Really thought I reviewed this location before but I guess not. Usually come here at least 1x per week while I am in the area for work. Very good sized location for seating inside and out. Always clean as well staff does a good job keeping up on the cleanliness. Staff always friendly and courteous and I will usually get a snack while here as well. Always prompt and cooked well. For sure my go to stop and one of my favorite locations. read more

Yesterday was my birthday and I was excited to see that the drink expired 9/14 since I worked all day and I was unable to get a drink. It was gone from my app when I went to order so I went in and chatted with the barista, Hallie, and showed my ID. She let me know it literally expires the second it turns the next day woops. Went through the drive through around 6pm. Ordered two drinks, they scanned my app and I paid for them. While waiting I was asked to scan again and I told them it already took the money out and they said yeah no problem it didn't charge the full amount so I reluctantly said ok. They charged me again and charged me for two more drinks and used 150 stars as well. I try not to be negative or post negative if I can avoid it but I literally told them they were wrong and the proceeded to mess it up anyway. read more

They opened at 5am. We were there at 5:15 and could see people walking around. They looked right at us and didn't come to the drive thru. Called them twice before they would answer, and then replied with "we just changed our hours to 5:30". Maybe they should update their website to reflect new hours. Very dissatisfied! read more

I was with a group of people studying for finals at this starbucks. It was close to closing at around 8:45 when a very nice couple walked in to order. Immediately, one of the baristas let out a super loud and noticeable groan, making it extremely obvious she was annoyed. When the couple went up to order, the barista working the register obnoxiously confronted them and told them that they couldn't get anything but a drink because it was too close to closing. The poor couple was still very sweet and cooperative. Then the baristas proceeded to have a loud public freak out about how they were so annoyed and that people needed to be more respectful of the closing time. Like damn they just wanted some coffee. I get that its annoying when people come in close to closing but the store was still open and the customers didn't do anything wrong. There is a new cashier in the drive thru in the morning that is really awful. Does not communicate. It's a guy with glasses. I strongly dislike dealing with him. No personality or friendliness. This is a place I frequent quite often and to give such a bad rating is hard but after years of hopefulness, the store has yet to turn it around. They are constantly out of items - very popular items might I add, don't fulfill mobile orders and the bathrooms are shocking. The staff seem friendly and upbeat but always changing and the management is very abrupt. I hope upper management can eventually reign in the store and get it to Starbucks standards. read more

Mobile orders (people ordering through the Starbucks app on their phone) are an enormous portion of our customer base and workload so if you are waiting in line for a long time but you see no other visible customers around you, it is likely that we have a large number of mobile orders that we are trying to reconcile along with your order. It is a common occurrence, a daily occurrence, that we get 10-15 beverage orders at ONE SINGLE TIME which slows our pace immensely from the viewpoint of someone who is physically at the location. Please be understanding of that. We are typically understaffed which is why we can be slow at times, but the majority of the time we work well as a team and deliver our beverages and the like as efficiently and well done as we can. Remember that we also start off at minimum wage and hire people who have never had a job before so you have to anticipate a certain amount of flaw in our service. Please forgive us for that. We make mistakes but we are immediately inclined to rectify them. We will give you a free drink if need be, customer service is very important to us and it genuinely matters to us that you have a good experience at our store. If you see someone who seems to be more relaxed than the rest of us, it is because we are all assigned a different position. Sometimes the baristas are busy but people working the drive thru or other sections of the store do not have as heavy a workload. It is the nature of the way we operate and just because you see one person not rushing like a maniac doesn't mean we aren't trying to make your drinks as fast and as well as we can. read more

I travel nationally on a weekly basis. Of all the places I've been, this is by far the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff is 50/50. Sometimes friendly, sometimes very disconnected. I go here only for convenience. But if I know I'm going by another Starbucks, or I have the time, I will pass this one for another. read more

I come here very often because I work in the Orchard and get drinks for my coworkers and I 3 to 4 times a week. I'll admit the drive through can be slow and difficult sometimes, but it is always worth the wait and frustration. The drinks are always the way I order them, despite how complicated they are. On top of the that, the staff is so friendly every time!! I rarely have a bad experience, and the few times I have, I let them know and they fixed their mistakes and made it better! On December 30 around noon my dad and I were headed to the airport and had 30 minutes to spare so we stopped here for a coffee and chat before my flight. Only medium roast was available so we both ordered dark roast pour overs. Only a few other customers came in over the next 15 minutes, and one of the employees literally left, put on a football costume and came back, yet my drink/name wasn't called. When I went to inquire at the counter I saw one coffee on the bar which, after a ridiculous back and forth between all six employees, including the quarterback, I learned was mine. When I asked where the second one was I was snippily informed there were other customers before me and it would be a few minutes. I then waited 8 more minutes for a tall black coffee. A 23 minute wait for 2 small black coffees. I wouldn't have bothered to write a review about that, but the rudeness of the employees was spectacular and I didn't want them to behave so badly for nothing. They made it clear I was inconveniencing them with my order, then punished me by wasting my time and treating me like garbage. read more

Several issues with location, primarily the staff. The store is incredibly busy and the staff's lets you know it by looking as miserable as possible. Several times I've walked in and not a single greeting, being looked at and passed by employees taking care of other things. I'm not even asking to be served immediately as I know they're busy, but a greeting or smile from anyone would make a huge difference. The store is also always incredibly dirty, partially due to the level of business the store does but areas like the condiment bar need more attention. Going to Starbucks and paying a higher price for coffee should include a pleasant experience. This store has never made that the case. read more

Several bad experiences here, but 1st time taking the time to leave a review. Entered the drive-thru line at 3:17pm today, was 4th car in line. Finally made it to the window at 3:31pm and got drink at 3:32pm. Not so much as a "sorry for the wait". Simply handed me my drink and said 'have a nice day'. I have finally had it with this location. Between the filthy restrooms, dirty inside of store, and long wait times w/previous wrong drinks, guess it's time to find another location or another coffee brand. Totally bummed:(. read more

Hit and miss. I go here Monday through Friday. I get the same thing, a sweetened iced coffee with cream, only thing that changes is the size. Sometimes I get my drink 2 minutes after ordering, sometimes I'm waiting 10 minutes. Waiting in line is understandable, but waiting in line by myself, doesn't make sense. Especially when there are 6 people behind the counter, including the 2 working drive thru. I got into the habit of tasting my drink before I leave or drive off because half of the time, my drink won't have sweetener in it. I've only seen 2 employees that actually have some sense of urgency. The longest I've had to wait in drive thru was about 30 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me when I got there and the employee at the window was taking her sweet time when I actually got to the window. When I asked for my drink with a hurried tone, she gave me a weird look... I was stuck for 30 minutes!! I would expect them to be considerate of our time and have a sense of urgency when customers walk into your store. read more
