Tried to give this location 1 last chance because it's close to my house and I have a gift card I'm trying to use up, but as soon as I got home I realized they had gotten my order completely wrong. I ordered a grande black coffee, half decaf, but whatever they gave me tasted like it was mostly milk. By the time I got back the line was completely full, so what should have been a 10 minute trip turned into 25. No apology was given for the screwup, or acknowledgement of my time wasted. I'm not usually in this area, but I end up stopping by this Starbucks after taking my puppy to the vet in the same parking lot. It's your typical Starbucks--nothing especially unique, but it gets the job done. This location always seems very busy, though the long line usually moves pretty fast, which I appreciate. Disappointed by the employee that was dishonest about being able to cancel a mobile order through the app. Basically I put in a mobile order while I was waiting in the drive thru line. At the speaker they said it may take a minute longer. Waited for a few minutes and they asked me to park and that they moved my order to the priority list or something. I couldn't wait any longer so I just asked to cancel the order. The girl at the window said you can cancel it through the app. And I asked again for clarification, she said yes, cancel through the app. Minutes going through the app, couldn't find a way to cancel. Only option was to call the store. I called and asked about cancelling through the app because I couldn't find it and they said that there's no way to cancel through the app and that you would have to call corporate. So I'm now wondering why the drive thru girl would even say that in the first place. Spent another 20 minutes with someone on the phone to get a the order refunded. When I asked them how I cancel on the app they said there's no way to do that, that they couldn't even do that on their end, and the employee should know that. Total of 40 something minutes wasted all for $12.50. Regardless if they were swamped and just needed to clear the line, there's a piece of integrity there from the girl in the drive thru window was missing. You just don't lie about things, especially little things. I honestly wouldn't be upset if she just said that I had to call for the refund. But she wasted more of my time by lying to me. I stopped here to buy a $50 gift card, a box ov Via and a drink. The person taking my order must have also been the manager this day. One of the baristas interupted me 3 times to ask him questions. I meant to order a latte breve but ordered an americano with breve. The coffee was very strong and bitter like coffee that sat too long. I did not get breve I was shocked to see a 70 cent charge for a little bit of half and half!! Going to Starbucks is a real treat for me but it will be a very long time before I stop by again. I went to tell I placed my order in drive thru, my coffee was at counter, i stated "oh, here I am, I also have a food..." interrupted with a : "what's your name?" I pulled up to this drive thru to pick up my mobile order: a grande Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte. Typical Starbucks, there were a few cars ahead of me. By, the time I made it to the speaker, it took about 3 minutes to greet me. The employee sounded a little frazzled when asking if I had been helped already. I told her "no" and asked her how she was doing, and she sounded much calmer after that. I'm assuming the lunch rush was really hectic today! I let her know I was picking up my mobile order. She then let me know to pull to the window. After waiting another 5 minutes and 2 cars later, I finally was able to get my prized drink in hand. This is my first time at this location, and even though service was slow, it did come with a smile when I got to the pick up window. My drink was made to perfection, although it was luke warm by the time I got it. The experience was satisfactory overall, therefore I will return. read more

Absolute longest wait in the drive-thru. After waiting for approximately 20 min in line, once I pulled up to the window, Gabe- barista, continued to step away from the window for an additional 5 more minutes. My entire order was waiting for me at the counter, so what he ran to do had nothing to do with my order. As he returned, you could tell he was having a nice chat that took up his time, saying things like "give them a kiss for me!!". Not okay. I've never worked at a Starbucks, but I've worked in specialty coffee for many years, so while I don't know the exact struggles that Starbucks employees go through. I do understand what it means to be busy. But even with that in mind, it takes far too long and there's never an explanation or an estimation as ti when my drink will be ready. If they know that they are absolutely slammed, a common courtesy would be to give the person ordering a heads up, saying the drink might take 15 minutes. But that doesn't exist here. This is probably my favorite Starbucks in the area. I like to stop here on my way to Marshall's or Petco. I like the fact that they keep up on the cleanliness of the place. They don't let the garbages overflow and sit. The baristas are always quick to get my order, and get it made. It's always delicious. You know how some places just don't get your coffee right? I have never had a problem at this particular Starbucks. They do have a drive thru, indoor seating, and outdoor seating. It's cozy to sit inside during the colder months and listen to the music while you sip your coféfé. They keep me coming back! Oh! And they always have a pretty large selection of travel cups and tumblers you can purchase. read more

Best Starbucks ever!! The staff at this location and a few others are dynamic and so AWESOME!! They always greet you with a welcoming smile or tone!! They get your order right and are not afraid to ask for a repeat if they are not sure they heard you correctly. They don't change these great attributes when they are busy nor do they change at different times of the day!! They are consistently delivering exceptional service. Of course we love our favs from a. Most recently a really helpful nice guy at the register made me aware of the return policy for the cool water bottles that they sell. I bought one for my daughter in a airport Starbucks, who did not share this with me. She unfortunately knock it off the counter a few days later before she could even use it. It broke. So I went into this location to buy her a more age appropriate and durable one. Lol. The guys informed me to keep my receipt and the barcode on the bottom of the bottle. If we have another oops or we can bring the pieces back and they will replace !! Wow!! How a I wish I knew that for the first bottle. Yet I'm so thankful to know it now!! Most Starbucks are great. Except this one, corner of Elmira & Nut Tree, in Vacaville. I would forgive if they are slow, and the drive thru takes longer. But one thing I CANNOT forgive, is that they frequently do not put in a full 4 shots of espresso in a vente Americano. I take it black and hot, so I can taste the difference between 3 shots (watery) and a full 4. I can also taste the difference between espresso and regular coffee. But they were really busy today, holiday weekend and it looks like they were understaffed but the baristas continued to be very nice and accommodating. My order had a status online and it was indeed ready on the estimated time that it showed on the app. One lady was getting agitated but I can only hope that she based her complaints on what the approximated time of pick up was shown on the app... As far as Starbucks goes, I had such a pleasant experience here. Yes the lines are long, but they normally are everywhere. What gives the high rating? I'm 9 months pregnant and went here to grab my husband a venti iced coffee cake skinny latte and bacon gruyere egg bites. They no longer had the coffee cake latte but the manager helped put in my order in the system. It's apparently a latte with 3 pumps caramel syrup and 3 pumps toffee nut syrup with almond milk. After I ordered I sat down in their chairs to wait for my food and drink. The lady who made the egg bites hand delivered them to me. It was a very gracious and sweet gesture! Thank you! I wasn't expecting such great manners at this place when the line was long and the environment at Starbucks seems stressful during rush hour. You just don't get that generosity at times like that but this place delivered and took the time. They were very caring. Kudos management and employees working Saturday 9/07! read more

Super slow service. Placed my order at 3:39pm on a Wednesday afternoon & my receipt said it would be ready within 4-7 minutes. At 3:51 I asked Tonya if my drink is ready & she said they're working on it. I politely asked if they can make it because I'm on my way to work & she said they cannot & that they are backed up working on orders placed at 3:34 but I had the option of cancelling my order by calling customer service. Why would I do that? Super rude. The baristas continued to make drinks & called out names that were not present. I asked again if they can please make my one drink I ordered & I didn't get my drink until 3:57pm. Not coming back to this location. Please be a little more friendly. I understand that drinks are made in the order of what time they were placed but if they are made aware of someone who is requesting their drink be made based off the time on the receipt then I would appreciate if they made an exception. I didn't get her name , Can I tell you I went back and forth with her in the drive thru, she literally refused to refund me my money !! I showed her my purchase in the app , and she still didn't want to refund me , she wanted to put the purchase back on my app . I didn't want that ,..I wanted cash , I'm never going back to Starbucks ! She gave me some sob story , about getting in trouble , I told her I didn't care...after about 10 minutes of arguing ...She told me to pull to the front , to get my refund . I did and she had another employee bring me my refund ! It was a lot that went on with this whole ordeal! They didn't have any stoppers , or sleeves .
