I ordered my usual lavender matcha, a pink drink, a dragon fruit lemonade and a vanilla frappe. when I received my order at the window. I accidentally ordered a vanilla bean Hot. I asked them if they can change it to a frappe. The team at this Starbucks deserves serious credit, especially Andrea. On a busy Thanksgiving, a group of loud, trashy, and incredibly rude customers were causing a scene with both the staff and everyone trying to peacefully enjoy their drinks. Andrea handled them with a level of patience and professionalism that most people wouldn't be able to summon on a regular Tuesday, let alone a holiday. She stayed calm, poised, and respectful when she had every right to snap back, and she kept the store environment as steady and welcoming as possible under really stressful circumstances. Watching how she and the rest of the team managed that situation made it very clear how hard they work and how little appreciation they often get. Huge thank you to Andrea and the entire staff for showing up, staying kind, and taking care of customers on Thanksgiving. Usually stop in morning and baristas greet customers and are pleasant. Went after 4pm walked in and no greeting. Ok, they're busy? (Not really, one couple already seated with their drinks and there were only 2 cars in the drive through. So, Went up for my mobile order and said hi, I have a mobile order for B. No answer, no acknowledgement. Maybe he didn't hear me. Took a seat and watched. Saw my name on two stickers that were peeled and put on cups. Cool, we're only a minute past the later time when they were supposed to be ready. Watch 2 other dinks be made for drive through. Then the hot drink came up. Waited another 4 to 6 min for the cold drink. Left and on the way home hubby said something wasn't right with his drink. I tasted it and could tell they forgot to put the pumps of syrup in. I tasted mine and got a chunk of dry powder in my mouth. They were definitely not having a good day! Hope they have better days in the future, but I think I'll stick to mornings. read more

I accepted it and have been a Flat White fan ever since -- I even order a decaf flat white when I have a late evening craving. Always a friendly greeting with a smile (you can totally hear the smile from behind the mask) Consistent flavors! Recommendations: * It's a narrow parking lot, so if you're traveling west on the 62 and unless there only few cars at the drive-through, I recommend entering from the Cholla Avenue entrance . Truthfully I dread leaving this review, as the staff is kind and friendly. Here's three suggestions for ownership and management to change the ratings of this promising store. 1. The lines are unbelievably slow moving. In the pandemic era I understand many cars being in a line, what I cannot comprehend is how it takes 23 minutes to order and get my drink in total. Please be cautious if you are coming here in a hurry, plan for a 30 minute experience. It is a lack of leader ship on every level to not have staff trained and equipped to move faster. Fix it. 2. The attention to detail as seen in the reviews below is not fantastic. It is also very inconsistent, as the morning crew 6 AM to 9 AM is typically much faster and more accurate with orders. If someone asks for no ice in a cup of water, don't put ice in the water. If they ask for no whip cream, stop putting whip cream in my drink, if asking for grande stop changing it to Venti 3. The young men speaking over the drive-through intercom need to stop referring to every person as a plural pronoun "guys" 'Hey "guys" how ya doing' is insensitive to people traveling alone... disrespectful to those that are not men, and mostly annoying when you could easily say something else to introduce yourself to a customer. Management- I want to love this store... Change these things- and I will. read more
