Like I always say, any Starbucks location can be difficult to review. What I consistently look for is friendly customer treatment, order accuracy/consistency, and order quality. Speed to service is definitely important, but that will vary significantly depending on time of day. I stopped by this location around 5PM on a weekday during Christmas week. To my surprise, there was no line despite many customers sitting in the cafe. The employee at the register greeted me as soon as I approached the counter. I could tell that she was newer; she seemed to be a little thrown off by me redeeming the customer rewards that come with my Starbucks credit card. However, she made a nice effort to figure out the process and double-checked with her supervisor. I was happy to see that she was very attentive to customer service. I ordered my usual Iced Chai Latte with oat milk and the seasonal Chestnut Praline syrup added in. My drink was ready very quickly, similar to how soon I was served after walking in. The barista did a great job checking in with me to see if my level of light ice was satisfactory for what I ordered. She was also very friendly in making sure to greet me and wish me a happy holiday weekend on my way out. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this location. The employees had the store under control and relatively clean despite the cafe volume. This is a location I would definitely revisit when in the area again. read more

I have a bone to pick with this here Starbucks. So I walk in, order my drinks, and sit down. It was nice, but I had realized I was sitting in there for quite some time. So, I go to check if my 2 drinks are done because they looked a bit busy, and what do you know, one of my Carmel Ribbon Crunches are right there. No one bothered to call out my name for the order, so I thought it would be okay for me to just go and grab it. I get one of my drinks, but It seemed like they had forgot about my other one. So I went up to the counter to remind them and she makes my second drink. What really ticked me off is the fact that after I was given my last drink, the worker said to me "Please don't grab over the counter next time." In a rude tone. Ha! Like there we BE a next time. The nerve she had to make me wait at least 25 minutes for one drink and forget the other one and THEN tell me to not go get MY drink that I paid for was ridiculous. So Starbucks is Starbucks. There is no point reviewing the menu or the prep. This review is strictly about the experience and service. This is one of the cleanest Starbucks around. The service staff is very accommodating. They do not hassle or rush you even when they are 5 minutes from closing. Of course, we didn't want to be inconsiderate and don't want to linger too close to end of day. But the cue usually is when they start cleaning other sections and start putting chairs on top of tables there. Here they didn't even start doing that 10 minutes to close as we were sitting on the sofa in lounge area. I would give this place 6 starts out of 5 if I could. Super impressed read more

If you like the clover brewed coffee, this location has a clover machine. Ask the barista for a coffee that is not already brewed and the barista will use the clover machine to brew it. I ask for a decaf pike; the barista brews the coffee using the clover and I do not pay extra for getting a clover brewed coffee. The location was recently remodeled with new wall murals and furniture. There are convenient electrical ports right below the seating. In between the wedding and reception, we had a couple hours to kill so we came here. The line to order was quick but the line to receive moved at a glacial pace. This location has the best and most cheerful employee (I believe his name is Richard) I have ever encountered, and I go to Starbucks regularly wherever I go. If I could nominate a Starbucks Employee of the year, it would be him. The location is spacious, and a quiet place to do work (thanks, free wifi). I don't feel rushed by employees to leave, even after monopolizing a table for almost 4 hours. Clean, comfortable and welcoming! What else could you want from your local Starbucks? This is where my husband and I get our morning coffee when we are in the area visiting family. I always have a complicated order, and it is always met with a smile. The staff here are great, above average staff for a Starbucks in my experience. They are super friendly, have never messed up my order, and have been very accommodating. For example, I wanted an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich the last time I was here, and they were out of them. The cashier offered to take the sausage off of a sausage, egg, and cheese for me before it was heated. I've never been able to sit down and enjoy my coffee in-house, as the tables are always full when I stop by. The reasons it is a four and not a five: 1. I always order my drink extra-hot, and sometimes I still get it regular temperature (not a huge deal as I just go home and microwave it), 2. During busy times they run out of different food items quickly, and 3. It is a small Starbucks and is always very crowded with a constant line (though I think they handle the volume of business generally well). I'm only picky about a few things, and my coffee is one of them. I always know when I come here that I will get what I'm expecting and will get great customer service (much appreciated, especially before I get my morning coffee!). read more

This is my go-to Starbucks, mostly because it's a mile from my house, but it's also better than the other ones around me. Whether I'm going in to do work on my computer or just get a quick coffee on the run, the staff are nice, efficient and accommodating (I get a little antsy before I've had my coffee). Obviously the coffee is just like any other Starbucks, but this one has a nice staff, is super clean and has a lot of seating. They also always have good music playing. My favorite part about this specific one is the clientele. It's very unique, which is great for people watching. I've sat there from noon to 6 before to do work and I spent most of my time just observing the different characters that came in. It's definitely a great place to go. read more

They are usually very fast, accurate, and friendly, although some of the staff definitely have that overly-hyped, sugar-high optimism that Starbucks has somewhat of a reputation for. They keep the food in stock; I've never had them be out of something that I wanted. The seating area is medium to large; I can usually find an armchair or a window stool if I want to hang around for a bit. No problems at all with this Starbucks location; they're doing it right. read more

The baristas in the mornings are rude and unfriendly. I've come to this location a number of times sporadically over the past couple of years hoping to be treated cordially (nothing more required!). Each time the gal or the guy take the card/cash and then plop the change/card on the table without so much as a thank you or a smile. It's common courtesy to hand back the change or the credit card to the customer. These rude idiots never do that. And, I've watched them treat others similarly. This place is what you'd expect a Starbucks to be. The only thing I don't like about this particular location is the setup. They used to have an open area for seating. It provided lots of seats for patrons to sit in. On my latest trip to Starbucks, I noticed they removed some of the tables and in its place put a display case. The display case is in an akaward place and makes the place look smaller. You can't see the other side of the store.
