I have never left a negative review but this is THE WORST STARBUCKS. This Starbucks is by far the worst coffee shop I have ever been to. First off, the parking lot/drive thru situation is a disaster, so much so that they have had to block one of the entrances off. I try to avoid this location at all costs, but I gave it another chance today, but when I ordered, they told me they were out of the croissant I wanted, then proceeded to get snippy and angry when I inquired on the availability of other food products. They then stated that they were out of all of the food items except for THREE things. I got my coffee and left only to discover it is the absolute worst coffee I have ever had. In fact, I think they just gave me iced milk. I am never going back to this location, and I advise others to do the same. read more

Consistently good. Friendly staff. One of my favorite "remote offices" This is one of my favorite Starbucks in Mobile. The staff actually remembers me by name. Not a large Starbucks. The only negative is that they don't have any of those big comfy chairs. Also- be aware that parking is often sparse and entering and exiting the parking lot can be a challenge. read more

First off, Tori is a fantastic manager, that has to be said. However, I feel that this particular Starbucks location is pretty average, overall. Depending which rotation is working makes the difference between an enjoyable experience and one where you're thankful to grab your beverage to go. I feel like the majority of the time, orders are a little slower coming out than normal, and it's often over-crowded, even after a renovation. Kayla at the register was super nice and took the time to tell us what they were able to make and everyone else in the store was friendly too. I just got my order from here on my way to work...and I'm not very happy. I ordered the exact drink/food order as I did last week, which was perfect! This week, I got the same thing (blueberry scone, iced caramel macchiato with cinnamon and almond milk). I left the store thinking my drink looked weird, but needed to get on to work. I tasted it and it didn't taste bad, just very wrong. There was no espresso in it! Which basically means I paid $8 for food and coffee, and there was no coffee in my drink! I'm sure it was some fluke, but I'm definitely not happy. read more

The staff here are friendly, my complaint with this location is the location on the corner you can only get to it from 1 direction on each road and parking is a bear. 1 tip if you check in on 4sq as well the starbucks chain is donating to project red a dollar up to 250,000 for the charity - way to go sbux! read more

This store has to be the most poorly run I've ever seen. I went inside once due to the long drive line. Employees were laying their heads on the counter! It was obvious they were on break but go away from operations. The other folks were in training and making up drinks as they went since their trainers were busy. I went back today 1/2/2018 or trained the drive thru is so out of control you can't even park . There were spaces but the people leaving are stuck in the drive thru traffics and new customers can't park since line isn't moving. The district manager better get ahold of things here . This Starbucks is literally a mile from my home. What could be more convenient, right? Wrong! The people at the drive thru rarely even glance your way long enough to scan your phone/card &/or hand you your drink. The drinks they make there are never as tasty as other locations, often tasting bitter or other times weak & watered down. Often my order is incorrect & has to be re-made. They never have offered to warm a bread or pastry I've purchased & seem aggravated when asked to do so. Once I even received my tomato mozzarella panini with it still frozen in the middle. Look, I WANT to like this location. It's close & convenient. But until things change, I'll continue to drive the extra mile to the friendly, consistent & yummy Airport & Downtowner location! read more

Some people are harsh... this start bucks became my new "go to" since I moved out this way. I'm literally next door. 30 second drive. Anyways, I'm up here just about everyday and my drinks are always correct. If I ever did have a mix up which was one time I got a bad batch of bantam bagels, they apologized, returned it and gave me a 4$ gift card for the inconvenience. Be careful! If you are in a hurry they tend to charge you more than you should be charged. I was just in there. I ordered "Tall", for the drinks I was getting for the group, which they actually gave me but charged me for the next size up. I only noticed the mistake a while later and they refused to change the charge. I did not check the bill carefully (my bad, but I had been a regular....and the word is "HAD BEEN" after this episode) and assumed that the increased amount was due to a rise in prices which had been announced. This is not only bad customer relations but they have lost a customer. So, for the public at large. Be careful. These guys are not the typical Starbucjks and are "upcharging" . I was very upset. I visit this store every Sunday morning. the past two Sunday mornings someone has put my coffee lid on wrong and it has made a mess in my car and on me. Highly disappointed in this store! I've been a gold card member for 7 years. Needless to say, I'm an avid fan of Starbucks. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru and I ordered my drink. We get down the road and I take a sip, and it's not the drink I ordered. So, we drove back and I walked inside and told the girls working in there about the mix up. To say they were all rude would be an understatement. I never got an apology about the wrong drink or an apology for the inconvenience of having to drive back to Starbucks. The new, correct drink was made for me and basically slung across the counter from a girl with a major attitude. I have never had such an unpleasant experience at a Starbucks store! Coffee's always good, but the service is a hit or miss. I was very friendly to the baristas this morning but was looked at like I was crazy. I have worked in the service industry for years and know that customers can be super rude, so I am empathetic to a degree. But at the end of the day a position such as this is an acting job. If you're not happy to be at work, the customer should be the last person to know. All this being said, I have had more positive experiences at this store than negative. read more

This morning when I arrived at work I had to call Starbucks AGAIN because the coffee I received was gross. I am not sure if my Blonde Roast was sour or burnt or something else because I have never had this taste before. I am a regular coffee drinker for years. I order a tall Blonde roast through the driveway at least 3-4 times a week. Also, I would say that out of every 3-4 visits, only a half of the time is my order my order, or is my order fixed the way I asked. I have received hot chocolate, white mochas, and I don't even recall. I don't work far, but with the traffic in Mobile, I can't just go back and get another one. So, guess who's McGrumpy pants at least 2 mornings every week because I have no coffee! This girl! read more
