Seriously. No customer service at all. I preorder my drink and food. 30 min later it's ready. Even tho I was notified it was ready, 30 min prior . Not busy. Oh well. The problem?! No one wants to fcking help you. They rather look at you and look dumb then ask if you need any help. Food is cold now after they put it at drive through. No sorries. Nothing. Literally all act like their so miserable and there work shows. 30 minute lunch break spent at Starbucks... to wait.no wonder all the young folks get a bad wrap. read more

Very nice location and the employees are so helpful. I ordered a Cold Brew with sweet cream cold foam but found it to be a bit acidic. I asked if I could get another one and the manager was super helpful. She understood and informed me that the keg had recently been changed so it must have gotten stirred up. I cannot process acidic coffee like I used too unfortunately. Super easy replacement and so friendly. read more

This is my local Starbucks that I visit almost daily. Many of the partners are friendly and some know me by name. I always place a mobile order here and pick up in the lobby. My one complaint is that sometimes partners aren't attentive toward people in the lobby waiting for a mobile order, and it can take a while to get their attention. I know some stores will have an accessible pickup area, where people can grab their own drinks. This store might benefit from that, due to the amount of traffic it gets. read more

You are not to sit inside yet but you can sit outside. There are circles on the floor for where to stand when waiting for your drinks. It's helpful when people use them. I recommend using the app and doing a mobile order. It saves time and makes sure your order is correct, as long as you choose the correct Starbucks. The staff is friendly and helpful. read more

Came to this store shortly after opening, and to be fair, they had a rough begginining. Orders were taking far too long and they were getting slammed during peak hours to where you may have had to wait for 40 minutes at one point. That, however, has not been my experience in the last two weeks. In fact, I really do believe they have found their groove. Like many new Starbucks stores, this location is spacious, with a combined arrangement of wood and soft seating, as well as plenty of outdoor space and a drive-through area. When I was there yesterday, the barista who was helping me was so corteous, I feel awful I did not get her name. But she was accomodating and wanted to make sure I wasn't waiting too long on my order. It's been a fast turnaround, and I think they're a solid and reliable location for the area - which was in a serious need for a coffee shop with the convenience that Starbucks provides. This will most likely be the Starbucks store of my preference. I'm glad they're doing better and I am looking forward to being a regular. read more

Wowwww! Are these refreshing or what?!?! I went to Starbucks on two different occasions and I couldn't have been more satisfied with their kiwi refresher and dragonfruit refresher. I was beyond dehydrated from running around and grocery shopping for my clients and I just needed something to quench my insatiable thirst. Not only were these drinks delicious, they weren't overly sweet and they had real fruit in them. I drank both of these drinks and got a plastic spoon and ate the dragon fruit and kiwi bits. I know it's not good to chew on ice but even the ice had such an amazing flavor from these drinks, there wasn't an inch of liquid left in these cups by the time I was done with them. If you're falling on the floor thirsty, you need to drag yourself to Starbucks and order these revitalizing drinks. I promise you, you won't be disappointed and your pockets will be happy that you don't have to break the bank for such amazing drinks. read more

This is a fun new Starbucks with a modern furniture package set. Chairs are wood with Danish design. There is padded bench seats but no comfy side chairs, which are needed. The food drink prep area is genius. Ovens are in the back so easy access for drive through baristas and counter baristas. Sadly, no clover. The staff is working hard to get their rhythm down. They opened the day before Thanksgiving so I expect they will be more fluid the longer they work together. All, in all, super nice, attentive and friendly! I just checked with a nearby store to get their number and this new store still does not have a phone. It's not their fault!! PS the number listed on yelp is NOT correct and needs to be removed. read more

The barista's are always very nice however it takes forever to get a beverage. Even if you do an mobile order 10 minutes in advance, you'll still wait for your order. The drive through is even worse. Seems like their staffing is always short. read more

I've never had such bad experiences at a Starbucks before. I'm aware everywhere is short staffed and for me, waiting a little longer is not the problem. The problem is that I never know if I am going to get what I actually ordered or not! I always ask for the same exact hot coffee and the same size and the same amount of pumps of sugar and it's like they don't give a crap. There have been days that I've gotten a perfect cup and exactly what I ordered but more times that they have given me a different brew of coffee than I asked for and not the right amount of sugar and other days the coffee just tastes like garbage. I'm literally just asking for a hot cup of coffee with cream and sugar.... Not asking them to whip up a frappe. How hard can that be for a coffee shop??? I will just start going out of my way to a different Starbucks from now on. read more

Having been to Starbucks all over the US and the world, this is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever stepped foot in. The employees are beyond slow and clueless. They always have 5 or 6 people working at once yet they can never get a drink out in a timely manner. Mobile ordering is a joke, I've waited 30 minutes for a drink when they aren't even busy. The drive thru line is always long and they prioritize those customers over walk-ins and mobile orders. Whichever method you choose to order at this location, anticipate a ridiculously deathly long wait. read more

Beautiful new location, however they need to work on staffing. Both times I've been there I've had to wait 15+ minutes. Today I placed a mobile order... order said it would be ready in 5-8 min. This Starbucks is great. The location is excellent but what's even more impressive is the staff. They're engaging, maintain eye contact, smile, and display a genuine care for the customer. They desire to really keep the community aspect of Starbucks active and alive. One staff member has been consistent in rising to the top in customer service and customer care. Worst Starbucks I've ever been two, I live close to this Starbucks so I go here often but not anymore my last bad encounter I asked for a frappe with almond milk they messed it up and I asked for a new one so they made me wait and when I went inside to get it it was the same frappe they just had it sitting there and they tried telling me it was a new one but it was completely watery, I told the lady it was the same old one and she gave me attitude she made me a new one but still but whole milk and I'm lactose intolerant so later it messed me up, today I asked for a ice coffee with extras they didn't add the extras and gave me everything on the side so I had to make the drink myself and the iced coffee was completely watery disgusting!!! I ordered a tall caramel frappe. When I got my drink it was half way filled(mind you a tall is already small) I told one of the employees that work there and they told me that it "isn't there problem" I feel extremely disrespected. The service there is extremely slow and all of the baristas always look mad. It's 10/10 not a good vibe in there and I don't recommend. read more

I had really high hopes for this Starbucks, being that it's so close to my house, but after a dozen or so visits, I've now just given up on the chain completely. First, their drinks are awful, either burnt tasting espresso, or like they forgot to add it altogether, and that sucks when your favorite drink is a Flat White (no sweetener or flavoring syrups). But my biggest disappointment, and final NEVER GOING BACK TO ANY STARBUCKS EVER, was due to one of their rude, opinionated baristas at the drive-thru. I'd just taken my German Shepherd for an afternoon at the doggy park, and to Pet Smart for a new doggy seatbelt harness, then decided to take her to Starbucks for a puppuccino. It isn't a daily or even weekly treat, just something we do once a month. Since she's 110 pounds, I asked the barista for a Tall instead of a Kiddy, because for her a kiddy size is 2 licks. I get around to the window, only to be lectured by a barista with fake gray hair and two noses rings (I don't care about the hair or piercings, just a warning for any of you that might have to deal with her emotional outbursts). She tells me I'm an awful dog parent, I can't love my dog, if I'm giving her dairy. Umm, she's on an all natural diet (raw meat, veggies, eggs, yogurt, with kibble thrown in), she eats dairy weekly, without problems, thanks. I was too shocked to really say anything to the barista, who was in tears, and she literally walked away from the window, leaving our drinks there because she loves animals too much to serve the puppuccino. A few minutes later, she comes back, hands me my flat white, and the kiddy size puppuccino, she made just in case her lecture changed my views, I guess??? It was awful, embarrassing, and I just don't want a side of opinion with my $6 coffee, so I won't go back. While I know me, just one little person, boycotting Starbucks isn't a huge deal, I just can't continue to support a business that hires people like the barista I dealt with. Oh, and in case the barista reads this, I went to the store for a can of whipped cream, and Frigg, my GSD LOVED it! She got beef jerky too. read more
