I love this Starbucks, and looking at the other reviews from years ago doesn't properly portray the fantastic experience I have EVERY time. This is my preferred location and it's not even the closest to my house. This morning they had it rough. The customer in front of me was abhorrent and looking to get a freebie. She drove a silver Audi Q3 license plate RK8G0V. It started when the cashier handed her the drink. (I swear that drink had enough chocolate to put a diabetic in a coma) The customer accused the barista of not knowing what she was doing, stated the drink was flavorless and demanded they remake it. When the barista brought out the second one, without even trying it, the customer went OFF on the barista. The customer accused the barista of "being funny" and sabotaging her drink by putting too much chocolate sauce in it. The barista (surprisingly calm) repeatedly told the customer she went by standard recipe. MAY I REMIND EVERYONE: SHE DIDN'T EVEN TRY THE SECOND DRINK!!!!!! The customer was not getting her way, so she demanded to see the manager. I almost laughed out loud when I heard that the barista was in fact the manager. Oh sweet justice. At this point I stopped paying attention and the customer eventually SPED off. Anyone who knows this Starbucks DT knows it's dangerous pulling out of there, but she literally floored it out. The barista, bless her heart, was very professional the whole time (I know you wanted to throw the drink in her face, I did, too) I think the adrenaline of the situation passed and I could tell she was shaken by the whole situation. She went to the back and the cashier went to comfort her. The one thing I will say is that the staff are great and have each other's backs. Also, my drink was PERFECT! read more

The service was awful. Unnecessarily rude when i pulled in the drive thru. I worked at starbucks and have never experienced such disrespect and inconsiderate employees. Food is like any other starbucks because all you do is unwrap a frozen sandwich and put it in the oven. The ambiance was ruined do to the awful experience i had. Not to mention the starbucks standard wasn't even met. No writing on the cup. Awful experience. I hope they know how they are making their customers feel. I downloaded yelp for this. Once again this place fails. For the second time in a row, they mess up basic orders. I ordered a bag of ground coffee, got home and discovered a bag of whole beans. I ordered coffee with cream, get black coffee. They literally got 2/3 of my order wrong, and it wasn't complicated. Unfortunately had a bad experience her on 23DEC2023. Attempted to pick up a mobile order (which was incorrect to the point I had to pour the drink out in fear it was mop water). My request for a new drink was met with "sorry the cafe is closed and you'll have to get in the drive through to have it addressed. We have 4 people called out and the trash bags are overflowing so we closed the cafe". I get being busy, but customer service should be at your forefront. read more

This is not my usual Starbucks, but I visited them via the drive-through after an urgent care visit (don't worry! I didn't have covid!) I ordered ahead, and when I went through the drive-through I explained that while I didn't have covid, I was sick, and they were more than happy to hand my drink to me! Iv been going to this Starbucks for years and they are just not like they use to be. Today I went and the line was long but that the way it has always been so I was not mad about that. Once we had ordered we sat in line for 30 minutes, and I was going to order online but that was closed. Then when it came to our drinks one was done when we got to the window but we had to wait 5-10 minutes for the other drink. Are food was also cold when we got it. I want to start off by saying I was a Starbucks barista/partner for over two years. I know this job can sometimes be exhausting, overwhelming, and difficult. This location has a very large number of mobile orders and they seem to try their best to manage them. However, I no longer go to this location, it is clear that there is a lack of care put into a lot of things. My drinks are almost always incorrect (I rarely send them back even after waiting in line for 20+ minutes). For example, they have made shaken expressos and macchiatos all mixed together, my drinks are often missing an element like extra shot or cold foam even if it's on the sticker, and their refreshers rarely have consistency, sometimes being way too sweet or way too watery making me think they don't measure. Or just handing out the wrong drink which I don't touch because they are not supposed to take it back once it's out (which I've seen some baristas do). Worst of all I've had multiple experiences with baristas being outwardly rude. Since management switched, customer connections are no longer a priority which I understand due to their number of moble orders and such, but I do wish baristas would look a little less miserable to be there... today I accidentally might have ordered hot instead of iced ( or the person taking my order put it in wrong which happens!) I apologized three times but asked if it could be remade. Batista was rude and said "I don't know I just got here" and rolled her eyes, not acknowledging my apologies, and making me feel like a huge inconvenience. I have also heard baristas trash-talk customers while there are other customers in the lobby! not a good look at all. By all means whisper and push the button on your headset but not where other customers can hear! Overall I'm just disappointed because this location used to have some of the nicest friendliest baristas who looked like they loved their job, while there are still some of those baristas who are kind, make drinks correctly, and put care into their work the bad experiences outnumber the good which is very disappointing. read more

If you want the Strawberry Açaí refresher go to Starbucks there is usually lemonade but they was out and they gave me Raspberry syrup and it was so delicious even though they was out of something they made it up by the syrup. So you should go to the nearest Starbucks and get one. read more

Just went through the drive thru and they messed up my drink. The way they have the drive through built is bound to make you hit the curb as you're pulling out. To top it off, the second drink I received, the cap wasn't on all the way and it was filled completely to the top. Almost spilled it all over our car. read more

As far as Starbucks goes this is a pretty decent location. I haven't been here in quite some time since I no longer work in the area but I decided to grab an iced latte on my way to my shopping outing in the Bluffs. The drive thru line went quickly and my drink was already ready to go when I got to the window. They had made my drink wrong originally and already corrected it before I got to the window. They offered me the incorrect drink for free in addition to my drink which I took for a friend. I will definitely come back to this location when I'm in the Fenton area which isn't too often but now that there is a Pottery Barn Outlet nearby I can see it happening more frequently. read more

Ordered a breakfast sandwich. It came to me cold but burnt. The top was over cooked and hard. They put the top bun on the bottom bun crooked so it only covered half of the bottom bun, but the cheese and everything was stuck to it and just awful. Unfortuantely there aren't really any choices in this area...and Starbucks is the king of convenience. When you're ending a 3 hour car drive from a long vacation a drive thru is pretty much the best thing you can ask for. I guess I visited on the worst day ever, because I couldn't wait for my experience at this Starbucks to end. I stopped by in the early evening for a sandwich and some quick blogging to pass an hour before I headed to my next adventure. Everyone in the place was nice; I really want to emphasize that. The staff were very pleasant and eventually accommodating. But the overall service and atmosphere... ehhhh. I ordered a tomato/cheese sandwich, an oatmeal cookie and a water to consume in-store. After I ordered, I put my bags down at a table and returned to the counter for my sandwich. I waited. And waited. And waited. One staff member was manning the drive-thru, while the other went... I don't know where. She returned eventually and fiddled around for a bit longer before noticing me, grabbing a sandwich and slipping it into a to-go sack. I looked down, confused, and asked if I could also have my water and cookie. She said that she didn't know I had wanted a cookie (even though I repeated it twice when ordering) and didn't charge me for it. I was silent, waiting for whatever would happen next, and she finally moved to the case, pulled out a cookie, put it in a to-go bag and rang it up. I thought that since it was her mistake and a minor expense, she should have simply given the cookie to me, but whatever, I paid. She then ran away before I could ask for my water again. I finally caught her and convinced her to hand over the glass of water she had apparently prepared for me before all of this rigamorole. I also requested a plate for my sandwich, which seemed a little puzzling to her, but she silently gave me one. I finished off the sandwich, which wasn't the best, even by Starbucks standards, and got up to use the restroom. Unfortunately, there was no toilet paper. I headed back to the counter to ask for some, but the staff members had disappeared once again. I finally realized that the young man eating at one of the tables was a Starbucks employee, so I asked him for the paper. He told another staff member to get it. It took a while, but I eventually peed. Yay! The cafe itself isn't the most conducive to working or the most comfortable. It's a small space, and the few tables were crammed so closely that you couldn't sit down without disturbing the chairs at the table behind you. There weren't many outlets, so if your laptop died, too bad, so sad. Starbucks isn't my favorite place to eat or work, but generally, the chain is just fine. This location, though, doesn't do the brand any justice. read more

Unfortunately this is my go to Starbucks, and that is strictly because of convenience reasons(right off the highway). The employees are always nice and friendly, my complaint is not with them but with the product itself. I get the same drink every time I come, a Tall Caramel Frappacino with no Whipped Cream. I don't understand how the same drink can taste so different. The taste is very inconsistent. Sometimes the drink tastes just how I like it, when other times it's so bad I don't even want to finish it. I thought they were supposed to follow recipes, it tastes as if sometimes they put too much of a product in and other times not enough. Also, on one occasion my husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 frappacinos and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Now I understand that we probably ordered the two things on the menu that take the longest to make, but it was almost ridiculous how long it took to make our order. The sandwiches were also cold in the middle, but of course we had already driven off. We have learned our lesson, if we are in a hurry, go to McDonalds, they have much faster service in the early mornings. read more

First off, I LOVE starbucks and go almost every day. If this place had been my first starbucks experience, I wouldn't be such a fan. We stopped here on a rainy day traveling across the state. Purchased a lunch and drink but after I paid with my starbucks card they realized they didn't have soymilk. Would have been nice to know before I paid but I get back in line for my refund. The barista does the refund wrong shorting me by $1.20. After I point this out she says she has to go to the back to get a manager to fix it. I've already wasted enough time at this point that I just give up on my money and leave. read more

I've recently become a pretty frequent Starbucks customer, and as far as locations near and convenient for me this one is my favorite!!! The staff is always happy, friendly, and incredibly nice!! I've not had a single bad customer service experience yet. My coffee is always ready within a minute or two and I'm never waiting long so even if I'm running a little behind I STILL have time to get my coffee, it's awesome! I usually order regular coffee and its decent. Last order had no coffee taste at all seemed like water and 3% coffee. I told them about it they said what else can they add in there and didn't seem to care much! Bad workers can bring down nice coffee shops. read more
