This location is one of the best Starbucks ever! Super clean and super fast. The staff is always friendly regardless of how busy it is. I come here at least once a week and have only had a wrong order once and they fixed it right away and apologized numerous times even after I told them I understand mistakes happen and what they made was a similar drink to what I ordered. read more

This is a nice relaxed location with a very easy going crew. The drive through is very fast due to a lack of traffic compared to the location closer to Greenfield just to the North... That location is a mob scene. The only criticism of this location is a by product of the their neighbors at Coldstone... Those people are pigs leaving Coldstone cups everywhere!!!!!!! They were super nice efficient and got the orders right! That's totally all that counts! I didn't know which one to get. The pumpkin spice, salted caramel moccasins frap, or what. I'm totally not big on mocha so... Salted caramel frap! Breakfast foods totally awesome. Even low cal seeing that I am totally cheating with this frap! Ooow it's so good! Prices are Starbucks pricing as always. It was nice and clean and smelled like coffee! Mmm mmm It was served to look exactly as it did on the menu. I totally wish other places did the same thing. If they did they would probably have a great return like Starbucks, regardless of the prices. I would definitely recommend. I go to this Starbucks a lot, and normally it's great. On 12/19/23, at 8:29 p.m., my friend and I pulled up to the order screen in the drive-thru. We came in the back way, and neither of us were sure whether they were still open. All the lights were on, so we waited at the order screen. After a few minutes, we pulled around to the pickup window. Again, the lights were all on, and we could see three employees moving around, and one was making a beverage. One guy saw us and waved. I waved back, and we waited. None of the three workers looked at us again. We waited for nearly 10 minutes, then the inside lights went off. So, obviously, they were scheduled to close at 8:30. Any of them could simply have told us they were closed, but they didn't. Rude! Management needs to emphasize that customer service doesn't always mean serving the customer. A simple "sorry, we're closed" would have worked instead of pretending we didn't exist. read more

Coffee is coffee. I've become more of a fan of some of the instant coffee makers on the market for your home over going out. However, when it comes to getting a quick cup on the go - they do a good job here. I had an incident here in the past where it tasted a little burnt, but overall they do a good job here. Fast, friendly, consistent morning fuel. I love this Starbucks. The baristas are so friendly and fast. I rarely have to wait more than a minute or two, even when I order a more complicated drink. The space is always clean and comfortable, whether I stop in the morning or the afternoon. And the drinks are made well - with consistency and accuracy. Pro tip: In the mornings, most folks opt to drive-thru, so the store, itself, is typically faster. "My" Starbucks. Always friendly service, always the expected good coffee and food. Lately, though, the wait times have increased a lot, along with errors and running out of it. I am guessing this is due to larger crowds, so hopefully this location will be able to staff up a bit and/or work more efficiently to handle the increased business. Update 5/21/19: wait times continue to increase, along with errors, so unfortunately I have to remove a star. Least favorite Starbucks I've been to. Every time I come there is a short line of people and there's at least 2 workers that could come to the other register to help. But they are usually talking and joking around. Never get greeted. Usually the workers are not very friendly. It seems like Starbucks skipped over this cafe as far as caring about customer service and making sure you get exactly what you asked for. read more

Chocolate croissant was stale and overall it doesn't really taste like a croissant. It may not be this store's fault, probably low quality, processed junk that corporate pushed down. After waiting 20 minutes at the miller park location, only to be told they wouldn't honor the BOGO happy hour because we wouldn't get to the window by the time happy hour was over, we drove across town and didn't wait at all at the drive thru here. They also were very accommodating, giving us the deal even though it was after happy hour and we didn't ask (nor expect) them to. They did other things (like ask if we wanted stoppers for our hot drink) and we had our drinks shortly after getting to the window. Kudos guys, I'll be coming back here from now on read more

Horrible service! First of all, they got my order wrong. I ordered a "venti" frapp and they gave me a grande, like how do you mix the two? And I also ordered a Mint Majesty Tea for my Mom. Apparently out of nowhere they stopped double cupping scorching hot teas, the cup was flimsy as hell and looked as if the tea was leaking right out of the cup, and when my Mom grabbed her cup to take a drink, the lid popped off and all that HOT water burned her legs and hands (while she was driving) I didn't even realize the cup wasn't doubled at first and when I called to complain to management they didn't seem to care one bit, she kept saying "I don't know what you want me to do, you need to call corporate if she got burned" I mean, common sense, hot water in a plastic cup is going to bend and cause spills!!! My Mom's lucky she didn't get third degree burns because that water was extremely hot! And to top it off, I was put on hold because the manager was too busy making drinks. Great customer service Starbucks! If you're wanting Starbucks, go to a different location. Not only is their customer service lousy but they almost every time make my drink wrong! read more

I don't usually write reviews, but this is something people should know who go to Starbucks to study or relax for an afternoon. I went to this store in January when it was freezing, and the store was quite cold. I figured it was just really drafty or they were stingy with the heating. It got so cold that it was just uncomfortable to be in there. I just went today, and it's about 40 degrees out. It was absolutely freezing in there. I tried to sit down and use my computer, but it was so cold my nose was almost running. I actually complained and received a bit of an annoyed response like "yeah our air and heat is messed up here". The drink was fine, so its an all-right drive-thru, but I would never come back to this location except in summertime. read more
