They were out of three different drinks that I wanted, but finally they found something for my caffeinating needs. I pulled through the drive thru hoping for a new holiday drink with no success. Choice after choice they weee out of the smallest things to make this and that. Remember the supply chain issues they are truly real. Don't take out some thing that they don't have on the staff, they cannot help these issues. The staff was so supportive of my plight. It's not just my needs, it's all customers; they truly care here. Music is set a good volume and the place is very comfy. A great place to study or just to chat and relax. I had great service also.

I love getting my coffee every morning before starting my day. As an entrepreneur you need that boost to feel prepared for a productive day.

I'm just happy that they're back. Yes, this Starbucks has been available for drive-thru and pick-up, but just the other day, I learned they had also reopened their indoor seating area. It had been open for a few weeks apparently! Imagine my delight: We were experiencing (another) power outage in my neighborhood, and being that I work from home, I needed a little office space. Skeptical yet optimistic, I called the good folks at Starbucks, and they invited me to come on down. To further set the stage, I haven't enjoyed a sit-down coffee at Starbucks since February 2020. What would this be like?! Would I make a fool out of myself? I'm not being facetious; I actually did kind of make a fool of myself. After ordering my decaf Americano and ice water, I made a one-minute detour to the restroom. When I returned, there were two drinks that looked like my order at the bar. So, as characteristic of pre-COVID times, I got my grubby, sanitized, vaccinated hands on the cups and spun them around looking for my name. I then realized I hadn't given the barista my name when I ordered. These were not my drinks, LOL. Well, the team behind the counter was most gracious, suspending my nonsense by handing my drinks personally. I established my office at a nice table with plenty of space. I was moved to see a handful of patrons with their drinks and reading material, socializing with friends or getting some work done. And so, until I was notified that the power was back on at home, I enjoyed a full afternoon at Starbucks. How I missed this! Yuma is vaccinating and unmasking, my friends. A glimmer of normalcy is shining through. I recommend this Starbucks highly, and I look forward to returning soon. Sorry for touching all the drinks, LOL. read more

Starbucks needs to get their line together, I want the normal way to help start the line where they have it set up but everybody turns in right there where the curbs at and rides the curb and goes out to the street like assholes, and nobody would let me in, but the one time I didn't let some one cut in the lady complained and they told me at the window I was a bad person, which is bullshit. People are supposed to have common courtesy I guess nobody knows what that is anymore Starbucks lost my business for good I'm only going to support locally owned coffee shops in Yuma read more

Wouldn't let me use the restroom claiming their water was off (it wasn't). I've never had a Starbucks employee be so rude to me. Zero stars.
