The staff were super nice. Great service. However, I was a bit offended that there wasn't a clearly marked Men's room or Women's room. This is a bit appalling as that is the healthy, traditional practice to maximize safety. Each bathroom was a one-person bathroom, which was the best way to go given the gender confusion here. As a parent, I would love to see Starbucks reverse their ill-guided policy. Until then, parents need to watch the door for their kids to make sure they stay safe. I hope this helps people make wise choices in the future. read more

Got here on Saturday, 9/11 at 9:34AM. It is not 10:36AM and I am STILL IN THE DRIVE-THROUGH waiting for my order....whatever I was able to order considering they were out of all of the breakfast sandwiches except for the bacon and Gouda, which they always undercook. This store SUCKS! Worst Starbucks experience of my life. UPDATE: JUST got to the window at 10:41AM, and Hannah was able to make it all better somehow, just with her positive attitude! Long drive thrus but pretty quick and efficient service. All workers are nice, seem happy, and are willing to make any crazy modifications to an order. I enjoy my weekly venti coffee and breakfast sandwich from here! No complaints and will be back to this location. read more

This Starbucks is located right across the street from Bass Pro Shop. The staff is friendly. I like the setup of this store. Many places to sit. Parking lot is a little small. The drinks are always right. Little slow but what location isn't. They are always busy! read more

I just joined the Starbucks rewards club (finally) but only because Daniel (the kindest barista) helped me navigate how to set it all up! He was so kind and knowledgeable about how the rewards program works at Starbucks. He clearly loves his job, people, and helping share how the customer can get the best experience out of their coffee break. I have probably had a hundred caramel macchiatos from Starbucks. I imagine there is a simple recipe to make them. They all seem to taste the same. I have had a couple that weren't as good as the rest, but today I got one there that was absolutely awful. I don't even know how that happens. Maybe employees aren't trained or ingredients are bad, but this is gross. I went out of my way to get there and fought the traffic to get in and out and by time I tasted it I couldn't go back unfortunately. I shouldn't have had to anyway. $5.55 and I tipped. I hope you enjoyed that money because I won't be spending any more in your store and I hope others will avoid that mess too! read more

The staff here is still just as friendly as ever. Just as an update, they have a new Mastrena espresso machine. Also, they don't set these out, but they have the coffee grounds you can use as fertilizer for your garden as well; all you have to do is ask them for them. They have also switched over to AT&T wifi. Also, if you have a Starbucks reward card, the wifi is free for 2 hours. read more

Slow. Very slow. Inside drinks get last priority. People working there seem bored and miserable. The parking lot is too small and drive thru blocks exit. Other starbucks close by that are better. Recent visit, went inside to order two drinks, no line, and waited 20 minutes for drinks in total. One person ordered after us. He got one drink first. Then I got our first drink. Then he finally saw his second drink sitting on a back counter and asked if it was his so they handed it to him. Then ten minutes later we got our second drink which also mysteriously appeared on a back counter. read more

This Starbucks is in a spot halfway between my own home and the home of a very close friend. So we meet here fairly often to sip coffee. The staff are nice and friendly. The drinks are great. The parking lot in back needs repaved. I wish the entire dining room had the cushy soft brown chairs... Extra bonus: You can enter off of Sunshine, or you can enter through the driveway behind the Starbucks. read more

Honey R. likely got bad service because she was acting like a jerk. Or possibly because someone actually made a small mistake and she's only been to the place one time. Thankfully, none of us will ever have to meet her to find out what really happened. Anyway, this location is on my way to and from work. Just and FYI....this place is not closed on Sunday. If you search Starbucks in the Springfield area this store shows up as closed on Sunday on google and yelp. Don't believe the comments that say this place is dirty. I went there everyday for over a week because I was as at Mecy Hospital and the place was never dirty enough to give less than three stars. read more

Rarely brew anything other than Pike Place which is a pretty boring blend. The drive thru is pretty slow most days. The staff is awesome!

I go to Starbucks locations in Springfield MO on a daily basis. I get the same drink each time and know exactly what to expect. Every time I end up at this location the service is rude and they get the drink wrong. What makes this extra frustrating is they act like you are the one at fault. The Starbucks motto is literally your drink as you like it. I won't be going there again. Lesson learned. Save yourself the lesson and learn from my experience. read more

Typical Starbucks, can't really fault them on quality or anything like that. Great location, extremely cramped parking. Other reviewers are correct, the drive thru is incredibly slow. The baristas, with the exception of one or two, are also extremely rude. My drink was made incorrectly and I was very polite in explaining that it wasn't what I asked for and I needed a new drink. The girl was rude, poured out my cup and washed it in the sink (which I've never seen happen and am pretty sure is a violation of health code), then refilled it with less than should have been in the cup and served it to me with no lid or straw. I had to ask for a lid and find my own straw. This is not the first time I've experienced someone so rude there and it will be quite some time before I set foot in there again. read more

The barista was unapprochable, ill-mannered and rudely asked "so are you wanting us to make you a new one?" after I politley told her I ordered a venti instead of a grande. out of the last 100 days, this location has only been open until their regular closing hour for MAYBE 14 days total. they never put any notice the day before, so i drive all the way to the location to find out it is closed. they really should put a daily month calendar with the actual hours listed on each day because this is ridiculous. i understand that covid has screwed things up, but there is zero communication from the business to the customers about when their actual operating hours are. i can't tell you how many minutes and gallons of gas i've wasted driving to this location just to find out it's closed. figure it out people. read more

place is a pig sty. every time we come here (this will be the last) it's in disarray. crap piled in counters so your order is handed over dirty whipped cream dispensers and tubs. condiment counter is a mess. no half and half. trash bins inside and out are overflowing. and to top it all off, they dont have any coffee ready.
