This happened to my very sweet friend who literally works therapy: (Insanity with the general public Experience of the day... Now keep in mind I'm a very kind-hearted person but I also stand up for myself as needed and dont take disrespect quietly. So I order my Starbucks through the app like I always do ...same coffee. Same thing I get everyday: cup of coffee with whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top. That's all there is to it. So this afternoon I waited almost 20 minutes for my cup of coffee, but when it was finally given to me..There was no caramel or whipped cream on top. ...now, I know -- first world problems, right?! trust me!! coming from someone with an extensive history of tragedy. I'm blessed I can be in a place where I can critique my cup of coffee but it does cost $0.80 to add those toppings so I returned and asked The barista to fix the drink. --- well, the shift lead or the manager or whoever, overheard me having a conversation with the barista and proceeded to snatch the HOT cup of coffee out of my hand and aggressively throw it into the sink to where it splashed all over the barista I was working with and all over the counter space and work area, as she yells at me that she'll just make me a new one. The original barista at this point has her jaw completely dropped and she's apologizing to me....to which I responded that I'm so sorry as well, and I have no idea what just happened.. so when I got the drink back, I spoke up and said that I felt her behavior was completely out of line and uncalled for. I didn't ask for a new drink, I just asked for the toppings I paid for. Well apparently me standing up for myself triggered a customer sitting nearby, because this woman stood up, and came charging at me-- saying all sorts of profanities, and she physically with BOTH hands pushed me backwards into the door. I was seriously caught off guard and so I fell backwards, hit my head on the doorway and stumbled through the entrance. I was completely dumbfounded ....what in the flapping hell just happened....and so I called the police. They pulled her up right away based on her license plate and I filed charges. I'm completely just shook up by the whole thing. Not only was the first interaction so out of control but then to be followed up by getting physically assaulted.... all over whipped cream and Carmel. I am literally in awe. I know it's not my job to be the fixer of all human behavior ...but I just can't stand disrespect. No more Niles Starbucks for me.) You should be absolutely careful when going to this Starbucks not only will the manager duty assault her employees by throwing hot coffee with anger into the sink and splashing it all over the employee, they also trespassed my friend for wanting whipped cream and caramel drizzle THAT SHE FUCKING PAID FOR and allowed my friend to be assaulted by another customer!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!!! I will tell ALL of my friends this experience and to NOT to support this business anymore! read more

The drive thru was so crazy...my wife and I decided to walk-in to make an order. They had every pastry we wanted and reliability made the drinks we wanted, There wasn't a huge line for our order and we didn't wait too long until it was completed. Ultimately, friendly baristas, reliable tasting coffee beverages, pastries while not being slow. Can't say I'll be back because we don't live in the area but would if I could ! read more

I should preface this by saying I'm a Dunkin guy but my pre-teen daughter loves her Starbucks. So of course when we're out shopping or quite frankly doing anything out and about, Starbucks is always her request. This location is clean and the young, teenage staff friendly. The drive-thru line was packed however moved quite efficiently. I just had a regular coffee with vanilla cream. My daughter had some foo-foo iced coffee concoction called a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with extra cold foam. I must admit that I tried and it was damn tasty. To me it's just another chain coffee joint but to others including my daughter, it's the must have coffee and cake pop place of which she would enjoy on a daily basis if I let her. read more

I'd have to say the top reviews are completely false about this place. Love my Starbucks and will always advocate for the employees to unionize and get better pay for what they do. I can also tell when they are mismanaged and run completely slow and inefficient. They employees work hard but I don't think management (top down) run it well. The drinks are fine if you can wait the time to get them. They seem to always have some thing happen to cause them to run very very slow. And most of the reviews would tell you they are very very slow. Like 25 minutes for a cold brew with oak milk slow. The atmosphere is cold and very uncomfortable. read more

Super quick service and nice staff. Nice selection of breakfast and lunch items, and everything looked fresh. The store is clean and has a small patio in the front to enjoy your drink outside. The drive thru seemed to move pretty quick as well. The order was correct and tasted great. This is my fourth time this year at this location and I think it is great. read more

Hi my name is Gen and I am a Starbucks addict. While I have cut back from intravenous Starbucks drip I am still weaning myself down and need a caramel frappuccino at least twice a week to maintain sanity. The addition of Coconut milk to the Starbucks menu has taken my beloved drinks to a whole new level and I am addicted all over again! Many Starbucks have tried, but few can be as perfect as this location. The drinks are always wonderful. the food is amazing and the staff seems to be some of the best trained in our area. If you are lucky enough to get James as your Barista your drink will be even better. The man is a Barista God and I wish he were there 24/7. Seriously. He is that good, This is not a huge Starbucks by any means, but it does have areas that are great for working, relaxing and just chilling out with your coffee and friends -- or just you and your coffee and a great book! AMAZING I LOVE THE NILES STARBUCKS. I have to get my Pink Drink at least twice a week if not more! The staff is always so great and kind! For example, I hit 400 stars on my Starbucks app to qualify for a free merchandise item. Since customers aren't permitted in the store at the time, they asked watch color cup I preferred to redeem my stars for, and I said pink (of course!) so we pulled up to the window. The employees brought out FIVE different options for me so I could pick exactly what I wanted!!! Best customer service I have ever experienced by far from any location. We asked for espresso in a container for here. We were told that this Starbucks has no espresso cups. How can a business serve espresso without an espresso cup? Also, the person serving, put the espresso in a paper cup. We had asked for a container for here. The person then put the coffee into a ceramic cup and,of course, it was cold by then. I've been to many Starbucks, but this one is definitely my favorite. Like other reviewers, I believe it's the friendly service and the genuinely friendly staff. Spend an afternoon inside the store and you're guaranteed to hear any random staff member break into song, which always puts a smile on my face. Even my pups get excited when we make a Starbucks trip as they always get a treat when we drive thru. It's a very bright and positive vibe. People must love it there because it's always full.
