If I could I would rate it a zero, I don't know why but they took 30+ minutes for me to even reach the window to pay, I couldn't wait anymore. I came before it was a long wait as well 15mins but after this experience I'm not coming back. And the cars before looked like they only had 1-2 drinks, I'm sorry but this experience was ridiculous and infuriating. I really try to give benefit of doubt but it ran out the longer I waited. I ordered a Brown Sugar shaken espresso and asked that the oatmilk be substituted for almond milk. They gave me a drink that was basically coffee and almond milk. I took several sips and shook it around myself and it was obvious that there was no syrup in the drink. When I came to the register to complain the barista told me that the drink is made with half pumps and if I wanted to taste the brown sugar I should have asked for full pumps. That is ridiculous because no where on the app or website does it say that drinks are made with "half pumps." The guy who re-made the drink for me had a rude attitude and tossed it in front of me without saying anything. Give customers what they pay for, without an attitude: this is a lesson that this staff clearly hasn't been taught during training and it reflects badly on the company. This is the worst Starbucks in the area. I drive to the store on Fashion Blvd to avoid going to this Starbucks. Customer service is terrible. My husband and I walked in and were ignored for 5 minutes while standing at the register. Not a "good morning" or "be right with you". At least acknowledge your customers if you can't help them right away. Especially when you look at them in the eyes and ignore them. This Starbucks is also dirty. I have never seen it clean. I love this Starbucks. The baristas are friendly and efficient. The drive thru is packed always ! Doesn't matter when you go but the inside never has a line. The downside is the parking lot is shared by a grocery store and gym so it can get full quick. It's not enough for me to find another location though ! This one is the best!! I decided I wanted a vanilla cream cold brew and a little 'chinno for my pup after taking her to the dog park. Took them over twenty minutes just to get me to the window (not that many cars ahead of me.) then they told me they were "too low on whipped cream" even though it was noon a Tuesday. So now I have a crushed dog staring into the store waiting for something that isn't coming, took them over 30 minutes to get me one damn coffee and they gave me regular cream in it. Already had bad experiences with this location now I am NEVER going to return. This new, larger drive thru Starbucks is absolutely disappointing compared to the smaller one right next door that it replaced. I went to the previous smaller location for 10+ years. The staff at the new "improved" Starbucks are sweet, but highly inexperienced. It's a bit of an issue when you're paying $7 once or twice a day for a beverage and it is not hot enough or not cold enough. They do not understand how to use their $12,000 espresso machine properly. They don't time their shots. They have no sense of how humidity affects the grind/tamp. I'm not going to harass the 18 year old barista to re-make a drink three times when they clearly haven't received adequate training. I have thrown my drinks away the last two times I went because they were not enjoyable at all. I plan not to go back even though I live and work within a three mile radius of this Starbucks. I know to some, it may sound like I am being some kind of coffee elitist, but this is not Dunkin' Donuts. Starbucks have built their reputation on making coffee and espresso drinks and they rightfully charge more money for their product. But, if they do not know how to craft and serve their product, there is no point. Clearly, they aspire to be the Arby's of the coffee world because they do not train their workers on the basic chemistry of building drinks. For this quality of beverage, I find the Dunkin' Donuts much better. The staff there is well trained in what they do. It's quite sad when the Dunkin' Donuts can get their act together, but a Starbuck's can't. Sad. read more

Just had the WORST EXPERIENCE IN A STARBUCKS EVER! We've been Gold card holders with Starbucks since 2010. Additionally we shop Starbucks daily. Multiple times Daily. This location for a new location is one you should skip. There is a DD down the road. I entered the cafe this evening intending to order our usuals in addition to some after dinner treats. I approached the counter and was met by a very sweet young lady with red hair (i think). We began conversing on everything from the weather to Pumpkin spice goodness. I asked her when that becomes available etc. Immediately from behind her a woman ( who later I find out is the manager on duty Tasha) speaks up and rudely addressed me. Spoke over the employee as well as me. She then walked away. I was dumbfounded. Who treated her so badly that it was necessary to behave like this to a customer, disregard an employee and show so much disrespect. I was so floored I just walked out. I couldn't imagine spending a $1 in there. I will make it my duty to make sure no one I know even considers entering that store. This is either someone who should be fired or perhaps training as a whole should be addressed for that location. If as a manager she can Behave this way who is holding the other staff accountable? Are the drinks even made correctly? Are the dates of throw away followed? Are people charged properly for their drinks even? I mean with this type of employee at the helm on an evening shift I'd be scared to walk out of my business. read more

I've been to this Starbucks a few times and my drinks 8/10 times taste watery and not sweat enough I even ask for extra caramel and they never put enough I don't think I will be coming to this location after today I don't come to Starbucks a lot so I was asking for suggestions between two drinks and the associate must of gotten agitated because I got switched over to another associate so I just went with the chestnut praline and told them to add caramel syrup for more sweetness and the drink wasn't sweet at all plus tasted watery this is not the first time like I said they have done horribly with my drink and I'm not one to complain. read more

Recently went to the drive thru and ordered something I usually order at any Starbucks drive through and was told I had to come inside. When I expressed that I usually order through the drive thru the person taking orders said well that person wasn't doing their job right. I proceeded with ordering something else drive thru friendly and they then cut me off to say they didn't have anymore oatmilk so I said ok thank you I will just leave and they laughed and said SEE YA !! I think I've written two reviews ever. This is the only time I've ever ordered coffee and then simply just...never got it. Took so long (45 minutes+) that I had to leave. And this happened more than once. The people that work here are obviously incredibly stressed and overworked. It's not their fault. But I also know that enough of these terrible ratings going through will eventually cause somebody at a higher level to add staff or make some changes and hopefully help what is unequivocally the worst location I've ever been to in my life. Apparently this Starbucks is closed during the majority of the day. I attempted to go through the drive thru today around 3pm and there was a sign stating the new hours of the location were something like 5am-10am and 7pm-9pm. What?! Very very bizarre for a national chain to be closed for the majority of the day. Hours are also not updated on Yelp, Google or the Starbucks website so there was no way for me to know ahead of time. The only other time I was at this location i purchased 2 hot chocolates which essentially tasted like hot water, almost no chocolate flavor. We had waited over 20 minutes in line so didn't feel like going back through for new ones so we just tossed the drinks. Not sure what's going on there but I will absolutely not be returning. Dunkin Donuts down the road is much better. read more

I lived in Seattle many years and the Starbucks service in the Northwest is out of this world. The staff here is unfriendly unless the regional manager is working ...which then changes everyone's attitude. i am amazed at how nice they are if he's in the building. order is often wrong. Lines are long and slow moving. And for some reason the coffee here tastes horrible. I used to stop a lot more and they just seem so pissed off and the coffee sucks so I started going to Brew Haha and it's a lot better. even Dunkin Donuts at least they have a drive thru. the most disappointing Starbucks in the nation... read more
