Omg I had such a bad morning and Lauren literally made my day . First of all I had to work this morning and everything was going badly for me. First I ordered new scrubs to wear and they didn't fit so that was already annoying. I Went to 7brew to get coffee and the customer service was so bad they were mean for no reason and my coffee was really not good. In order to try and flip the start of my day around I decided to go to Starbucks and asked just for a cup of cold foam to make my drink better. Lauren a literal angel when hearing about my 7brew experience offered to just remake the drink I wanted at 7brew but only charge for the cold foam. She made my day so much better and this is exactly how coffee shops should be treating their customers. Always a roll of the dice with this location. But they don't care because they are literally the only game In town.... Until target opened across the street. You never know if they are closed until you get there. Random lobby closures so there's a gamble on whether your mobile order will have to be remade due to the epic line in the drive through. I visited this location for the first time on Thursday and was delighted at how friendly the staff member taking orders was! She was friendly, upbeat and even remembered me when I had to go back and reorder because I forgot an item. I only frequent this place because we drive through Spanish Fork. It is always ridiculously dirty and unnecessarily full of trash. The staff are super nice and the people are lovely although there are many "creatures" with pierced noses, tattoos etc.. I can't believe that Starbucks would let this exist in their business model. The crew here are super nice! I was able to order and be out the door in about 90 seconds. There isn't a lot of merch so you will likely need to get your Utah nick knacks at the airport but I am quite pleased with this Starbucks and will likely revisit them when I return. I have never walked in a Starbucks before and just had the impression of dirtiness and lack of care. Little pieces of paper all over the floor, sugar packs opened and spilled on a table by the door. Broom with pile of debris just sitting near the counter. 2 full garage cans. The counter where drinks are prepared filled with water, milks spills, sticky drink marks, and some kind of toppings. In the positive side, the employees were cheery and nice. I would recommend that employees say "thank You" or "you too" ... rather than "You you Babe" to people over 35-ish. read more

I have never been inside but I have gone through the drive-thru many many times. The line is often long but it moves quickly and efficiently, and for that, I am grateful. What can I say about this place that everyone else doesn't know about? It's your typical Starbucks coffee shop. I guess what make each chain different is the staff working there. Ordering your drinks you can hear the baristas talking about their life. Ive never knew my baristas that well before, ESP about the awesome parties they've went to. I might have been here on an off day because me and my group of friends ordered our stuff separately and each giving our names. Our orders came out in groups of two and they would only call out like one of the names. I wouldn't even say they called it out...it was more slurring it. Their juicy gossip was louder than when they call people for their order. Also some of my friends didn't even get their food. We had to ask again for it. The drinks was at least made the same way as all the other Starbucks. Their seasonal drinks are always a good go to. If seasonal drinks aren't something that peak your liking you want or crave I do recommend their green tea latte. Green tea frap is delicious too if you don't want something cold. If you are craving a nice treat their pastries is delicious too. My favorite is their chocolate croissant. If you're hungry their hot low calories food is good. I'm leaving this review more for corporate than the employees at the store since they can't control being understaffed or being given product with missing items. But also the process in which mobile orders is done should be reviewed as well. Placed a mobile order for a bacon Gouda sandwich and a venti cold brew....the Gouda was ready when I got There but took over 20 minutes for my coffee which they forgot to add the cold crème inside and still needed to be remade after all that. Got home with the cold sandwich for my mom which she was fine reheating and it didn't have cheese or bacon on it and I didn't even think to check since it wasn't for me and these sandwiches are premade and frozen. So $5 sand which was just bun and egg and my coffee was rushed to be remade which I pay $1.25 extra for extra cold foam on top and that was lacking but I wasn't about to ask these overworked baristas to make it again as you could clearly see and hear they were stressed out. This location is also HORRIBLE, the drive thru line is so long other cars parked in the shopping center can't get out and it's better to just park your car far if you have to walk into the store. Needless to say this store is way to busy and a second locations should be opened near Main Street to help with the customer volume and the store itself is even too small have more baristas to help with the influx of orders and so you will always be waiting a long time for anything. I won't go to this location ever again and since I live in SF that's just sad for residence. read more

They only open when they feel like it. They're the closest Starbucks to where I live but it's a good 30 minute drive for me. I'm loyal to Starbucks but this location doesn't care if they inconvenience their customers. I kick myself when I forget to call to see if they're open before making the drive. Every time I arrive and their "Closed" sign is up, my blood boils. Gas isn't cheap and it's a waste of time to go and have to drive home empty handed. 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes to drive back home - a fricken HOUR - it's enough to make a difference in my day. I'm giving this two stars and I'm only being that generous for the baristas themselves. This store two months ago was amazing, the energy felt great, the drinks were amazing, and the service was great. The last few times I have gone over the last month it seems as if they are under new management, and not good management at that! That is the only explanation in my mind for all the dramatic changes. If you choose to drive thru, definitely pick this location as they also have their own Drive bar (meaning: they will be able to have a barista focus on drive they drinks alone). Beautiful location. I've never been a big fan of Starbucks, frankly. Their brewed coffee drinks are always too strong, and taste burnt. Until their new Blonde Roast, that is. It's milder, smoother, and much tastier to me than most others in their lineup. So, outfitted with a Starbucks gift card, I now make my way on the regular to this new, very handy, and tastefully appointed SF locale. It's right off I-15 when you take the Hwy 6/Price exit. Getting back on the freeway is very easy as well, making it conducive to a quick stop on your way to whatever it is you do. The drive-thru has been very slick for me on a few occasions. The window staff is helpful and knowledgeable about their products, and the line moves steadily. However, I also enjoy going inside here, which is primarily to facilitate my occasional desire for a simple brewed coffee rather than a concoction. I have a yet-diagnosed compulsion to add my own creamer. The counter staff is equally as helpful and always has a smile and suggestions for edibles to go along with the coffee. I pass on their food, because I've never been impressed with Starbucks' edibles. I've tried a few cakes, breads and cookies that look really pretty, but I just can't seem to like them -- especially for their price tag. I don't think this location serves the hot breaksfast items, so I haven't tried those. If you must have food with your coffee, drive just down the street to the grocery and get it there. It still won't be great, but at least you didn't spend $6.75 on it... 12/8/13 UPDATE: they DO have hot food items. They are neither worth the price, nor the wait. Don't bother. The $3 sausage egg biscuit I had was not as good as McD's...if that tells you anything. All in all, I've found a brew at Starbucks I can live with. At least as long as my gift card lasts. read more

Really disappointed in their service today. I came here to get coffee for myself and my mom on Mother's Day. After waiting 30 min in line we were served burnt coffee that tasted like it sat in a heated pot over night. We both gagged over it. After seriously debating if it was worth calling to inform them about, I decided to do so, as it really was pretty bad. The girl who took my call didn't even respond after I expressed my concern about this awful burnt coffee being served. Literally, no response. I could still hear people in the background on the call but she said nothing. I asked if she was still there more than once with no response. I feel completely disregarded and disrespected. I realize we all have off days but this felt like way too much. I'm upset that I not only paid for coffee that was so burnt that my mother and I both gagged on Mother's Day, but then I was completely disregarded by staff when I decided to speak up about our experience. read more

When I order Starbucks, I typically do mobile ordering and then pick it up in the drive thru. Compared to other Starbucks locations, the drive thru here is fast and efficient. They do a great job, especially with the Saturday morning rush. read more

There were six people behind the counter. Two people ahead of us inside and two cars in the drive through. The baristas who were busy flirting with the male customer took ten minutes to make us two drinks. i'm glad this location opened their drive through again since this is the closest starbucks to where i live. they've taken cautious measures regarding covid-19 and preventing the spread of it. all employees are wearing face masks, they even hand you your order using a cup or basket to reduce the risk of physical touch, so smart! i may be bias but i have always loved the employee, tito, since he is always so welcoming and kind to me. i've had some bad run ins with some of the newer employees and the newer employees have been a bit too personal with their life stories as i'm waiting for my order at the window, but other than that there are certain employees there as well as the manager that always make my trip a 10/10 so i would say i've had more positive experiences than negative. since drive through is only open it gets busy and crowded but as i wait for my order i see a lot of employees and they're all working hard and as fast as they can. not to mention i love brining my dog because it makes all the employees happy and excited! read more

Pretty busy Starbucks but I had my order in no time. I chose to walk into the store rather than use the drive-thru. Parking is a bit of an issue around the building as it's somewhat limited with lots of vehicular traffic. Not the best Starbucks I've experienced, but certainly not the worst. read more

If you like caramel with a side of your drink, come here. I'm sorry to say this but the staff should really read the mobile orders and if it states "light caramel drizzle" do light caramel drizzle. I've had numerous incidents where I received my drink and it has been drenched with caramel and their response is "oh we assume it says extra when there's writing there." I'll continue coming here because they're generous and fix it each time but please read the label or listen to the entire order to save us all time. read more

So when we went we did our first inline order for pick up. We went early and it wasn't done so we waited they lady accedently messed up in one and told us they didn't have banna. So no Banna they gave us a 4 dollar gift card. When we were leaving they offered to give us the messed up coffee also who h was the only thing wrong was a lot of Carmel because it exploded.
