I really want to love this Starbucks but going inside the service is painfully slow to the point you feel ignored. Now the drive thru... Is AWESOME! Fast friendly and efficient. Seriously use the drive thru. I don't understand how I can have 2 entirely different experiences from the same people and place. Please do something about this. I know I should't review a Starbucks store because people already know the brand. However after several negative comments I have to speak up. I have come here several times and I have noticed a really positive attitude from the employees. They can deliver under pressure and they try to keep the store as clean as possible. The space is well organized and I like the long table with four power outlets. It's very convenient for studying or reading. It's a medium size store with a lot of customer traffic including the drive through. I would say if you are around the Willowbrook mall this place can get your starbucks craving just right. read more

Well I've been coming here since it opened and have had exceptional service .... Except for today .. Pulled up to the drivethru .. Waited like five minutes before anyone said something ... " what can I get you ?""" Seriously .. How about sorry for the wait welcome to Starbucks what can I get you... So i placed my order Venti iced coffee and drove around .. Two cars ahead of us... Jimmy .... So I waited my turn .. Obviously the one car ahead of me had issues.. I waited .... Five minutes later ... " what did u order ...says Nour .. I said a Venti iced coffee black ... Oh ok ... Nasty People. Other customers began getting their orders before me. When I approach the man who took my order, he turned his back on me. When I finally got his attention, he said someone else took my order. No apology, just asked if I would like two of them. I asked how long it would take. He didn't answer me. What I am assuming was a manager finally answered me, about a minute. Still no apology but would I want two of them. No, if I wanted two, I would have ordered two. Still no apology. This new Starbucks is sooooo much better than the one that existed a few hundred feet away years ago. Besides the beloved drive thru, the outdoor setting, parking lot size and multiple ways to enter/exit make this Starbucks exceptional. I'm not a fan of their new drive thru Mega size screen with them on camera and me. Also not a fan of how many people working have the drive thru headphones on when you go INSIDE. Headphones definitely interfered with their interaction and communication with indoor customers. The staff, management & leads went above and beyond for me a few times when I asked about saving me their used coffee grinds. Handsomely rewarded their tip jar every time, well deserved too. read more

Starbucks corner of Route 23 and Willowbrook Blvd. they recently started limiting the number of people that are allowed in the store. To order as a walk up or to pick up orders that were ordered ahead they have you enter the front door into a 2 foot x 4 or 5 foot wide space. If you are there and another customer is ordering or picking up it is a small space and with social distancing it can be uncomfortable. Not sure why they changed to this set up. It was set up like this the last two times I stopped in. Have not been there since the second visit. I stop there once or twice a week and have through the pandemic and prior to the pandemic. I am usually there around 7AM so there is very little in store traffic which makes this 2x5 pick up area/germ zone questionable. I understand it keeps the workers safer but the customers don't matter. The drive-up is usually way to busy to wait for a cup of coffee. Find a different Starbucks. read more

The quality is usually pretty good at this particular location. My only complaint is that the wait time is crazy unless you go at random times where not many other people are up and about yet. It's in a very busy location right next to Willowbrook Mall so it's makes sense that wait times are longer than usual. One upside is that it has a drive-thru which is nice. If it wasn't so busy I would come to this store more often. read more

I don't normally review chains, but I made another exception. This is the Starbucks inside the Macy's. I tried my first Vivanno ever here and the barista who served me could not have been nicer to me about trying something new. I liked it so much I called back later to tell them how great it was. Great Starbucks, and because of its location, you can bet not a whole lot of volume comes through here, compared to the others; which probably means more courtesy and friendliness for you, and better drinks. read more

Nice, quiet and tucked in location, but it's not hard to find. I go there sometimes with my friends to have a chat and good coffee. The staff is courteous and they respond quickly, if you do a mobile order make sure you come in and remind them that you're waiting for it. One time I had ordered my latte using the app and I was standing there for a few minutes until I asked them and I realized that my drink has already been made and had been sitting there. Lots of windows and light if you want to soak in some sunshine during winter months. Good place to read and study at. read more

I don't generally write reviews for chains, but the baristas here are so awesome, talkative, and fun. They also kick the food court Starbuck's butt--this is the one in the Macy's. Not as much traffic here and they make your drink correctly every time. read more

went here today for a quick drink as I was passing by doing errands. It was pretty packed at around 6 on a sunday! the woman was nice when we ordered. i started to feel like we were waiting too long at the other counter to recieve our drinks. some of the staff looked busy and confused. turns out they just had a long line at the drive thru as well as inside. the guy who gave me my drink apologized for the wait so that was good! very clean..would come back read more

2 stars because the drinks, when correct, are usually made well, although on today's trip as the barista handed me my drink she said "there's no caramel crunchies because we don't have any." No big deal but there were no apologies, no asking if i want a different topping, nothing. Now my more significant complaints. 1. An employee wore her mask UNDER her nose the whole 20 minutes I was there. 2. Employees ignored me and other customers who are clearly waiting. No "hello," "how can I help you?" "Thanks for your patience" (this is a busy location, be prepared to wait). 3. Errors. So many errors. I watched a number of people getting their orders fixed. I fully understand that it gets busy, but Ive been to other high volume locations that know how to handle it efficiently. I think I'm done with this location now. The 2 Wayne locations further north on route 23 are worth the extra ten minutes. read more

Waited almost a half hour for an iced coffee. Not a lot of happy customers. Very disorganized. Finally gave up and left.

Today was a great visit through the drive thru. Working in hospitality, I myself know how hard it is to get team members who genuinely care about guests. Today, was truly a memorable experience. From start to finish the team member made sure I was taken care of. He assured me my sandwich would be out any second. While I was waiting in the car, he made sure to ask if there was anything else I needed while I drank from my refreshing beverage. Not sure what his name was, but this location is lucky to have him (Blue eyes and a beard). I work near the city and travel all over. I enjoy my coffee as much as the next person, but let me tell you ... the extra initiative he took today made all the difference in all of my Starbucks visits. I hope he continues to grow within the company! His service was frankly enlightening. I might have to cheat on my local Starbucks and detour over to Berdan Ave in the future. This was truly a great way to start the day, with coffee in one hand and a warm smile at the drive through window! read more

So very disappointing. Regardless of my request "No Foam", which is actually written on the cup, I get one third foam, two-thirds chai tea. Also, have been given coffee instead of chai tea. I made my iced chai at home because of too much ice. Now I am forced to make my hot chai at home because of foam. Once again I ask the corporation "How little regard do you have for your clients that you feel you must steal from us in such a sneaky, underhanded way?" read more
