Starbucks is consistent. My wife and I got a simple order. 2 veranda blend hot coffees. When I went to put the half and half in my coffee, the carafe was empty. I brought the empty container to the counter for a refill. I've had to do this before at other locations and they usually have a full one in the refrigerator and hand it right over. The barista took the empty container and waited with it for a couple of minutes before she went into the back. She was gone for another 5 minutes or so before she returned. She was looking around for something which turned out to be a pen and label. The whole time I was thinking that my coffee was going to be cold by the time I get the half and half. She wrote something on the label, which I assume was the time and gave the container to me. My coffee was an acceptable temperature when I finally got to drink it. Everyone was pleasant but they were unprepared. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Absolutely love the staff at this location, they are always very accommodating and kind which can be a rarity at busy locations. Limited seating inside as this is a smaller location. They have a little outdoor seating area as well which is nice when it's not too hot. There are a lot of items out of stock often at this store. My other complaint is the parking lot. There are not very many spots, the line is always backed up for the drive through, which blocks people from coming and going in every direction. read more

Listen, I know that a Starbucks is pretty standard BUT...THIS IS MY FAVORITE LOCATION! I frequent this Starbucks a lot. It is pretty much on my way to/from work and most social outings. It is the equivalent of my "Cheers" because they know my name :D The staff here is so friendly despite how busy it is. The food is consistent so it's good like most Starbucks are. I've had coffee meetings at this location and there is seating outside and inside. The music isn't too loud which is nice. The bathrooms are also always clean. Like I said, I know it's a chain but this one feels special and I always have a positive experience when I go there. First time trying the new matcha and it's amazing! Never had matcha before.. taste a lot like green tea is the best way to describe it... a barista there wish I remembered her name recommended to add three pumps of brown sugar syrup to the venti matcha frappe. This is by far my favorite stand alone Starbucks location. Great seating inside and out! Love the vibes and the staff really make that effort to get to know the regulars! They hear my voice and they know what my order is even in the drive thru! The egg bites are delicious and my kids have always asked for cake pops. The pumpkin bread is seasonal but really good. You get free refills on coffee on the same visit. Pro tip! You don't have to get coffee for the refill! I usually get an iced green tea as my refill. read more

This is by far my favorite Starbucks in my area. They are always so speedy and efficient and spot on with the drinks. Some Starbucks drink quality varies from day to day depending on who makes the drinks. However, this location is always perfect. I never have a disappointing drink from this location. On occasion, I have ordered my drinks on the mobile app for pick up and they are always ready within the timeframe that the app states. Some locations don't even start making the drink until I get there which kind of defeats the purpose of the app, but this location has never let me down. Once I had placed my drink order at the wrong location and didn't realize it until I went to pick it up. The employee was so kind and had me show them my order in the app and they replaced my drink for free. That is great customer service, especially since it was my mistake and I was more than willing to pay The employees are also incredibly nice. If there is a bit of a wait on my order, they're always kind and quick to chat with me about general pleasantries. I drive out of my way passing two other locations to come here. read more

For some reason every time I come here, there's an issue with my drinks or food On the pictures, my passion tea on the left is from this store, I even asked the man at the window if they could put more heavy cream in the tea because it was too dark. He said okay and they "fixed it"..... He brought it back and this is how it looked (see pictures) I didn't want to be that person to complain but I should of told them it doesn't look like that like EVER and get it remade since I was paying for it. After an early morning doc appointment...and NO coffee beforehand, I made my way to this Starbucks location to grab myself some liquid energy. When I entered, the store was very spacious...filled with customers enjoying their brews and working on their laptops and super clean! I love Starbucks. This location is pretty good. I've been going here for 5yrs, so I've seen many different barista's come and go. There have been a couple where you're like "I'm not sure why you're working here", but most of the barista's here are welcoming, happy, cheerful, and full of life as you would expect a Starbucks barista would be. There have only been one or two times in the 5yrs that I've had to have my order corrected. Though I love Starbucks, I know there are also humans that work back there, and I don't hold a couple mistakes against them. This location right now is closed for renovations, and are apparently opening back up in August. That kind of sucks but thankful there is a Starbucks everywhere, much like Publix, haha. No I want pet peeve was that there was a lot of seating available in the inside. But the available seats were all taken up by backpacks, briefcases, laptop holders, etc. etc. etc. so instead of the folks that were using the wireless system in the building and putting their stuff on the floor. Instead they decided to occupy a chair. Therefore making it unavailable to another patron such as myself. Luckily it was a beautiful evening and we decided to sit outside. It's so close to our apartment and all the barista's are super sweet. They're surprisingly fast with how they make their drinks and all the drinks that we have gotten have been delicious. Easy, convenient and had a drive thru! All the things one wants from their coffee house. This location is by Full Sail so the student life here is always apparent. The seating can be limited due to those studying and using laptops. But if you're here for a coffee to go, you'll get great, fast service. Store itself is clean and well kept. Tables were all wiped down and the creamer area was all stocked up also. Didn't stay and hang out, so o can't speak for the wifi or ambiance longer than a grab and go. It seems that Starbucks seems to follow me wherever I end up living in Orlando. Or maybe there really are just that many of them. Whatever the case, I just moved right around the corner from this location and I have already stopped in to get a drink multiple times. To me, a Starbucks location automatically scores bonus points if it has a drive-thru. It really just makes getting your coffee that much more convenient. The other great thing about this location is that there is still a decent sized cafe inside and a solid patio area out front. Possibly the only awkward thing about the patio is it is literally in front of the building and as such is directly off of University Blvd, which is of course always traffic-ridden. But hey, at least that makes the location easy to pull in to and out of when you're in a hurry. Overall, I have no complaints about this Starbucks, although of course that may change the more I continue to go there. My only inconvenience I have experienced with them is that they only open up at 5:30am, and I had to work crazy early one day and was really hoping they would be open by 5am so I could be adequately caffeinated for my crazy long work day. Oh, and also I find it a little bizarre that the Target directly behind the Starbucks also has a Starbucks location in it. In my opinion, it is always better to hit up an actual location...so if you visit the plaza this SBUX is in, take that into consideration before getting your beverage. read more

This location is a solid and reliable Starbucks (which is the entire store concept). Nice "local touch" is the array of hand-painted murals. Apparently a college hangout (not surprisingly, located on "University"), so can get somewhat crowded (but friendly) some evenings. While waiting for management I got impatient since I have places to be and should not have to wait for adequate service from a renowned company. How did the company get to where it's at? Went to this location yesterday to have some sips and play some cards with a few friends and I just need to write a quick review to brag about the wonderful service! I generally try to reserve spending my coffee money in local shops, but I do enjoy a 'Bucks bev every now and then. I have a few favorite shops across the city and have become familiar with their staffs and environments. I have not been to this location super often, though. My sparkling passion iced tea, slightly sweetened, was actually really yum and refreshing. Something I would definitely order again. The shop wasn't too busy at all, which made it really comfortable to just hang out. They have two really big tables which are perfect for spreading out and getting work done. Okay, now for the real reason I'm giving 5 stars. The young gentleman behind the counter was exceptional. He was kind and intentional and deserves a gold star!!!! As a physically disabled woman, I often come into situations where, due to people's lack of familiarity or naivety, I am talked to as a child or they will talk to whoever I'm with but not me directly. It's something I'm used to to a certain degree, so when I'm not treated this way, it is refreshing and very, very appreciated. This young man, whose name I wish I would have asked, talked directly to me, didn't give up when he didn't understand me the first time, and pursued normal conversation with me beyond my drink order. It sounds rather simple but for me this was so honoring. Kind sir, I wanted to thank you for treating me like a human being. I stop by several times a week at various locations and I am used to busy stores where the lobby and bathrooms are not picked up, trash is overflowing, and no soap and sometimes no TP in the bathrooms. I STILL LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Starbucks but have overlooked the uncleanliness. I understand when associates get busy, they are focusing on the customer first and the store cleanliness will get taken care of after closing. However, just came here earlier tonight and even though Julian only had a minute after someone placed an order, he jumped to clean up the lobby. NICE touch! An hour later, I went to the rest room and OMG! It was sparkling! The bathroom was immaculate with TP, soap, swept AND mopped! It was around 6pm... after the mad rush... but not even near closing time. I like coming to this store because everyone's friendly. I know I talked to Anthony a couple of times - as he has a great personality, and I could see Abi was busy in the background... while Yanni (shift leader) was busy in the back. Very friendly staff... and of course, cannot go wrong with the coffee or sandwiches. But this store, as busy as all the Starbucks stores get, should win an award for maintaining the drive thru, the lobby customers, AND kept the store and restrooms clean. Nice touch guys! read more

Standard starbucks in a semi busy shopping plaza. It's much less busy than the starbucks on alafaya trail. The parking at this starbucks is much better as well. I normally head to this starbucks when I'm working at my company's office in Orlando. Never have had any issues at this starbucks. Will likely be back. read more

The only reason I didn't give this Starbucks a one is because they make their drinks pretty decent. However they are ALWAYS CLOSED EARLY. Their hours on the website or app never coincide with the hours they are actually open. It's 4:30 on a Monday and they are closed. However if you google the hours they are open it says open till 8. What a joke. read more
