I was telling both my friends about the DD App, where you get points. They are old-fashioned and don't use apps to get good deals. I explained about the point system, and my friend said that he could give me cash so that I would get more points. I agreed that would work. Both my friend & I each got an iced coffee and the 2 for $2 wraps. I opted for sausage for $1 more. The cashier seemed confused even though it was fairly simple. My friend got his food & iced coffee very quickly. My iced coffee was fairly quick, but as for the food, I was standing there 10 minutes, and I was seeing other people get their food who had ordered after me! I wanted to spend time with my friends who were sitting at a table already eating their food. Finally, I asked, and they said it would be a minute; it was another 5 minutes...I was observing, and there was no sense of urgency. In general, it seemed chaotic in there like no one knew what they were doing, which frustrated me. I finally got my wraps, which were good as usual, but it delayed us in our day's activities. Overall, I was annoyed with this Dunkin' and therefore, they only earned 2-stars.
