From the outside you will note that the building definitely needs a little love, but within you'll find a classic cozy coffee spot for a warm beverage and a tasty brunch. My most recent visit was an early morning where I think we caught them a little off guard. It would seem the college crowd doesn't make it in until after 10 on the weekends. It seems like it is worth it to look them up online and have a good idea of what you want beforehand. This is one of those spots where there is a large menu behind the counter and some small paper menus by request. Basically it forces you into that awkward engagement before you've really had a chance to check things out. A West Coast Breakfast Sandwich on a Bagel with a Mocha hit the spot for me. Portions are modest, so you don't have to worry to much about overeating. It was a nice way to break up the holiday weekend monotony. The entire experience was no more than 10 minutes from standing to placing my order. Then I received that same order and no less than maybe eight? They have a huge shop there's a ton of islands available for purchase throughout, and also dining area I love looking at the baked goods in the cooler case a lot of regional brands, including Daffin's (yum). Let's face it - I need good coffee and a clean bathroom. This place is SO good that we pace our needs based on how far away from this Dunkin' Donuts we are. We call it "our Dunkin' Donuts" or "our spot" when discussing where/when we'll be stopping. The bathrooms are always clean. The staff are always friendly. The orders are always correct. On my 2nd to to last visit (to NY), Ashley took care of us at about 6am - she was totally on point! Great service! On my last trip (back to Ohio) - same experience, saw the manager and told her how fabulous her staff is. She said they work really hard to train their staff on customer service - it shows!
