Very below average location. Employees don't even acknowledge your presence when you come in and up to the order counter. Eventually they trod over and just stand there looking at you. No greeting, just stand there looking stupid. Condiments area is never stocked and you end up having to ask for any and everything you need. Sugar, creamer, napkins, etc. Sad excuse for a Starbucks. read more

This Starbucks is falsely rated it should have 5 stars! This is the Starbucks that I always trust to get my drinks made quickly and correctly. I was greeted when I walked in, asked how I could be helped. Lo and behold, someone took my mobile order of four drinks as well as another customers!! The barista named Bella made sure to communicate with me and the other customer, and was very apologetic! She was handling us with kindness and clear experience while balancing making drinks while also seeming to lead the floor of staff-I was very impressed by her. The energy in the room was not diminished by the hold up, everyone behind the counter was moving quickly, and the place was clean! Always a good experience even when there's a hiccup! This is NOT a clean location. We stopped to buy a Been There coffee mug and lunch. As soon as you open the door, trash was obvious and the bathrooms had mold around the sinks as if they had not been clean in a long while. Wr ate somewhere else. read more

I stopped at this Starbucks on my way back to Texas. We ordered 7 bacon sandwiches.The eggs inside of them were a little cold. The service was good they got all of my family's food out really fast. The atmosphere of the place was good. Everybody looked like they liked what they were doing and not having a bad mood about it. I've never had an order done incorrectly at this location, but the time it takes to get orders is ridiculously long. Do not expect a quick trip here, especially through the drive-thru. This is by far the slowest Starbucks location I have ever visited. I don't understand why locations in much busier cities (e.g. Denver, CO) can make more sales and have orders out MUCH faster. read more

It was extremely busy when I came here. The drive-through was wrapped around the building so I went inside. The customer service was amazing. The baristas were very quick with fulfilling everyone's orders. I waited only 10 minutes for two drinks; which was very fast considering how busy this location was. read more

The new Crystal Ball Frappuccino is pretty delicious. It's actually a very refreshing drink. Starbucks views it as a magically peach Street for anyone that loves frappe at Chino's, I think it's a pretty refreshing drink for a nice warm day. The following Starbucks is in need of serious help: 30350 AL-181 A, Spanish Fort, AL 36527 Never has consistent hours. Some days they open hours late, some days they close hours early and MANY days you pull up and there is a sign stating "temporary closed". Not sure if this is serious management problems or what, but after being a 5 day a week loyal customer, I am done with this location. High turnover, drinks are NEVER consistent and made a different way each time. When they are open they are VERY busy and its a great location, however, you never now when or if they are even open. They need a serious overhaul of management. High turnover and no one makes the drink the same way. DONE with them! Will drive to the next city to get my coffee for me and my co-workers everyday. It's just not worth it anymore. Corporate really needs to look into what the heck is going on there. Overhaul of management is seriously needed. read more

I am not sure why this place got bad reviews. We came in here because I needed a pit stop from our 7 hour drive. The entire place was clean from the restroom to the outside of the coffee shop. In addition, the staff was very friendly and got our drinks taken care of without any issues. read more

Not the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had but definitely not the best. Had a pretty simple order - 2 brewed coffees, an oatmeal and a breakfast sandwich. Staff was very nice but our order was rung up incorrectly which is also understandable because 1. It's loud with milk steaming and machines grinding beans and 2. COVID and mask wearing makes hearing words harder. Asked for milk in our brewed coffees and we did get that but the milk was steamed? Which was fine but not what we ordered or wanted. The oatmeal was about as pasty as glue and made me regret trying to eat semi-healthy. Otherwise, the store was super clean and the baristas were friendly. read more

I'm mixed on giving stars for this review. I feel if I go inside there is always a line super deep. Yea for being busy boo for being not able to keep up. I mainly stop here as a coffee pit stop and use the bathroom which is always clean. Its nice to see you can sit up at the bar but even if you sit there I feel there is to many people reaching around your for their drinks. This time I went through the drive thru. I noticed that it was pretty slim and wasn't backed up. As far as I could see when I pulled up to the give my order there was one car in front of me. I think the timing is off in drive thru also. There was def a pause before greeting a person, getting payment, and sending the drink out. Yea its cold and windy and you seem like your super sweet but you know we are here for the fix and if we have to wait a few more minutes than you should be able to chit chat to make the wait less. I was really surprised that my drink, Grande Carmel Brulee, was on point and so creamy. Wish my drinks were always like that at other locations. read more

I don't understand why this location has such low reviews, it does a great job with orders. The staff at the window are always so nice and have to deal with so many people all throughout the day. I get a coffee every morning and they always have it ready when I get there. The only issue I have ever run into is the line at the drive thru but that just shows how great they are doing! read more

This location is super slow. Significantly slower than other locations. The parking situation is difficult also. It's all one way counterclockwise around the building. Parking is very limited. I wound up just parking at the mall across the street. On a positive note, they have a nice seating area outside. Questions I ask when reviewing a Starbucks: 1: Do the make the selected drink properly? Yes 2: Do they work in a timely, efficient manner? No 3: Do the provide anything above the average? This location used to be awesome. Now they seem super slow, my drinks always seem watered down and just made plain wrong. They will fix it, but it gets fixed to only a slightly better oddly made frap. Other Starbucks are always good and taste right. But the foods are still good and the atmosphere is good. read more

Disappointed is all I can say. Ordered a chai tea latte with no water, it tasted like it was half water. I usually suck it up and drink it even when it's not like I want it because I hate waste, but this was so bad we asked them to remake it. Had to pull around (we had gone throguh the drive-thru) and go inside to do so. The second one was only slightly better than the first- so disappointing! This is the slowest drive thru ever. I used to be nearly a daily customer at this Starbucks location, but the staff turned over, and the new folks are slow - and prone to mistakes without apologies. At one point it was clear that they realized they had problems, because I was given several drinks for free due to a long drive thru wait (over 10m). That accountability is now gone, but the waits are still rolling along. Word is that a Dunkin Donuts is moving in next door. Hopefully some competition will force this place to improve. I'll be happy to have another coffee option, that's for sure. read more

My husband and I stopped in here one Saturday for an afternoon pick-me-up while out shopping. The location is in front of the Spanish Fort outlet mall, facing the highway. Hard to miss. The employees were nice enough. Can't comment too much on the coffee, as we both just got iced coffees, and it's kind of hard to mess those up. They were as expected. There weren't a whole lot of lounging areas, just a few round hard tables and a long booth against the wall, where the laptop folks were camping out. The reason I am even bothering to review this place- is the ambiance. This is not a relaxing starbucks. First, there is something about the door to the outside that makes it slam whenever anyone goes in or out. Surely this could be an easy fix? Also, we were there maybe 45 minutes, and there was an incessant loud beeping coming from behind the counter that WOULD NOT STOP. It was about to drive me batty. Therefore, I'm sure this place would be fine to suit your coffee needs if you utilize the drive-through or get it to go inside. Otherwise, this is not a place to relax and enjoy your coffee and paper. read more

This Starbucks had the most disgusting restrooms of any Starbucks I have ever been to anywhere in the country!!! Pulled off I-10 heading west, a busy location, maybe too busy to clean the restrooms? I visited the men's room first while my wife & daughter placed an order. A strong smell of urine greeted me, liquid all over the room, just plain dirty, and no hand towels, only a blow dryer. I got outta there as fast as I could. I asked for the manager, who was unavailable while meeting with a new hire. The counter person I spoke with seemed concerned about the restroom, but apparently the staff of 5 was overwhelmed. I warned my wife about the condition of men's room, but she elected to wait to use the ladies room anyway. Meanwhile, I picked up her drink, caramel macchiato, in which the barista apparently forgot the coffee!!! As my wife made the SHORT walk to the ladies room, a woman rushed past her and entered the restroom before her, hence the LONG wait. Apparently, the woman made "full use" of the bathroom, including apparently peeing on the seat (how does that happen in a ladies room?), and totally stunk up the joint. My wife reported no soap in the ladies room, so we wondered how "Poopie Paws," (our new name for the woman who rushed ahead to the restroom) had cleaned her hands. The condition of the ladies room was also reported. When my wife returned from visiting the rest room, she had her drink remade. When the barista set out the drink, old Poopie Paws reached for it!!! Ew, dirty hands on the drink. Then Poopie Paws did the same thing when my daughter's drink was set out. We all got the heck out of that place! read more

I usually am not a decaf drinker however I needed a regular decaf coffee today and they had NONE. It's a little confusing that a coffee franchise store esp the size of Starbucks has no decaf coffee at all (brewed or pour over) in the store. Considering you are one of the largest coffee brewing companies in the US, you can do better Starbucks. read more
