What stood out to me is the variety of services they offer--cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, halo therapy, and massage chairs--so there are plenty of options depending on what you're looking for. This business prides themselves in their affordable membership with the unlimited sessions... you absolutely get your moneys worth it if you plan on going regularly. Second, they accept walk ins but it is a lottery with the service you can get. We went three friends and we each had to choose different things because some of the services they only have one machine. I only had the Infrared Sauna without the Red light option so I took it. I was actually looking forward to another service of the EMR mat, but my friend chose that one and ai couldn't. I guess that if you reserve with time it is fine, but still if you go with friends you can't all do it, only the regular Infrared Sauna Rooms. Service was good. So that's why I say I have mixed reviews because the sauna was good but my only option. Parking for me is also a big issue when heading to a place Would have to go again to experience it differently.

The cold plunge is freezing cold and deeper then it looks, the first step to get back out of the tub is a little high so if you can't really lift your legs high maybe skip that tub. The jacuzzi hot tub has steps that make it easy to get in and out.
