Starbucks is Starbucks but being that this is in Oviedo at the Park, it's usually very busy. They have the "fresh grind and brew" selector which is a game changer in drip for me. It's pretty roomie with both indoor and outdoor seating and a drive thru that is usually packed. I really don't enjoy coming to this location, and often find myself skipping it all together depending on their level of busyness. Wait times feel impossibly long even in the drive through, sometimes when it's not "that" busy. They seem to frequently be out of what I want and the parking lot is difficult to navigate. Came here after kid strong the day after Super Bowl around 7pm. I wanted to try the two new flavors and get my free coffee. I didn't expect much but was blown away by Emma and her coworker who were so patient with me and kind. No ask was too big. It was truly service with a smile. I ordered my strawberry açaí lemonade with no inclusions as you see on the label and I was handed a regular strawberry açaí lemonade with all the inclusions so I kindly mention to Isabelle that I had asked for no inclusions please and she in my face pours that same cup into a different cup and fills the rest with ice. Leaving all the little seeds that come from the inclusions which is exactly what I don't like about the inclusions. I am aware it is a texture thing but I paid for my drink and ordered it correctly it was wrong of her to pour the exact same drink into another cup. It is also not far from Alafaya Trail, so travelers on that busy road can take advantage of this location, as well. However, I do end up in quite a few of them because people I'm with, and personal life and business life, suggest stopping in at a Starbucks. I use to like the Oviedo location because they were consistent in my drink order. I always get a venti so I know what it should look like. I placed my order through the app as usual and go to pick up my order and they didn't give me the oat milk and just poured it over my cold foam. Fast forward two weeks and pick up my same order and my venti wasn't full. I simply asked for some extra coffee to fill it up and the response was I can give you more ice or cold foam but we put the proper amount of coffee. And then I pick up my breakfast sandwich that was supposed to be hot but it was laid on the counter open so it was cold by the time I got in my car. I certainly don't go there for cost effective prices but because of the price my expectations are set at a higher standard. Oviedo location please do better! read more

One particular experience, I was waiting at the register for a couple of employees to finish up their personal conversation before they would help me. Also, The coffee just isn't consistent. More times than not my shaken espresso tastes more like oatmilk than coffee. Even when I've added an extra espresso shot. Starbucks seating area was pretty packed by what I assumed where UCF students. No line just me, which is why the cashiers moody attitude surprised me. I was there for the coffee nothing else, so I let that slide, but when I stopped at the little napkin/trash area by the door (needed to add some extra ice to my drink) there was a horrible smell coming from the trash! Today was no exception , I asked for cold brew with extra cinnamon topping, got 75%foam, 0 cinnamon topping. I went back in to ask for cinnamon but didn't have time to wait for them to make a new one. I just wish attention to details of orders was as important as sense of urgency. I hate to waste anything but the foam is so sweet it's a waste of a coffee, I'd suggest not rushing if your doing any customization of your drink, even something small . read more

I love Starbucks. Period. However, this one is even better than usual. The people in the drive-thru are always so accommodating. I like a caramel white chocolate mocha. However, I don't want double the syrup even though I get two flavors. I want half caramel, half white mocha. Only I don't like it that sweet, so I really want 1/2 pump less of the white mocha. That's pretty much the way I order it every time. And they get it right every time. I'm not here often enough where they could just remember me, either. Anyone who has patience enough to deal with my quirks like that deserves either my hand in marriage or a 5-star review. I love this Starbucks!! They really care for the customer and its a great place if you are one that works from home but need a change of scenery. It can get pretty busy some days of the week so get there early if you want a seat. WiFi works great and has yet to let me down.
