Really?7 of you and NO TOILET PAPER after I spend $30. Unacceptable Seriously aren't there hourly shift checks I'm so disappointed eighth the brand.

I am addicted to Starbucks...please don't tell anyone This Starbucks has a decent lot though it can be crowded. Speedy friendly morning service and they have the clover! Ah you might be saying what is a clover? It means this Starbucks will brew you your own fresh individual cup of a coffee from their special coffee menu. the seating here is a little awkward, one big table to share and a few small tables up against the window. This is not a hang out one but a get a coffee and go because of the seating

Great selection of Holiday 2014 mugs

This Starbucks is starting to become my favorite in the area. The Syosset location is good, but slowly started to decline in staff (only certain staff members and their interaction with the customers). The staff and baristas here in Woodbury are always friendly and always consistent. Even if there is a line of people, I can usually get in an out in a reasonable amount of time. One perk is since I come here almost every morning since its on my commute to work, they remember my name AND the drink I normally get which is fantastic! Thanks Rich & Adam! There is some seating, but not too much and a table or two, so if you're not early you probably won't be able to snag a seat. Parking is very easy since the plaza they're in is large and there are multiple entrances as well. They have a great selection of mugs and coffee accessories, and most importantly the place is always clean. All in all, I would recommend this Starbucks over the one in Syosset, plus it's only a 5 minute ride up the street. 5 stars,

Brent H.

This is my go-to starbucks when I'm in this area. The baristas are all very nice and they do a great job making customers feel welcome and upbeat. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was because of the music they often play. It's not bad but not that great when I'm trying to concentrate on work or with whatever. I prefer the usual subtle soundtrack that starbucks play instead of whoever chose this. Other than that it's a great place and that I enjoy coming to and will continue to come back.

Best Starbucks on Long Island! Always busy for a reason, good people, always consistent! Mario over there is the best, genuinely loves to make people happy! Such a nice guy, and you always see him multi tasking, making 5 orders at a time while smiling and ringing people up! Will always come for my daily caramel macchiato!

The Clover!
Eric W.

Hands down this is my favorite Starbucks store to go to. The staff is friendly and they offer coffee brewed by the Clover. What's that you ask. The Clover brewing system let's the barista craft a cup of perfectly brewed coffee with exquisite balance, depth of flavor and aroma. In other words, it brings life to your coffee! Add the tender, love and care from the staff and you got yourself a cup full of awesome! I'll have a refill please.

Food is fresh, service is good, and the place is clean. Typical store of this chain. Will be back if I am in this area.

Batista can't tel the difference between cappuccino and flat white. I know it's essentially the same thing but still prepared differently.

Not only do they look luxurious but they taste rich and decanted. Their bread is always fresh even the day after. The quality has been consistently excellent and for that reason, I'll always choose the French workshop for my catering orders. Additionally, the Plainview location has an incredible staff. One coworker by the name of Nick patiently helped me my very large order. He carefully packaged and condescend my items into the least amount of boxes he could and even offered to walk me out to my car. He had excellent customer service and I hope this review gets him the recognition he deserves.

The service was very slow because there were only two associates making drinks for a huge line of customers. They definitely need more people working inside during peak times. Managers, please add extra staff! The poor gentleman making the coffee was struggling, though he did politely apologize for the delay. I reassured him that it wasn't his fault; having worked in coffee shops during the morning rush myself, I could tell they were severely understaffed. I really hope management realizes how much this impacts the business Saturdays and Sundays should always be fully staffed!

Staff is patient, kind, accommodating. Plenty of tables, couple of couches, lots of people doing work on their laptops. You would THINK you are in the city. Very busy even on a weekday. Very nice workers. The customers are mostly young professional all working on their laptops and drinking their fancy coffees and lattes. There's definitely some sort of an uppity vibe here. Many different options for drinks and a decent amount of pastries and small bites to choose from. I ordered the iced matcha latte and the fancy tuna. To be honest I thought the food and drink were just okay. Matcha latte could probably use some syrup. And the fancy tuna was just that... canned tuna smothered with cheese on top over a thick piece of grained toast - I thought the random green peas were an odd touch. Love the little arugula side salad though because you can never go wrong with arugula. While I think the food and drink was worthy of three stars, the uniqueness of this establishment in Long Island definitely brings it up to four stars. There are plenty of parking which is always a big plus. It's a type of place I may come back to with a friend to have a drink and chit chat... that being said finding two seats together can be somewhat challenging during peak times as most people come here and appear to stay for a prolonged period of time.

I found some recommended bakeries that would have taken me over an hour drive (/r LongIsland), but i decided to give BNB Plainview a shot. I called and asked about the dairy-free selection and they were incredibly helpful. Encouraged, I swung by during my lunch break and was very impressed with their dairy-free selection. Didn't realize that their entire menu was gluten free and tree-nut free (I have n=1 friend who would have appreciated this). I also liked that they separated the vegan and non-vegan items (we were fine with eggs so went non-vegan). The same person I spoke with on the phone greeted me and I went with her recommendation of the non-vegan chocolate mousse cake. While waiting, I had a gluten-free multigrain bagel (toasted) with cream cheese. It was really good! I was pretty shocked because I expected it to taste like cardboard to be honest. Now the mousse cake. I held my breath as the birthday girl ate the first bite. She loved it! Guess what. I loved it too! Well if I ever need a nut free, gluten free, or vegan baked good, I can take a short drive to Plainview for BNB. I may also return for a bagel.

The biggest positive was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions. I ordered a cold brew with nonfat milk but was disappointed to learn that nonfat was not available, so I went with 2% instead. Unfortunately, the coffee was bitter rather than smooth, which is normally one of the qualities I enjoy most about cold brew. I also tried the blueberry scone. It was just OK--perfectly edible, but not particularly memorable. For comparison, the cranberry walnut scone at Gregorys Coffee is considerably better. Brewology offers an extensive selection of creative drinks and attractive pastries, so other customers may have better luck with one of the specialty beverages. Still, the prices felt a bit high for what I received. Between the appealing setting, interesting menu, and exceptionally kind staff, there is potential here, but the coffee and scone did not quite justify the cost for me. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
