Looking for a delicious and cute Starbucks alternative? You got it. The staff (believe it was one of the owners actually) was nice, took his time to explain the differences in drinks and help us choose ones to fit what we wanted. I got the banana bread latte with oat milk, which also had real banana puree in it, delicious! They had a nice space filled with tables and chairs for people to hang out, work, study, etc. and the lighting was a nice ambiance. Just a note for anyone visiting, they do have a Christian influence throughout the store, but didn't feel overbearing or pressuring, just kind vibes. It's situated in a little strip mall so there is plenty of parking in front and around the business Next time I'm in Orlando, I'll be back!
Super friendly & aesthetic cafe! They make all their syrups in house & their banana bread syrup was a 10/10! So happy to have stumbled upon this coffee shop. Highly recommend their maple banana bread latte.
From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by the sweetest owner. He truly makes you feel very welcomed. The staff also is so sweet. The decor is very pretty, we loved the contrast of the pink and black. You can really tell they took time to decorate and put thought into this place. We ordered 2 tembleque lattes and a blue charge smoothie. The coffees were amazing! They truly do taste like the puerto rican dessert. My son loved his smoothie, he said its very refreshing. We also ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and a breakfast croissant. Both came with some chips. Both my son a partner said they were good. They offer a wide variety of drinks and small bites you can get with your drink. We loved our visit here and would love to return once we come back to this area.

We were looking for a coffee shop with great coffee & breakfast sandwiches while in Orlando. We found this hidden gem & it was absolutely perfect! As soon as you walk in it feels clean, cozy and great atmosphere. I'm not usually a iced coffee person, so I ordered the oat milk latte and it was made perfectly! Perfect amount of coffee.. We also order the Flan Latte and that tasted like an actual flan!! The cashier was very helpful waking us through their menu offerings, helping us decide. Everyone that entered was greeted with kindness. We'd definitely visit again
You know this is my go-to place for matcha and coffee. They just dropped a summer menu and I had to get the piña colada super refreshing and perfectly balanced matcha. My only tiny problem was I wished it came with more ice since it came a bit room temperature but that's all. The breakfast wrap also new was a win too loved the spicy kick from the chipotle aioli
Absolutely Obsessed! I've been to But First, Coffee three times already in the last week and each visit has been a delightful experience. This small business truly stands out with its delicious and unique coffee creations, friendly staff, and engaging owners who go above and beyond for their customers. On my first visit, I had the Dubai latte. (10/10) My 2nd visit I had the Flan Latter & a guava & queso pastry. (12/10) On my 3rd visit, the owner personally made me a special request lavender matcha that wasn't even on the menu. She even put a few special touches on it for me. (such a thoughtful touch!) Each time, I've made small special requests (including asking them to cut my pastry into bite-sized pieces so I don't smudge my lipstick. (ridiculous, I know), but they did it without hesitation!) Their attention to detail and customer care is unmatched. The atmosphere is posh, viby, and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. If you're looking for a high-end coffee experience with a personal touch, this is the place to be. Can't wait for my next visit!

Happy Veterans Day! Today I'm off and had a few appointments, so I decided to finally try this coffee truck I've been seeing all over my TikTok! But First, Coffee has a brick-and-mortar location near the Florida Mall, but I visited their truck located in Lake Nona. I ordered the Cookie Butter Latte with oat milk, and it was pretty good! I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars the flavor was delicious and cozy, but I personally would've liked it just a bit sweeter. Still, it's a great fall-inspired drink that I really enjoyed. It's a bit pricey so keep that in mind. Will I be back? Yes when I'm on that side of town!
This was my first time visiting But First Coffee Shop. I was in the area and decided to stop in. The shop is decorated with fall accents and features religious and coffee references throughout the shop. The shop felt inviting and the staff was too. I was welcomed and greeted upon entering. As I waited for my turn, I found the coffees, teas, and food menus each on their own clipboards on the counter. I decided on trying the Spanish Latte. I also grabbed an Overnight Blueberry Granola cup from a cooler near the register. When it was my turn to order, I approached the register. I just happened to look down on the counter and found a fall menu that was also attached to a clipboard. I looked over the menu and decided to instead get the Pumpkin Flan coffee. While I was waiting for my order, I was advised that they were out of pumpkin. I was disappointed because I love pumpkin and flan! reverted back to the Spanish Latte. The drink was prepared and I was on my way soon after. It was still a good option. The Spanish Latte was delicious. It was flavorful and not too sweet. The Overnight Blueberry Granola cup was also good. The blueberries and granola were fresh. The oats also had a good flavor. It was well put together and was filling. I would return to But First Coffee Shop if in the area. I just hope next time they have pumpkin.

I was searching for a tea shop and discovered this beautiful coffee shop. After further investigation, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they offered an array of Matcha options and even açaí bowls. For these reasons, I had to check it out! When I arrived, I was impressed with how inviting and informative the exterior of the building looked, and the interior decor was even better. The playlist was full of positive and uplifting songs. The walls affirmed you with positive messaging and the seating was warm and welcoming. The service was equally exceptional. Sergio was very helpful and knowledgeable, offering facts about Matcha and his personal recommendations. Finally, the product! What I liked most about the experience was being able to have a classic cup of Matcha that was organic and ceremonial grade. Not to mention that, it was served in a classic paper cup that was not lined with plastic; which is very hard to find most coffee shops. The level of care and attention to detail is what sets this coffee shop apart from the rest. 'Seek First..' Coffee Shop truly offers a safe space for those of us who care about the wellbeing of our mind, bodies and spirits.
This place has now changed its name to "Seek First" but the quality of the coffee is still just as good! I was on a time crunch at work so I ordered some coffee to be delivered for a nice pick me up in the morning! I got an iced cookie butter latte which is honestly everything I could ever want in a latte lol. The cold foam that comes with it adds to the delectable creaminess of it that goes so well with the flavor and the biscoff crumbles on top! This order was made super quick and was brought to me before I knew it! I really forgot how much I missed this place, so I'll definitely be going more often!

This shop is so cute! They have cozy chairs to relax in as well as tables if you want to sit and enjoy your drink. When I walked in right at 8:00 a.m. and there was already a line. I just knew it was going to be good. Everyone was so friendly, from the cashier who took my order to the owner. She said it must've been bad lol. She saw me trying to drink the last bit, I finished my matcha in what felt like two seconds! Now let's talk about the real stars of the place: the coffee and the matcha. That Flan Matcha is incredible! If you take one thing away from this review, order the Flan Matcha. The Cookie Butter Latte was also amazing. It tasted just like cookie butter with just the right hint of coffee. My daughter loved that one. My mother ordered the Spanish Matcha, and she loved hers too. She's a matcha lover, so that's saying something! We also ordered the ham and cheese sandwich, which was delicious as well. Definitely going on my list of coffee shops to visit again! read more

I made a last minute decision to come here instead of a different coffee shop and I'm glad I did. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had several creative drinks to choose from. Fair warning, drinks are expensive. But the syrups and sauces are made in house. I got the banana bread latte and it had actual banana puree in it and banana chips as a garnish. It was delicious. They have a good sized food menu as well. read more

I have ordered delivery from here twice now. The first time it was only coffee. While my friend said her butter cookie latte was a bit too sweet, my Strawberry Milk coffee was delicious! I just took the chance to order a second time to see if it was consistent, while the pink milk wasn't pink, the flavor was 100% still there. The Espresso is bold and delicious. I also got the mini pancakes with ALL of the fruit and some Nutella. They are so good. If you're looking for an alternative to Starbucks, but you don't care for Foxtail, I would highly recommend to give this place a shot. VERY delicious, fresh and consistent. read more

WOWW!! If you're looking for a lowkey coffee shop to study, catch up with a friend or just take in the ambiance look no further than here! It was my first time coming after my bestie has been talking my ear off and I'm so satisfied with my first visit! The Eggs Benedict sandwich was so delicious, eggs cooked perfectly with bacon and cheese in between a soft Brioche bread. I need to shoutout the amazing matcha I had, the Summer Sunrise Matcha that's apart of their Summer Menu. I've never tasted anything like it: Guava jam, almond milk, passionfruit & ceremonial matcha (so good!) The owner was also sooo personable, making sure to introduce the whole menu & check in to see how you liked what you ordered. 1000000/10! I will be back! read more

Initially, I loved how warm and inviting it was inside. Customer service was spot on. They were so friendly! They have food options and yummy looking pastries, but I just stuck with coffee. I ordered an Ube latte to-go (I love places that have Ube as a flavor option. So yummy and unique.) Since I got it to-go, they can it in the store for you! Super cool and super convenient for a mom on the go. It was absolutely delicious! I loved every sip. Full of coffee flavor and just sweet enough. My only comment is that $7 is a bit steep for a small canned coffee, but it's craft and it's a cool concept, so every once in a while I'll come back and splurge. read more
I had a work training that brought me to this side of town twice. I looked up local coffee shops I could try and was able to come here. Formerly But First, Coffee is now called Seek First Coffee. The location has plenty of parking. Inside there is worship music playing and bright decor. The screen displays some of their available food and drinks. I appreciate that they show the ingredients as well as how they are made. The servers are kind and friendly. They clearly make an effort to get to know their customers. I tried an iced latte both visits and they were delicious! The first visit, I added the can which was helpful to be able to place my iced latte in my backpack for the rest of my commute. The pastries were clearly fresh, flaky and delicious! Hopefully, another work training brings me out this way again! read more
Some of the best coffee in the area! Their seasonal drinks are always good, but the Flan iced Latte is where it's at! The cinnamon rolls are amazing. Make sure you get there early to try them as they seem to always sell out (especially the tres leches roll) It always has a really happy and inviting ambiance. One of the most delicious cups of coffee I've ever had! Their food truck was at a weekend event and I thought it was such a cute truck! The workers were so sweet and knowledgeable about the products. They make their syrups and flavors in house, so it had such a fresh and distinct taste! I loved that my Spanish Coco Iced Latte was a good combination of strong with just enough sweetness. This little coffee truck was so cute and so delicious!! Staff were so nice and I love how family friendly they are. I tried the flan iced latte and it was 100/10! It was perfectly sweet and so good for a hot sunny morning. I also tried on of their pastries and it tasted fresh and delicious. I can't wait to go back and try some more items. Amazing Mom n Pop restaurant I love to go to. The best coffee I've had outside of home I make in a long time. I had the cappuccino Amazing taste and great design My daughter had a butter cookie chai which she never says she's lives she was totally amazed!! Even took all her money and put it in the tip jar!!! Can't tell you how much she loved it as I've never seen her do that!! My wife had the amazing pumpkin iced latte. She was in awe how good it tasted The food omg!!!! I had the salmon avocado toast with an egg on top Dam out of this world!!! My sister brought me to this coffee shop yesterday and wowwwww!! It was such a cute place and the owners were super personable! We spoke to Francis and let her know it was our first time there. I had decided to get a ham and Swiss croissant and one of their seasonal menu items which was a Pumpkin Banana Bread Latte. My sister got a coconut chai which was my favorite sip of the two. It was super creamy, sweet, and the perfect amount of chai. My latte was good but I did not really get banana bread, just pumpkin. The coffee though was spectacular. You can really taste the love they put into their coffee, which is why I was not surprised when they said they had awards for best coffee in orlando! The service was relatively quick and it wasn't too busy. I'd definitely come back and try some more things! Service was PHENOMENAL. Can't remember the last time I've experienced 10/10 service the way it was provided here. Both, food and drinks, were amazing. They're able to customize just about any coffee or matcha drink for you. Really enjoyed my experience here. Loved meeting all of the staff as well. Very kind and vibrant people. I will say - favorite part had to be the fact that this is a religion-based coffee shop. That was the "it" factor for me. Thank you for making our introduction to Florida so memorable! read more
I visited with my niece before our flight back home and wow, I'm still daydreaming about their Banana Bread Latte! My niece is a Matcha expert and she raved about the creamy texture of the matcha and deliciousness. The pastriessssss!!! -Enough said. The service is truly 10/10, theres so many amazing options and it can be hard to select, but the cashier was so patient and chill. Management walked around to check in and it felt very genuine. I stopped by the shop today to get a coffee and cinnamon roll (with tip it came up to a little bit over $20). It's a little pricey, but the coffee was worth it. They make their syrups in house, and you can taste the difference. Its delicious. I'll probably pass on the cinnamon roll next time. It was too sweet for me. After an early medical appointment which required no food or drink prior, I was ready for breakfast and a frothy coffee. My hubby found this cute spot, thanks to Yelp, on our way home. The atmosphere was charming and the staff was welcoming and provided helpful suggestions. When I thanked them for the tasty food and drink, I was told "we aim to have you feel like you're home". They definitely did! The Spanish latte was not too sweet, which was a good complement to the French toast breakfast sandwich (with a side of maple syrup). Hubby was very happy with his croissant breakfast sandwich and quesito. Loved that they use mugs when dining in! That's worth five stars alone in my book This is a faith based cafe. They have the best cinnamon roll I've had in Orlando - we got the cookie butter one! The banana bread iced latte is SO good and you can tell they make their syrup in house. The banana bread cold cream on top is so tasty. Highly recommend the pour over as well, it has a medium taste. The service was fast and the staff is so friendly.
