Absolutely the best meal I have had at McDonald's in my years of life. The burger not overcooked not flat it was, plump and fresh like I have never seen at a McDonald's before, Although the french fries could've been fresh out of the grease, they were still hot and good and not very salted, but that's OK. Very friendly staff and consistent. I didn't like the design inside, I felt closed in, it was strange. I will never visit a different McDonald's and I live in Daphne. In fact, I never thought that I would be doing a review about McDonald's, but it was just too good to pass up. read more

Never in my 67 years of like have i experienced such disgust and disappointment from ny fast food restaurant. I simple wanyed a delish burger but I cant even have that. How could hair elastc end up in a burger?? Clearly people aren't using proper sanitary enforcements. As a hair net should be worn. The only way somyhing as putrid as this could happen if someone weren't wearing a hair net. I will never return to this Mcdonald's. I will be calling a health inspector. Better get ready! read more

Food is terrible!!! We were first in line at drive through and the service took 8 minutes!!! When we finally did get our order my husband reached for the coffee and the lid was not properly put on. Therefore, the coffee spilled all over my husband's arms. The lady was not very apologetic. Just very hurried. I do not recommend this place at all. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Twice in a row, we ordered twelve double cheeseburgers with ONLY ketchup, mustard, and cheese. The burgers we got were caked with onion between the patties where it couldn't be obviously noticed. This most recent time, it was my mother who paid for the order, and she is ALLERGIC TO ONIONS. We don't order things without them for the fun of it! My mother called the restaurant to ask for a refund, and the manager she spoke to offered only to remake the burgers IF we brought the onion topped ones back in the middle of a thunderstorm with a tornado watch. He claimed that he was standing outside at the time himself and that he didn't believe that it was going to rain for a while...and, as I said, we were under an active tornado watch. There was no effort to offer a refund or to at least send my mother some form of compensation for the food that she was unable to eat because the employees at this location cannot follow simple instructions. read more

I went to this McDonald's on Thursday June 23, 2022 around 11:45 a.m. I ordered a McDouble bundle and a apple pie. I noticed my apple pie wasn't in the bag so I turned around to go back and get it. Let me tell you about my experience then. The black guy I believe to be a manager accused me of lying and said he put the pie in the bag. He basically looked me in my face and called me a liar. I'm assuming y'all don't use the BLAST method? Will I definitely recommend it. It's believe, listen , apologize, satisfy, and thank. Have some grit and ownership and understand you made a mistake. This is the second time I had a order wrong at this location but I decided to give y'all another chance because I know people make mistakes but after today I will not be going back. Just went through the drive thru and while ordering the order taker was being very rude. I asked what kind of sauces they have currently, and instead of giving a list of the sauces, he just asked what sauce I wanted. Also was being very short with me and kept saying, "What else do you want?" I used to work at this location as a teenager, and it's kind of shocking that whoever is the current managers or supervisors would let their order taker talk with the customers like that, because I would have been fired if I had spoken that way. I will say that whoever was working the presentation window did go get the ranch I asked for to go with my Buffalo nuggets with no questions asked and was fast. I went this morning for coffee and a sausage biscuit between 530 and 6AM Sayurday, June 13, 2020. The young lady taking my money couldn't have been nicer. But the woman handing me my order practically threw it at me in one of those flimsy cardboard containers. Lucky for me (and McDonald's) the lid was tight and no coffee spilled on me. She did this on purpose, I believe. She slammed the window and gave me a death stare. I have a pretty good idea why with what's going on in the country now. (PLEASE SEE UPLOADED PHOTO)- This occurred on September 13, 2017 - 1st - The right hand side of the drive-thru line was the ONLY side at 7:22am moving. 2nd, At around 8:10am is when my order was taken and around 8:25 I was asked to "pull up" because they where "cooking" my food. At 8:30 I received my food. Because I work close by, at 8:33am I found that my bagel contained an extra piece of SOMETHING in it. I immediately became sick, I called to inform this McDonald's and was told "I will make it again for you just ask for me" - First off when I TOLD the person on the phone "I found paper like material stuffed in my sandwich, I was told "OH that's meat tray paper" - THIS is never EVER okay. Packaging contains materials that can migrate into foods. - The paper that was left on this sandwich still contained contamination and bacteria causing illness not only because it was "stuck" to the paper, but the PAPER absorbs bacteria no matter how much you microwave or fry it, the food will still contain bacterial contamination because the food was not evenly cooked through. Thus leading to an extremely horrible ending for me on the day this was consumed. Replacing the food with remade fresh food is not going to fix the damage that was caused or being extremely sick in the mean time. - Also just to be made aware - JIM BARNS does NOT own this location and will NOT help you. read more

Every single time i've been there in 3 years our food is never correct! Now anyone saying "check it before you leave." If i'm in a rush why would i check to make sure common sense is being used. Every time there is a problem. The manager over the establishment is a joke. After several different trips to this restaurant, I have put McDonald's on my worst food ever list. The service here is super slow, They try and force you to use the phone app, or the kiosk. Both even slower the then cashier. If you make the mistake of eating there. One of the employees harassed me and the other customers several times asking is everything OK. Every 5 minutes. She acted like she was high or drunk. Or both.! And the last time I was there. I found a long hair on my sausage sandwich. Obviously I won't eat at that place again. McDonald's used to be a great fast food place. I was a regular customer for years. But now the food is junk, And the employees are there so they can get there welfare and food stamps. If you're someone who likes waiting way too long only to have your order wrong...this place is for you. My fiancé and I live down the street, so this location is very convenient for us. However, 9 times out of 10 our order has been given to us wrong. My fiancé has had plastic in his food not once, but twice. And when we complained, they could have cared less. And do not use their mobile ordering. It never works right. They couldn't find our order twice. And when the manager was attempting to find our order just recently, she became very rude and frustrated with us. Only reason we have still visited this location is the convenience for us. I ordered two orders of hotcakes and a medium caramel iced coffee. After short changing me and proceeding to hold up the drive-thru for five minutes, they gave me over cooked, rubbery tasting hotcakes. My caramel iced coffee had 3x the amount of caramel flavoring. I immediately noticed the coffee looked off so I asked for extra creamer which didn't help. Too bad I didn't realize how badly my food was made until I got home. I then had to drive back to McDonald's and demand a refund. They tried offering me fresh food instead of the refund. I said I should get fresh food AND my refund because I had to waste gas because of THEIR mistake. They said it was one or the other. I took my money elsewhere. Disappointed. read more

This restaurant is falsely advertising the term "fast food." Unless you have a good half hour to wait I wouldn't recommend stopping here. The food itself isn't terrible compared to other McDonald's but they are so slow the food doesn't quite make up for the bad service. read more
