There is simply no point during their operating hours that they are not packed right now. The drive through line is a backed up mess, so I did a mobile order. The drinks were ready on time and the pickup counter makes it easy to find your items. The hot chocolate was exactly as ordered, sweet and creamy. read more

One of my favourite branches of Starbucks. Maybe I'm preferential because I had some friends who used to work here once upon a time, but they really value making quality drinks here and have a good balance of customer interaction while not forcing it if you're not into that. (Sometimes you just want to get your drink and go you know?) The parking lot is a bit patchy, but there's a drive thru and even in the busiest of times the turnaround time is reasonable. I love coming here, as it's very laidback but trying to fight for a seat is probably the biggest drawback as it seems to be one of the more popular ones. You won't catch me at Starbucks very often. I don't like coffee, and Starbucks uses Tao chai mix, which is not the best, imo. Since that first time ever trying their chai some 30 years ago, I've only ever gone to a Starbucks if I'm with others that stop, nothing more. I rode along with a coworker this week to this location, and happened to notice their Matcha Latte on their drive-thru menu board, so I went ahead and got their medium (no folks, I don't know, nor care, their sizes; this is not Italy). It was a decent drink, but the color was too mint green to be true quality matcha powder used. Heads up: this location's drive-thru always seems to be 10 cars deep between 7-8:30 am, so plan accordingly. Austin was working the window, polite and friendly demeaner, very thorough. I also tried their egg white, Swiss and turkey bacon breakfast sandwich, which was good. Nothing spectacular, but filling. YOU CAN NOT ADD OR DELETE ITEMS FROM THEIR SANDWICHES; apparently, they are premade somewhere else and delivered to Starbucks. Ordered 2 orders of egg white bites. Normally they are packaged in a cardboard tray and delivered with utensils. Not today! The egg white bites were thrown in the bag, smushed together and no utensils. One order was barely cooked. Mot cheap food so I expect quality. UPSET!!!!! read more

This year sucks and everyone is trying their best. I want to give a big shout out and base this review on the kind and considerate workers of this Starbucks. They are almost always busy, no matter the time of day. Every time I visit them on a busy day they are extremely attentive to their customers and truly trying their best to ensure that everyone gets their order and can get on with their day. Today, a patron waiting for their drink got upset about how long it was taking and stormed off, letting out a few expletives towards the workers. This is unnecessary and highly rude. But the Starbucks staff didn't let it get to them and continued to go on about their work. I felt terrible for them to be treated that way when they are clearly very busy and trying their best. I hope this review is some help to say that there are people out there that realize how hard you all are working. Thank you. read more

This place must need a management overhaul because it's gone way downhill over the last year or so. Been coming here for many years and the service is very disappointing lately. Drinks are still fine and the people are nice but it's verrrrrrrrrrry slow. Also they don't do a very good job of keeping the place clean. Trash is usually overflowing. Tables not wiped off. Floor not swept. I'm sure this all goes hand in hand. Just seems like the staff is either unprepared or overwhelmed. read more

Always a good starbucks to go to if you're in the area. Plenty of seating inside if you need to do work or relax. Staff are always friendly and will make your drink however you want it with no problems. I visited twice over the weekend and both were good. They have the new style cups already which are nice. I got the pike place roast, my usual, and they have all the sugars and spices and creamers you would need. Also got a vanilla iced coffee for the refill. Drinks are good definitely and to spec. Nice service from staff. Friendly and welcoming. Place was just gross and dirty to customers. The floor was sticky everywhere. I would say the majority of the tables inside and outside were not cleaned like trash debris,crumbs and drink rings. Trash cans were overflowing. Bathrooms were just . Maybe I stopped in after the morning rush. Maybe they have staffing issues or maybe they are cutting back on labor. Who knows but this place needs help and attention. Doesn't seem like this place knows what it's doing. The drive thru took forever. Probably waited a half hour just to order and get a drink. The drink wasn't even that good anyways. I don't even like Starbucks. So I don't even know why I went here. Maybe that's the problem. Either way, I think this location should close. read more

They recently closed the in person aspect of their business, but they are still open for pickup and drive through. If you go for delivery in the mornings be prepared to wait on lane ave. With drive through traffic the lane to the back of the building gets obstructed. But if you are craving starbucks then these won't bother you. The proximity to work also makes this spot an easy place to get to for those caffeine emergencies. read more

I think my biggest pet peeve with this location is they never wipe down the tables. It's flu season and you have customers trickling in- the tables have crumbs, left over napkins, and all sorts of gunk. It would be nice to see the staff do a better job of just doing a wipe down on occasion. The drinks here are on point. I've never had anyone make the wrong drink and they are pretty timely. The space is perfect and is one of the bigger locations in the area- perfect for studying. read more

It's difficult to review just one Starbucks since I've consumed enough drip coffee to fill an Olympic-sized swimming pool. Yes, I'll admit I'm a Sbux junkie. That said, here are the line-up of beverages I wish were still offered: -blueberries & creme frappuccino: While it didn't look too pretty when it was sitting in the blender, the refreshing taste of the frap made it my drink of choice last summer. -blackberry green tea frappuccino: Again, odd colors blended together yet soothing. -light creme based frappuccino: Maybe it's a good thing that Sbux decided not to bring these suckas back or else I'd be dropping at least $4+/day on these blended drinks. The trade-off for healthy eating, I tell ya. And then the ones I can do without: -Vivanno: Seriously, I dunno whose idea it was to come out with these frozen blends, but Sbux should leave the protein-packed smoothies to other places, like Jamba Juice. -Banana-flavored anything: Mmmm the aftertastes of artificial flavoring. -Pike Place Blend: Bring back the regular ol' House Blend! I come here often. Today, I went through the drive-thru for coffee with cream. Today, they forgot the cream. This may seem minor but I would like to explain my rating. Overall, this Starbucks' location is a good place to work and parking is easy to find. I find the employees to be pleasant. However, I gave this rating because there have been times (including this one) where I order drinks (not just plain coffee) and I get the wrong order. Fortunately, this does not happen often but it happens often enough for me to give this rating. I enjoy coffee and go to plenty of other Starbucks locations and coffee shops. I am a little surprised that this Starbucks location is the only one where my order can sometimes not be correct. Perhaps, my tip for those who go through the drive-thru is to check your order before leaving. read more

I love this Starbucks location! When I do a mobile order, it's ready when I arrive 95% of the time, even during rush hours. I have had instances when the drink wasn't quite right, and the staff has been proactive in helping make it right by remaking the drink or giving me a gift card to use on my next trip. This is one of a few Starbucks I live near but it's the farthest out of the way. However, I usually make this my first choice Starbucks locally since I know the staff is always friendly (unlike the one on 5th Avenue in Grandview) and the lines are relatively quick. read more

I've been here 3 times. Twice just getting coffee in the store and once through the drive through. My first 2 experiences were just fine. The staff were fine. But the third time I wanted to redeem my Free Hazelnut Latte promo that I printed from online. They said that they only accepted the actual coupons and not anything printed or photocopied. This was a little annoying since my friend said she had gotten one for free just by telling them the promo code without any coupon at all. But I was ok with this and just paid for the drink anyways. So I get home and open the top only to see that there is NO FOAM, no hazelnut syrup on top, and it straight up tastes like a barely warm flavorless latte. SO DISAPPOINTED. I don't get espresso drinks much and usually stick with the brewed coffee so when I actually get something like a macchiato, I expect to get something that tastes like it's worth $3.50. This wasn't. Given all the other great review this might just be a fluke, but no way I'm getting anything other than plain ol coffee if I plan on going through this drive through again. The store is dirty, bathroom was a disaster, and the baristas were chatting while I stood at the register and had to flag someone down to get my cup of coffee. This place is freezing cold but the staff was friendly although the service was slow and it tasted bad. The coffee was stale and they didn't make my drink correctly. I had to leave after 10 minutes because I couldn't stand the frosty cold atmosphere it made my experience unenjoyable and I wasn't able to complete the work I came there to finish. read more

I can't say enough good things about this location. Every time I come here I get great service. The workers are awesome they are supper nice and willing to answer any question. No matter how busy they are the service is speedy and orders are correct. The physical location is perfect for anyone commuting to osu. Their interior is great for anyone wanting a peaceful moment.
