The no-guilt cookies are fantastic (live up their name) and made with a variety of seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, chia, etc), chocolate chips, and cranberries. This place would benefit greatly from offering sandwiches and soups! Quiet atmosphere, great wifi, excellent low key vibe. Should be much busier than it is given the excellent food, coffee, and service. The personnel here is one of its best assets- extremely friendly and approachable staff who immediately treat you as a regular. The drinks themselves are pretty average, nothing particularly memorable, but honestly, that's not really the draw here. You come for the atmosphere, the location, and that warm community feel that makes the space special.

My breakfast sandwich was wrong on the third day because it wasn't typed in correctly, so I was then changed wrong as well. Inside store front is more polite and apologetic, but again- they seem shorter staffed than drivethru and are trying their best to do everything. Today I went back through the drivethru (lazy I know with my kids in the car in the rain). AGAIN, they did not type in my order as I ordered it. Just trying to rush me through my order. When I got to the window they then told me my total and I paid. Surprise! They didn't type in my small chocolate milk, and I had to pay separately for it. Not been too impressed with Tim Hortons recently. They've forgotten my tea on my order, and when I mentioned it at the window I was given a smile and told to have a good day. Enjoy the potential service you may get at this Tim Hortons. It's unfortunate, there are a few staff there that make it okay but overall it's been subpar the last few months.

That was last Saturday and today is the first day I don't have dia**hea. I brought it back to the bar. Several waitresses and a manager (or owner?) came to my table and apologized profusely. They said they'd take care of the bill. I assumed they'd cover my guest as well. I was still in shock, so I didn't check my receipt. I just was my credit card receipt, and they only reimbursed my meal - I guess that's right since I didn't eat it all. They did give me 3 cookies and they were delicious. My body turned those to liquid for later evacuation. We are suffering from a serious service problem and a severe lack of resolution. I really need to learn to make a bigger fuss. It's too bad that a more vocal person that me would have gotten more out of this. Terribly embarrassing. PS: I didn't take a photo as I was busy spitting out what was in my mouth in front of my friend.

I asked the barista to use the phone and she stated that the shop did not have a phone. I then ordered a latte and politely asked how the coffee shop receives phone calls from customers. She stated that the phone belonged to the owner. I then asked her to ask him to borrow his phone. I heard him say a flat out no (she returned with the excuse that he did not have his phone)- not only was this a blatant lie but was a great inconvenience to me. ...great way to help customers in freezing weather.
