Rating a smoothie place is pretty simple. It's usually a quick transaction, a short wait, and then…read moreyou taste the beverage...that's it. I stopped off at the outlets last weekend to check out the Coach store and decided to check out the food court to see if anything could cure my hunger. The food selections were not really doing it for me but a smoothie did and I figured it was a good way to curve my hunger for bit. Bobba had a pretty large selection of bubble teas, shakes, smoothies, and even offers wraps and salads. I ended up ordering a chocolate banana smoothie and it lived up to the hype I built 4 minutes prior in my head. The smoothie was mixed well, smooth, and tasted really good. Is this place a revolutionary for smoothies? No, but Bobba does it right and this place is definitely a good way to get you through a trip to the outlets.

Cute drinks and crepes place at the food court. Taro milk tea with boba is one of my faves, but if…read moreyou've never had taro, it may not be for you. Lots of drink choices such as freezes, smoothies ($4.25), milkshake ($5.75), bubble teas ($3.95) you can add boba or popping boba. There is a drink menu not listed on the boards but by the register that has hot ovaltine and hot teas, etc. They also sell sweet and savory crepes, salads with lots of choices for dressing including raspberry vinaigerette and sriracha mayo, etc., and ice cream. I'm curious about the huckleberry flavor but haven't had a chance to try. Crepes are a good shareable size. Like the Banana nutella crepe. Wait can be awhile esp on holidays and weekends.

This was a very unusual experience we've had since we waited for a long time last we were there…read moreover a week ago, right before Thanksgiving. When we got there a couple groups were waiting for their orders. We then placed the order and thought we'd get our order at a reasonable time. Then one after another left and lo and behold came others who got their drink orders before us while we continued to wait. No explanation until my husband reacted to the long wait. There were only 2 working and one was training the other. I sure hope this won't happen again. Do we need to start ordering ahead online? It's never been like this. We've been coming since Lu Cha opened. Anyway, we want to understand and appreciate all the efforts being made. However, make sure you do have enough workers especially during the holidays. We would have appreciated if they had warned us we'd have to wait a certain amount of time. We may just not have chosen not to order. By the time she got it all made, we just want to leave ASAP. She offered us a free pastry, but no one was even in the mood to wait some more to get a free pastry. Then some of the drinks turned out way too sweet when we asked for 50 percent sweetened. Anyway, hard to come back after this experience. But would possibly like to give this business another chance.
