White Mocha Expresso w Decaf
Jada C.

This Starbucks came up closest to where I was staying while on vacation in Williamsburg, Virginia. Very nice location, parking is ok, spacious environment, clean!! As soon as I entered, I was greeted by Eowyn and she was very nice. Sadly they were out of a few things I wanted and of course that wasn't the baristas fault but I was a little disappointed. Things like the tea bags for for the medicine ball, honey and guava, etc. Anyway, I ordered a Peach Tranquility Tea and got my husband got an Iced White Mocha Expresso. We both enjoyed our beverages. Yup, I'd return.

Fast service and friendly, helpful baristas plus a nice outdoor patio for summer dining. They also have a drive thru. Always clean! About as good as a Starbucks can get. The parking lot is a little tight due to all the other businesses in the plaza. If you hit at peak hours recommend the drive thru which is always quick moving.

I was leaving Walmart and decided to treat myself to Starbucks since I had some cash on me. I don't drink coffee often but I had a long work day ahead of me. This location is always friendly and the long line moves pretty fast as I always go through the drive thru. Since this is in a shopping center the drive thru is shaped a little odd and you have to be careful when pulling off. I pulled up to the window and handed the cashier my $5 bill. I had the change and was trying to hand this to her as well. Once she opened her hand she dropped the $5. I understand mistakes happen but it was the way she handled it. I tried to see if I could see the money so I could get out and she stated it was under the car. Still having her hand out for me to pay. She didn't seem remorseful or try to help me out as there was a long line and if I moved my car up the next car would move and this is a disaster for getting hit or causing an accident. I would've appreciated if she said sorry don't worry about it or came out to stop the other cars so I could grab the money. I paid with my card and pulled forward to get my car out of the way. When I tried to get out to grab the money the cars kept pulling up and there was no way for me to grab it. All in all it wasn't about the money but the way the cashier treated me and went back on her headset to take orders. I won't be coming back to this location.

Love the outdoor space at this Starbucks, lots of shade and multiple tables. I see a lot of people enjoying it today (it's not too hot in the shade). The staff was friendly and patient when my Starbucks app wasn't letting me pay. Overall a great location for Starbucks.

"Drive Thru." Should read "Drive Past."

Excellent service, great attitudes and the perfect atmosphere for a coffee shop. Prices are iffy but the coffee is great.

Horrible service. Cheap shear-metal door whips back and gouges leather shoes. Manager does not even care.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. So slow in fact, that I am STILL waiting in the drive thru line while writing this review.

5/5 . Bottom Line Up…read moreFront: this is the first 5 stars I'm giving for a REASON. Food: spectacular. Everything tasted phenomenal. Drinks: you can't be called TIPSY bean without having good drinks. Ambiance: the vibes were perfect. The music was added to the super modern but also homey design of the layout. Service: if you get the opportunity to get service from Chasity, you are SET. She is so informative with everything on the menu, and one of the kindest servers/bartenders I've ever had. I literally said "give me a random drink and random entree", I got them both back (dragon fruit cocktail & crab cake Benedict) and they were both TO DIE FOR. Can't recommend this place ENOUGH!

Since we were already in the parking lot, we made the easy decision to go in. As we walked in, I noticed that the place had been expanded. We stood at the podium, and we were greeted by a greeter who seemed disinterested and lukewarm. Not what I'm accustomed to when I visit. I gave him my information, and he informed me that there was a 20-minute wait. I suggested that we could sit on the other side of the bar, but he said that they were closing that side because they were closing soon (in two hours). I noticed that they had tall tops, and I wanted one. He said that he could make that happen. While he was huffing and puffing and cleaning some tables, which were all standard height, he finally told me that my table was ready and it was a regular table. I was surprised because I had been told earlier that he could make it happen when it came to the table I requested. The greeter then told me that the side with the high tops was closed, so I had waited 30 minutes for a table. I could have sat at the bar, but Maurice wanted to go home at 6 p.m. sharp, and he had no recollection of what he had said. I was disappointed with the service and the lack of attention to detail. I hope that Tipsy Beans finds a new person to greet and seat customers. Maurice was not the right person for the job.

Discovered this indie coffee shop in Williamsburg near Busch Garden exit off Merrimac when I was…read moredown for a brief visit and OMG - BIGGGGG LOVE!!! So much to love about this new discovery besides the fact that it's NOT a Starbucks lol and for those that know me, you know I love and love to support and discover tucked away indie coffee places (see my reviews!). This place is also a roastery and sells their own bean blends. I don't know the history behind the shop and name but was told it is chemistry themed and owned by W&M alum - yassssss! Service is SUPER friendly and excellent so that's a bonus! I lovvvvvvve that the latte menu is chock full of super creative seasonal flavors - so many to choose from!! I stopped by twice while in town and staying just down the street. Had a hot Rose Macaron latte and the next day had the Lemon Bar. Both were DELICIOUS. NOT OVERLY SWEET BUT WITH SUBTLE FLAVORS AND BOLD ESPRESSO TASTE. NOTTTTTT WIMPY WEAK. Both days I had the OG Bacon Egg Cheese sando on an ET bagel that was a decent accompaniment to my seasonal lattes which were clearly the stars of the show. I was there during the week - once mid afternoon, the other day late morning and it was not crowded at all both days. The seating area is HUGE. 2 separate adjacent rooms - walk through the front ordering area and you'll find a large, super cozy and inviting "living room" type space with comfy couches, armchairs, dining tables with chairs and even cubes for studying. Dark and moody vibes. SUPER COZY, RELAXING AND KEPT VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. The other seating area has a bunch of tables and chairs, lots of windows, brighter and more conducive for gathering. I took and posted a bunch of pics and some vids so check them out. So glad to have discovered this coffee spot and gem! Will definitely be back when I visit Williamsburg again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

There is parking right next to the building or a pay to park parking lot across the street. The first two hours in the lot are free. ***EXPERIENCE*** We ordered the lychee oolong tea and the matcha milk tea with crystal boba and mango. My lychee oolong tea tasted just like fresh lychee! I will say it's brewed on the stronger side, so was a bit more bitter than I was hoping, but it was really refreshing. This is a wonderful spot to get some work done. They have strong wifi and lots of outlets. I appreciate the natural lighting in this space. ***PRICE*** Depending on what type and size of drink you get, prices range from $5-8. ***BATHROOM*** This spot shares a bigger building with other businesses. There isn't a bathroom in the actual Secret Garden space, but if you exit through their bigger building, you can find Women and Men restrooms not too far away. There are a few stalls in the Womens. ***CONCLUSION*** There is an extensive list of things you can order here! There is something for everyone. It's a great spot to meet up with a friend and get some work done.

It has happened twice now that I have driven 45 minutes for my regular weekly pick up and they have been closed during their regular business and pick up hours. No emails, texts, calls, nothing. No communication for a significant inconvenience. If you can't pick up during the week you lose your order that week and out the money. Incredibly inconsiderate!!! I sent TWO emails to report my dissatisfaction, and when I finally received a reply, it was to let me know how busy and understaffed they are, and that they hoped I found someone who made prosciutto to my taste. I'm apparently the only person in the world who doesn't like their ham. In other words, "go pound sand." I wouldn't recommend shopping anywhere that adopts this sort of attitude with respect to customer service. All it does is breed enmity for the business, and encourages people to go out of their way to let others know what a lousy business this is.
