So far, so good. I've only visited this location twice but each visit has gone off without a hitch. I tend to be a creature of habit even when it comes to which Starbucks stores I patronize, but my two favorite spots have been missing the mark the last couple of weeks so I decide to give this one a go. I pulled right into the drive thru during lunch hour rush and there was zero wait and the staff was pleasant. My entire visit from ordering to leaving probably lasted 5 minutes. The restrooms are clean modern that present a roomy hallway sink / dry just outside of each facility. The coffee and offerings here match their reputation! Great! The coffe was good but the service I received was appalling. I made a mobile order about 5 minutes before arriving. The man making my drink rolled his eyes and sighed before approaching the window. He rudely shouted my name confirming it was me and then told me in a rude tone "if your going to place a mobile order in the future don't come until 15 minutes after you order so it's ready" and shoved my drinks out the window. Mind you my app said my drinks were gonna be ready in 5-7 minutes so that was why I went ahead and went through the drive through. This is the worst Starbucks in town. Ever since they opened. Tonight was the last straw and now I'm Yelping. We had to go in the drive thru because the "dining area " was closed. We ordered a beagle and cream cheese then switch it to a cake pop because again they had no cream cheese then I ordered a grande black coffee and they told me they were out of coffee because they close in15 min and it was only 7:00 pm and the closing time seemed to change with the weather. Having visited 4 times with friend (1 hr plus each time) each experience has had its observed issues. examples - we ordered 2 tall coffees and waited 12 minutes while the baristas made "drive through orders" and the person who took our order simply stayed by register "doing nothing" - general cleanliness is ignored, potentially wonderful in-store seating area ... - on 4/19 ALL tables were in need of a "wipe down" (including an area with empty bags/cups, etc) the store wasn't busy, 4 staff never addressing the "mess." We asked to speak to the shift manager . After pointing out our concern/desire for attention to the environment, she politely said "I'm sorry for your experience. We clean up at shift change". (???!!!) When we left 20 minutes later NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE!!! Although the neighborhood location is convenient, we will continue to travel the extra mile to Peet's. read more

My son and I just went in today 6/2 around 4:15. I have been to plenty of Starbucks, even worked at one in college, and I can say this location hands down is one of the most memorable for me. The three employees, one girl and two guys, were some of the nicest food service workers I've ever met. The cashier was incredibly sweet, and the two guys behind the bar area were super friendly. The one who made my drink explained that he was out of a topping which was no big deal for us, but he apologized nonetheless. Apologized again when we grabbed the drinks. Both he and the other guy made sure to tell us to have a great day but the entire interaction was super positive. Definitely my new favorite store. read more

We're no strangers to Starbucks and with one around every corner we've been able to figure out which ones are our favorites. This Starbucks is right on miracle mile and is tucked into a little neighborhood right on Pacific. The parking lot is really small and cramped but there is always street parking. The baristas are friendly but I don't think we've been into this location enough to build a relationship with them. They're usually busy so have your order ready when you get to the register or you may feel rushed. This definitely is a small location but a great stop for your caffein fix. read more

We had tons of stuff to do, so I asked her if she wanted to come here. Lucky for is there was parking. When we walked in it wasn't too packed. It's kinda small inside probably 20 patrons standing would fill this joint up. We looked around a bit and just decided to get drinks. There are some food options. But at the time another place was on our minds for food. We proceeded to the front counter. Put in our orders for a small mocha coffee and a ice tea for yours truly. There's a few tables for customers to sit down on, while inside. We picked a table by the window and just started talking. Within a few minutes our drinks were ready and we talked some more. My eldest Princess and I, had a beautiful time. Talking about Life and how everything happens for a reason. That moment with her on that day. Will always be a special day in my heart. The Little Princess We were watching Anime my Baby girl and I. I asked her you want Starbucks? She replied "Sure" with a smile. We arrived and I noticed that the parking lot was a bit empty. So, I was like "Heck yeah" It's was during the promotion happy hour. Half off on the drinks. We walked up to the counter and ordered. The little Princess ordered this Rasberry frappe and I picked out the S'mores frappe both Large. We picked a table to sit and we just talked about food, candy and Anime. Mainly just figuring out where to take her for din din. I heard my name being called and grabbed our drinks. It was starting to get busy, like the last call for alcohol rush. Last night was my first visit to this location since they relocated from down the street. I used the drive thru. There were two other cars in front of me. It took over 20 minutes to get my order. Apparently there were several ingredients for drinks that were not available. I wish they would have a sign at the menu that said what was not available. I'd like to think this location is separate from all the other corporate Starbucks locations, even though it's not. It's the oldest Starbucks location in Stockton, but the chic-est, freshest, most down to earth. I used to live near the neighborhood for a time so I used to ride my bike with all my skater friends. And yes. I introduced them to their first frappuccino. I've moved on to bigger and blacker cups of gawfee, though I like to come here still to sport the latest cologne or newest spiffy thread combo...they understand at this location. Plus, it's the Miracle Mile people. It's like the Haight & Ashbury of Stockton. They got some old schooler baristas that make appearances once and a while. Nonetheless, when I ask for samples, they gimme a whole drink. When I ask for a sample, as a regular, I get a whole frikkin cupcake...in all it's $3.50 sugary, pre-packaged-unpackaged glory. And this was the first location I started drawing the chalk menus for...which I was handsomely rewarded with a pound of gawfee a week. wait, the second. This locations got the best P.R. (public relations)...and if you drop your first ice cream cone, they come and swoop in before your world crumbles in little pieces, with a brand new cup... Out of all the Stockton Starbucks I like this one the best! However, it still only gets 3 stars. They have four baby tables and one big kid table that you have to share with others. You get the usual annoying customers that discuss their business plans too loudly and the students who order one drink and hoard a table for hours - more of the latter though cause this is so close to UOP. I was also one of the latter for a while and I surmise that is why the baristas were never friendly or welcoming (to me). That's okay, whatever, I'm not hurt... :( + Quick service after you get past the long line + Close to everything + Great lighting for studying - Parking is irritating, especially during rush hours - Some of the crowd, man. One homeless looking man sat at the table across from me and kept leaning down to do something. It wasn't until I suspiciously peered over my laptop one time when he was leaning down doing his something that I realized he was trying to see up (across?) my dress. Another time, another homeless looking dude came into the store, grabbed a newspaper, headed for the bathroom and left quite a while later through a different door. This Starbucks is larger than the one near Miracle Mile, which means more indoor seating! I won't write too much about the service and drinks, since they are pretty much the same at every Starbucks I've visited. This location does not have very many outlets. They have one big table near the entrance that has a few outlets and one more near one of the round table towards the other side of the room. The rest of the tables do not have outlets near them, which can be a problem if you need to use your laptop. Sitting at the big table is fine if it's the summer, but as it is getting chillier now, it's a bit annoying to have a constant cold breeze every time someone opens the door. read more

This is "MY" Starbucks, and I love it! Love the location, the staff, and the familiar local faces who are there every day. The baristas are super - really great. It has good outdoor seating and I've been known to grab dinner from Gourmet Burrito next door and an iced tea from Starbucks and eat outside on the patio that the businesses share. It's a great neighborhood place to hang out. The only thing that I have noticed recently...and happened again last night....was that there were a TON of smokers outside. Gross....smoking at the (NON-SMOKING) tables on either side of the doors, which means you have to walk through a cloud of disgusting pungent smoke to get in (or out). Hope they take care of this......have never had this problem at any other Starbucks, and I prefer to stay at this one! read more

I was looking for a cold brew tumbler and was able to find 2 at this location. So I bought them through the Starbucks app for pick up. I had never tried to buy one before so I didn't know that they are such a coveted item and very rarely stay on the shelf after release... But I was able to find them and so I drove 30 minutes to pick them up. When I got there, they were out and were unable to fulfill my order. I was using my Starbucks rewards to buy 2 because they were expiring soon. And the only other place I was able to find them was target and apparently you can only use your rewards there for coffee not merchandise.The staff was so apologetic and really went out of there way to make it right. In the end I received amazing customer service and ended up with the 2 tumblers I wanted from another location. So all was great I the end! THEY'RE ALL FANTASTIC! read more

When there is a remodel- I probably should change the review. They made the spacing a bit bigger than when I recalled where there used to just be a huge communal table. I think they got the hint that they wanted their own chairs, but it still has a low seating capacity. Parking can be great, I like the hours and the baristas here are pretty creative with drinks. I've gotten a few customized goodies when they ran out of stuff and it's always been a hit. Of course the staff is very friendly as well. (I still owe them for giving me a free latte... Welcome to a truly neighborhood Starbucks! Tuxedo Park Starbucks has a nice ring to it. Miracle Mile Starbucks would be a bit too obvious. For an updated P.C. version of The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly, I'll start with the good: The Fair and Decent - The wait time here is never too long. Service is fast, accurate and friendly. They communicate well calling out drinks. The way you know the service is good is when there is nothing to comment on (usually bad). I've never really had a complaint from this place. The vanilla creme drink has a bit too much cream and it's like trying to suck down a cloud at the bottom, but that's true at all Starbucks. The Negative - The space here is very limited. You feel like your in a Fish Bowl. The dining table space is very tight quarters and the power outlets look like an electrical hazard. They are remodeling this place so I can't wait to see the upgrades. The Aesthetically Challenged - The parking here is a nightmare and the outdoor seating is also terrible. You can park on the street, which is probably your best option, but if it's really busy you might have to walk a block from your car. Also, the faux patio area is nothing more than a few round tables, one umbrella I think, and a dumpster not far from the patio. They need to close off this area, put in some ornamental plants, and upgrade the furniture. Overall, this is my neighborhood Starbucks and I 'm a little protective of this one in particular. This place has more local color than any other Starbucks in town and I like that about this place. read more

This is the worst Starbucks in Stockton, period. The drive thru line takes longer than any other store and often the store is closed due to being understaffed. If you decide to go inside for your drink (which I wouldn't recommend) ...the trashes are overfilled, the counters are covered in liquid and food, and the pick-up counter is so disorganized that you can't tell which drinks are mobile orders and which are in store orders. Don't bother trying to talk to the store manager or shift leads because they are all running around like chicken's with their heads cut off. I would recommend trying a different store or different coffee shop all together. read more
