Load Em Up Fries is for those foodies who enjoy exploring new tastes and combining their favorite foods in one bite. Take the Load Em' Up Smash Burger, two fresh meat patties perfectly grilled with melted cheddar and sizzling macaroni and cheese, a drizzle of their barbecue sauce and you have a masterpiece exploding in your mouth. If that's too much burger for you, they have the Surf and Turf which gives you their famous mac and cheese seared shrimp and diced steak. The area around the food truck is always clean and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Most days you'll find them on Avenue B, just south of 14th Street. They also provide the cheese, corn tortillas, salsa and a curry sauce that are all homemade too. LaShelle arrived on time. She's the sweetest! She provided me with disposable forks, serving utensils, plates and napkins. The containers of cheese and sauces were glass and reusable hard plastic which I was told I could keep! I felt that $10 a person was well worth what we received! If I am in need of their services again, I think I might pay the extra $2 per person to have them serve out of their trailer! People were reading books, talking, using laptops, relaxing, etc. We took our drinks and found a nice spot under a gazebo in their expansive outdoor garden area. We chatted for the better part of an hour. No rush. Fantastic space which filled up rather quickly on a Monday morning. Plenty of people taking advantage of the amazing seating areas in the outdoor space. We will definitely be back. Already looking forward to it.
