10 so this was more than what I needed) or for people who feel claustrophobia. I imagine the single room would have been sufficient so I'll try that out next time. The float rooms have showers which you use before and after the session and they provide ear plugs as well. The float itself had options to completely turn off the lights or keep some light one, depending on your mood. You can choose whether or not you can have music. The beauty is that you control all of this inside the float. The bathrooms are clean and they also provide a room with hair dryers. I will continue going to this place because of Rebecca and the wonderful experiences I've had here. Highly recommend!

Best float spa I've been to! I chose the 1hr float plus the 1 hr massages- what a great combination! It was heavenly! Floating weightless was just what I needed my body needed to relax and release some pains and tensions. And Michelle's healing touch was the perfect way to end the experience. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I did a couples float and it was wonderful. The facility is beautifully appointed, clean, and welcoming. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and really makes you feel at home. There are fresh towels, ear plugs, shampoo, conditioner, and a nice shower in the float rooms. In the float you can control the lighting and the sound to customize your experience. I highly recommend trying this, and once you fall in love with it they offer packages as well.

My own personalized room with my name on the door, awaiting my presence

You go into an individual pod filled with water super-saturated with epsom salt that's set to a temperature of 95 degrees which is equivalent to human skin temperature. The benefits of using these pods are for relaxation, reduction of pain and inflammation, and stress relief. Once you're in, you basically float in zero gravity. It's hard not to fall asleep because it's so relaxing haha! Customer service was excellent. The young lady helping us was friendly and efficient. It was very easy to book over the phone. You have to call them to get into and out of the parking garage but someone always picked up the phone. The pods were clean and the shower stocked with all essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and towel. Some tips: - come dressed in casual clothes and sandals so you can use in the shower and in and out of the pod - bring a brush to comb your hair after (they have a hair dryer there) - put in the moldable plugs before you go into the shower and pod to ensure they are tightly in Would definitely recommend everyone experience this at least once! They say to get meaningful benefit they recommend trying it at least 3 times.

I want to preface this by saying I came here genuinely looking forward to a relaxing experience…read more What I got instead was a health hazard that I am now pursuing through the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health. I got into my float tank and something felt off. I got out mid-session and started looking around. What I found and documented with approximately 40 photographs was one of the most unsanitary commercial facilities I have ever seen in my life. There was visible black mold growing inside the float tank itself. On the lid seam. On the interior walls. On the door seal. This is the enclosed space that customers pay to lie inside and breathe recycled air for up to 90 minutes. The shower rooms had black mold covering the grout on every wall, every floor, and every corner. The ceiling panels had rust bleeding through them. The HVAC vent had visible mold and rust buildup on the filter screen, which means contaminated air is being actively circulated to every room in the building. The walls had paint blistering and bubbling off, which is what happens when moisture and mold are growing behind the wall surface, not just on it. When I contacted the business and requested a refund, they told me that what I photographed was not mold and was not dangerous. They refused to issue a refund. I have filed a formal complaint with the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health requesting an immediate inspection and suspension of operations until professional mold remediation is completed and the facility passes reinspection. I have also disputed the charge with my bank.

What in great find!!…read more First off, I'm from the Bay Area - where you would expect businesses like this to be in- but this is the first of its kind that I've seen!! Visiting La Jolla my friends and I decided to look into some wellness offerings after a Pilates class. We found LivKraft and they offered the services we wanted. We opted for a cold plunge, sauna and red light experience (there was a red light panel in the sauna). The room accommodated both is us. Walking in the vibe was calm, aesthetic and inviting. The room we were in had everything we needed and then some. Everything was clean and set up for use. Instructions are on the wall, so we didn't need to ask for much during our time. We opted for a 50 minute session and it was perfect for the both of us. For two people, including tax and tip it came out to about $117. Highly recommend this place!! Here's how to make the most of your visit with a Day Pass: Pack a tote bag with swim suit, dry clothing, fresh undergarments Mock Up Itinerary: Arrive by 12-1 pm, Leave by 6-6:30 pm Dry Services: 12:15-1 pm I recommend starting off at the Salt Cave for 30-40 minutes, then going into the Mind-Sync area where they have meditation and relaxation. Wet Services: 1:10-1:50 pm saunas first, then rinse off Sauna Tip: I always start with dry then go to wet spending 15 minutes in each one. 1:55-2:15 pm *Depending on what slot is available upon checking in, you can book 15 min Hot Mineral Water bath which was my favorite. Be ready in the waiting area 5-10 MIN before your appointment because they will not go around looking for you!! 2:30-3:30 pm Hit the pool. They also have mineral water pools outdoors no appointment needed. 3:30 Shower 3:45 Snack/Gym. I didn't do it but you might as well. 4:00 Go BACK to Mind Sync and try something new Additional Comments: Price: $160 pp (holiday upcharge) / I do not know the regular price but I believe it's $130 on weekdays Spa: women's spa area was a bit busy with groups of ladies. The hair products were running low, lotion as well. Showers around 6:30 pm were in busy rotation and some ladies had to wait for a shower. Visitors/People: Some visitors do come in groups and might not follow spa etiquette in terms of using their quiet voices but that's outside of the actual spas control and is a result of visiting on a holiday like I did. Check out: Can get a bit crammed up during the holiday weekend (I visited memorial weekend) so be mindful there are 3-4 people behind the counter and if you try to leave 10 minutes before they close you may be stuck waiting 10-15 minutes. I suggest planning to leave and checkout by 6:15 pm Meditation Area: The blankets in the mind sync area are very soft however they are reused so once you're done the staff will fold it and place it back onto the chair. They have headphones and they offer headphones covers for sanitary purposes, which is great. Food: They have a cafe and a food service window by the pool area. I did not have the chance to try the food on site. You can also probably bring your own bev/snacks. They have oranges and nuts on site from what I remember.

The star of the show for me was the grounding room where I was transported nearly out of body while laying on a vibrating chair with a warm electric blanket and headphones. The mineral bath was nice but a little hot for my taste and the the salt cave didn't quite feel salty enough for my taste but overall an incredible experience. The staff works very hard to accommodate every request and the aromatherapy towels helped me endure the sauna and steam rooms.

I tried to ignore it and continue with the session, but after closing the lid and looking around, I saw hair from other clients floating in the water along with various other particles. I'm not sure exactly what everything was, but it made it impossible for me to relax. Knowing I was floating in water that appeared unclean made me extremely uncomfortable, and I ended up getting out of the pod early. I was told the filters run frequently, but based on what I observed, I found it hard to believe they are working properly.
