Not sure what's going on with the coffee at this location, but it's consistently disappointing. I stopped coming here over a year ago after being served a terrible cup 3x in a row and today I decided to give it another shot since I was early for an appointment nearby. This might be the slowest drive thru I've ever been in and there's no way out of it once you're in it because the line forms behind a shopping center in a 1 lane 1 direction alley. Once you get beyond the ludicrous wait time that can be anywhere from 30-45 minutes if you're backup is pre-dumpster - then you're lucky to get a "tall" worth of coffee in a venti size order. This Starbucks is unbelievably frustrating because they're coffee is always good you just get hosed on the amount they pour and the wait. I would choose any other coffee shop over this solely for those reasons if you're in a hurry but if you got a ton of time to kill, this is the spot for you. read more

Damn long night can not sleep well ...I real need a cup of coffee , lucky my place near by starburst . I order ice coffee with cream milk and sugar . The waiter is the girl , she was very nice with beautiful smile ....I told her make sure not put milk in my coffee because I have allergic with milk ....she said ok 'I will make sure ' and she gave me black coffee ...oh my god , maybe I spoke not real good English so she was not understood ... I told her I want cream milk in my coffee ....then she was putted cream in my coffee but my coffee was not real good . And price $2.56 for regular cup ... The Extra Hot Eggnog Latte was made to perfection mmmm, mmmm, good! Though this is a smaller than usual Starbucks I frequent, there's no shortage in service and friendliness from behind the counter as the Barista greets you with LIFE and makes your beverage right. Meanwhile, the drive-thru seems to be just moving along just fine. read more

Decent Starbucks coffee and cappuccino from here. I ordered ahead through the app and my better half went in to pick out drinks up. Two drawbacks here: firstly, parking here is horrendous so the drive through is probably the only option here during busy times unless there are two of you, and secondly, the lid was not placed on my drink properly so it ended up on my car. I have been a Starbucks fan for many years. I still enjoy their food and coffee, but I just can't figure out why a cup of coffee takes so damn long...I have been to this location 5 times now and every time I've had to wait an inordinate amount of time for my coffee.... and if you go in the drive-through, you're STUCK..and usually for 15mins.. The last time I went in with my kids we each ordered a drink and it rook 8.5 minutes (my son timed it) to get all of our drinks out. I'd understand if it were busy, but there was no one in front of us... Their sandwiches are decent, but typically a bit rubbery after their microwave/heat blaster machine, and there's no salt or pepper to put on them (?), but I'll still order some because it's convenient. read more

This Starbucks is my favorite of the 84647 that I have been to because of their staff. They have the friendliest staff and always perfect my order. Today, I spilled my drink EVERYWHERE and not only did they clean it up but they made a new drink without charging me. Small store but cosy. The seats are nice and it mostly seems to be a place where people come with their laptops to work. What I don't understands where are the electrical plugs? Not one seat seems to have access to one, unless that was intentional and they don't want people hanging out all day. read more

No yernals in bathroom. Also came in to use the bathroom and there was no soap and not enough toilet paper. Soap dispenser wasn't workin, and hand dryer looked like soap dispenser so it confused me. I told manager abt it and she says that she can get some Toulet paper for me to use. She grabs it from back in kitchen I think, so I'm question if the coffee is clean back there read more

I've been to this Starbucks a number of times and the baristas are always super friendly and cheerful, even at 6:30am. I usually go through the drive thru, but the wait times have been crazy, so I used mobile ordering. I am lactose-intolerant. I always order soy in my drinks. As soon as a took a sip of my latte this morning I knew it was made with dairy. There is no mistaking that taste. I was so disappointed because I was already half way to work, and with the wait times the way they have been, there was no way I was going back to wait in line and have it re-made. Luckily mine is not a dairy allergy, just an intolerance, and I noticed it right away. I had to throw out a $6 latte. Super sad. I understand baristas are in a hurry but PLEASE check the labels on the drinks before just making them with dairy on auto-pilot. I would have spent all morning in the bathroom if I hadn't noticed the difference. read more

I love this Starbucks. The employees are very warm, nice and call me by name. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because I am an app orderer and they sometimes turn the app off for no apparent reason. When you tell them about it they sometimes forget they turned it off or were not told by one of the other shift it was turned it off. read more

Love Starbucks and this location. Everyone is really nice and I love sitting here for hours studying. My only gripe is the drive thru. It's completely hidden so you can't see the line before you pull in. Once you're in, even before you order, you're stuck, which is annoying when you're running late. It needs to be redesigned to allow people to get in and out in the event of an emergency or if you charge your mind, especially since there's usually a long wait. But overall, LOVE LOVE LOVE my local Starbucks! read more

I love this Starbucks! After several years I still recognize many of the employees. Everyone is kind and conscientious. The place is usually quite clean and a nice place to study. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because the drive thru can be very slow and the store is pretty small which means that it can sometimes be tough to find a seat. read more

While I regularly support the locally owned coffee shops during their open hours, I admit I am a frequent Starbucks consumer after work. They are very friendly in this location, some of the staff members know me when I walk in the door. There has been some turn over in the staff recently but the new people are also very nice. When the young lady made a mistake she caught, with my coffee yesterday, she offered to make it right then wanted to give me my next one for free. I told her that was not necessary. Although Starbucks coffee can be a bit pricey what keeps us coming back is the service! They rock! Don't put someone on the espresso machine who can't pull a good shot from the beans! Coffee and espresso is often bitter (it shouldn't be) and they absolutely take a VERY long time to serve the drinks. Have had to repeat myself on multiple occasions to those taking my order as they couldn't keep up if we have more than one item. Drive thru is in no way express and turns are too tight. They really needed a lone-standing building. read more
