If you own this place - SELL IT IMMEDIATELY!!! The employees are in the nice terms incompetent! To elaborate on Sunday, November 19, 2023. Possibly 6 on-duty with the average age around 19?? 20??? Couple in front of us order - register person can't figure out how to count simple change. Customer has to figure it out for them. Then moving super slow the employee eventually gets them fewer than a dozen donuts in around 7 minutes - and does nothing else in the mean time - not like they were multitasking... Our turn... We wait another five minutes for same employee to figure out we needed to order and she was somehow part of that process. Repeated the order three times . Large Ice Green Tea, unsweetened, two maple frosted, two double chocolate, and a egg wrap... Donuts came out wrong - about 5 minutes after the cooked item and they were wrong in the double chocolate- and had zero idea they had double chocolate in a bin with a big sign that said double chocolate! Terrible experience and unfortunately consistent for this particular location - in a simple word this place is a train wreck!!! read more

Poor coffee. Stopped in to get two iced lattes. Almost $15 for two mediums. Coffee is very bitter. Added extra espresso shot, if you don't you get iced milk. They must be making a killing selling iced milk drinks with 2% coffee. Over charged for a very bitter drink. $2.78 for the extra shot to try and make latte drinkable. Go somewhere else. This is an ongoing problem with the complete chain. Weak hot lattes that taste like just hot milk. Iced lattes filled to the brim with ice. Three sips from the medium and your left with a plastic cup still filled with ice. Go somewhere else. read more

Drive the extra mile and go to Starbucks. I ordered a large dark roast coffee with cream and received this (see photo). Cashier handed me the drink with coffee spilling over the sides and dripping onto the ground. I had to ASK for napkins before I could even bring the beverage into my car. I go to this dunkin' donuts daily, Some days they do a goodjob, but that is VERY rare. They always either forget my cream and sugar OR my Vanilla in my coffee. I have visited the other dunkins and they are always on top. It's not hard to follow a sticker on a cup. They also catch a big attitude when I ask for the extras to be put in. This DD was great. All the drinks were on point. Giving 4 stars because they did not have bagels.

The service was great and fast. Coffee was made perfect and the donuts were yummy. My only complaint would be the munchkin didn't have enough glaze, but was still good! I would definitely recommend and go back! read more

This Dunkin is very hit or miss...Some days are better than others! They are always out of something and very rude employees. If they are out of something they do not propose another option they just say "we don't have that" without providing another option this is especially bad with the mobile orders. Typical dunkin food and coffee. Just ridiculously slow service Ordered 2 basic cold brew coffees in the drive through and only 1 car in front of us. It took lie no or exaggeration 15 min to get our coffees. There was only 1 person inside getting there order as well. This store no longer does military discounts. They also seemed offended at military people. They were kind of rude and the doughnuts at 1pm seemed like they were made hours ago. They were ok, just not fresh. I think I'll either goto the one across town where they seem happy towards all customers or somewhere else. Fell sad as this place was great when it opened and now they seem annoyed at having customers or perhaps it's just that they knew I was a veteran and that being as to why. If i could give 0 stars, i would. very rude and unprofessional. we waited for 5 mins in the drive thru and no one had even talked to us. i said "hello?" just incase the drive thru was closed, and the girl said "one sec" in a very rude tone. 3 min wait again and she finally took our order. every time i said something she said "is that it?," like give me a sec, i'm trying to give you time to write it down. we get to the window - all three people were rude all except the guy who handed us our food, and we weren't even told the total. the girl just held out her hand for the card. i told the girl we had a coupon for a food item and she just stared at me like i'm dumb. she scanned the app but didn't even say "okay." every girl just handed us our drinks like we were the inconvenience, no "hello", no "here you go," no "one sec while we get the drinks." when my fiancé got his hot coffee, it was dripping all down the sides and they gave us no napkins. my drink took another 4 mins - no communication either. i get everywhere is understaffed. i work in a same situation, but you guys work in a food & customer service so you need to do better. thank God they don't work based on tips. read more

I've stopped at this dunkin multiple times before going to work and it usually isn't that bad. I've stopped two days in a row now with my sister and both days our orders were wrong! I order a hazelnut iced coffee with cream and sugar, and she orders a mocha iced coffee with cream and sugar. It is usually so so sweet (how we like it) but it was so bitter and sour tasting that we asked for extra cream and sugar but the cream even tasted nasty (maybe out of date?).
