This is one of my favorite locations. I used to come here for my daily coffee when I used to work in the area. Now that I'm a student, it's one of my favorite places to study. This location is probably the most aesthetically pleasing. The employees are extremely friendly & engaging. I came here around 7pm to study, it was extremely peaceful & the music was great. Ordered a drink for pick up on their app. Love the fact that we're able to just have a machine relay our order for us is just so awesome to me. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed that I placed my order to be picked up inside. Took a huge risk and went through the drive-tru. I told them the situation and apologized and they told me to drive on through to the next window. I pulled up to the window and they gave me my order with no fuss. read more

The staff at this Starbucks is always so friendly! The drinks are made exactly as I like them and it's a warm atmosphere.

This is consistently the worst Starbucks in the area. I used to go daily, then weekly and now it's once in a blue moon. For what you pay, they either get the order wrong or what they give you tastes so bad it's barely drinkable. Maybe it's because they are also one of the busiest locations so they don't have the time to make drinks correctly. Inside or drive through, ordering there or the app, it doesn't make a difference. I had complained a couple of times to Starbucks and heard back but now they don't even acknowledge your message. I guess as long as they are making money hand over fist, they don't care. If you want really good coffee in a casual atmosphere, go to Filigree coffee instead, basically across the street. read more

My issue is there is always WAY to much ice in all the drinks, Dunkin doesn't put that much ice so I'm getting mostly coffee! I just paid 7$ for a cup of ice. These guys do an excellent job everyday. My order is simple, I have a Grande Nitro Cold Brew. So no challenge because it's out of the tap and into my hands. What makes this special is they know you. Wether it is Casey, Nikki, Patrick, or Kevin. They greet you by name whenever you pick up your usual. During these times not all of the regular team are there but the team members they have from other stores have gotten to know me just through the drive thru. Two weeks ago they even had theme days were all the team members were participating with a theme per day and Guests were encouraged to dress up in their cars when they drove through. During everything they have also celebrated their first anniversary. They had balloons in the drive thru and made it a party. Great job guys. On both occasions that. I've came here, I've order a Venti. Caramel Crunch Frap with double espresso shots and light whip cream. Every time I get a heap load of whip cream and I can never taste the espresso in my drink. I asked and they told me that they put it in my drink but frankly, the $9 I pay is not tasting it. Though this is a very busy location at times, the staff are quick, efficient and friendly. This is my favorite Starbucks location in the greater Orlando area - it's located just before 429, adjacent to the Walmart Shopping plaza that also has gas and several other quick service options In addition to the friendly and competent baristas, it's a beautiful location with lots of seating inside and out. The outdoor seating is especially nice as much of it is fully covered which provides shade from the strong sun far better than café umbrellas, and also will keep patrons dry during Florida's frequent cloudbursts. I wish all Starbucks had such inviting outdoor areas. Some have so little shade that I fear I may disintegrate into ashes before I finish my coffee. Be aware that there are some supply chain issues impacting Starbucks so they may be out of some ingredients - baristas here can usually help you come up with something similar that you might even like better then your regular go to drink. Please be understanding if they have to close their lobby due to staffing shortages or Covid outbreaks - they take protecting their customers and employees seriously. read more

This location is beautiful and the staff is really nice. My only complaint is that if you order inside they are usually painfully slow. Drive thru orders definitely take precedence. You can be one of the only people inside and still wait forever. I highly recommend mobile ordering so this does not happen to you. However I recently had an incident where I did mobile order but one of my drinks was hot, so we stood there for an extra 10 minutes after receiving the cold drink to get the hot drink. The drink was for my father and when he said something to one of the baristas she said it was because there wasn't anyone working on the hot bar yet. Everyone else seems to be working on cold drinks only. As this location is still pretty new, hopefully the kings will get worked out. read more

I came in for the Pop-Up Party and WOW!!! Impressed. With the massive orders coming in the staff was amazing, happy, and totally in control. I actually sat at the counter and watched for a bit, completely mesmerized. Orders were correct and they were so friendly. Smiles everywhere. Non of my orders were right not even once！ Don't never ever order drive thru here, order inside or you MUST check or taste your drink make sure it's correct. The first time I ordered 2 drinks and 1 egg bites turned out I got home and found out there was NO egg bites! Today I ordered Venti latte with soy milk and a grande passion ice tea turned out I got home and found out instead of Regular latte I got a chai tea latte instead and extremely sweet!
