As I sat down, I noticed the manager approaching the employee who took my order and overheard him explaining how to redeem the offer. I had a feeling to check my account; the offer was still there. When I asked the employee why the offer was not redeemed, she explained that it was removed when the protein was changed from whey to pea. The manager had to override the order to make it free.
