I'm happy to say Collage was just that! They hit the ball out of the park! My husband consistently gets an oat milk mocha at every coffee shop, and this had his stamp of approval. I got the seasonal sugar cookie latte (according to the kind barista it is a mix of butter extract and birthday cake syrups, yum!) it was just a touch sweet for me, but I am not someone who would typically go for the sweeter drink on the menu. But today I needed a sweet pick me up. Either way, it was delicious! You can taste the flavor of the latte while the coffee flavor still shines through- just the perfect balance! They have a variety of drink options including kombucha, coffee, and tea. A little bummed I wasn't in the area longer to head back for a booch, as the flavor options sounded delicious. They also had a small variety of baked goods and some different panini options- definitely seems like their food options are best on Saturdays when their brunch menu is in full effect. Inside the space is both spacious and cozy! Decorated a bit for the holidays, and places to sit and yap- love that for the locals. Single room bathrooms that were also spacious and clean. Overall, a wonderful stop with kind and helpful staff, clean spacious and cozy amenities, and top notch coffee!

Ordering was very easy at the counter and the staff is friendly. We ordered a double espresso, espresso, hot honey mustard wrap, and buffalo chicken wrap. Somehow our order came out to almost $40. The decor in this place is cute. The wraps and coffee were good, but I am not sure any of it was worth what we paid for a casual cafe. I don't want to give it 3 stars because of pricing, but it's probably like 3.5 for that reason.

Woman filling orders mumbled and announced item rather than customer name. So 'latte' (mumbled) could have been any of a number of customers. Some beverages were essentially milk, and were being returned. Beverages and (cooling) food were delivered 5 minutes apart. Yes, they were very busy, but it's a coffee shop on a Sunday morning. They were woefully unprepared. After half an hour, we bailed, abandoning our paid-for drinks to their fate. First time we've ever had such a terrible experience that we left behind a paid item.

For me, that's where the positive experience ends. The actual products were disappointing. They use the cheapest of creamers (and yes, it affects the taste.) the pepperoni roll was filled with cheese (I strongly dislike cheese, but love pepp bread and traditional rolls, which are usually made w a yeast dough). These seemed like Sam's Club ZRoni rolls or similar product. They were greasy and gross. The marinara sauce on the side cost extra, amounted to maybe a tablespoon in total, and was ice cold. The coffee cake tasted like carrot cake without the cream cheese frosting. The coffee itself was likely good, however it was ruined by the cheap, hormone riddled creamer. Ingredient quality matters. Cost was over $20, which would have been fair if the product was enjoyable.
