If you like a burger to have two pieces of bread and meat in the middle, this isn't for you. Load Em Up Fries is for those foodies who enjoy exploring new tastes and combining their favorite foods in one bite. Take the Load Em' Up Smash Burger, two fresh meat patties perfectly grilled with melted cheddar and sizzling macaroni and cheese, a drizzle of their barbecue sauce and you have a masterpiece exploding in your mouth. If that's too much burger for you, they have the Surf and Turf which gives you their famous mac and cheese seared shrimp and diced steak. The area around the food truck is always clean and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Most days you'll find them on Avenue B, just south of 14th Street. But, on some Fridays, they head over to the Friday Night Munchies at the fairgrounds, so it's always good to check their Facebook page just in case. Also, a little advice, bring some wet naps.

They not only have their own food truck, but they will cater a buffet style fare or bring their trailer to your event! The first time I tasted one of their tacos was at a vendor event. I ordered a beef brisket taco. OMG was it ever tasty!!! Although their sauce was somewhat spicy for me, I went back for seconds because it was so darned good! Don't hold that against them though, cuz I am a wuss when it comes to spicy! It wasn't your typical Mexican taco either! My son-in-law described it best when he said the tacos had a Caribbean Flare. I was so impressed with their food that I had them cater my New Years Eve party. I chose two meats for the tacos (chicken and pork) and a corn creation as a side. They also provide the cheese, corn tortillas, salsa and a curry sauce that are all homemade too. LaShelle arrived on time. She's the sweetest! She provided me with disposable forks, serving utensils, plates and napkins. The containers of cheese and sauces were glass and reusable hard plastic which I was told I could keep! I felt that $10 a person was well worth what we received! If I am in need of their services again, I think I might pay the extra $2 per person to have them serve out of their trailer! I suspect that once Yuma discovers their delicious food, the prices may increase, but I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again! I give them 5 YUMMMMS up!!
